Home away from home
This was our 2nd trip to PC, UT and our 2nd stay in this condo complex. The condo was very well equipped. Furniture was ample and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, spices, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy. The back porch faces a meadow for scenic views. The owners were very easy to reach and communications were wonderful. Checkout procedure is simple and easy. We stayed for a snow skiing trip. There is a reasonable walk (about 500 paces) to the nearest shuttle bus stop at the corner of Little Kate Rd and the west end of Racquet Club Dr. The shuttle comes about every 20 minutes. The Green bus goes towards the mountain and is the stop on the complex side of the street. The Blue bus comes from the mountain and stops across the street from the above intersection. While masks were still required on the bus per rules during our trip, the drivers did not enforce it, and most passengers did not wear them. Masks were also optional inside all facilities on the mountain and all the shops we visited. We shopped for groceries at the Fresh Mart and cooked most meals at the condo. For a quick beer, pizza, burger after skiing, stop by Davanza's downtown. No reservations, just show up. We waited less than 20 minutes during the peak of Spring Break.

I was lucky enough to stay in this lovely home for three weeks in February. It is very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The property backs to a golf course which in winter serves as an occasional dog play area (which I loved), but it never felt like anyone was too close. The view of the mountains from the living area and master bedroom was fantastic. Not all properties in this development have views like this. The living room was very comfortable with two couches and a reclining chair. The beds were very also very comfortable with nice, soft, high quality linens. The bus stop is a five minute (or less) walk and the bus line is incredibly efficient and easy to use. A ten minute ride to PCMR or Main Street. If you like to workout, there's an amazing gym (MARC) within a five minute walk and has a very reasonable guest fee to use the facilities (including workout classes). Kitchen is very well stocked. After nearly two decades of visiting Park City it was nice to be out of a hotel environment and in a neighborhood very close to all that PC has to offer. The owner was always very responsive to the very few times I needed to reach out. I would highly recommend this property, and hope to stay again in the future!

Loved this property!
Good location on the edge of town. Very pretty view from back of condo on a golf course—lots of birds singing in the morning. Wonderful beds for a good night’s rest. The only downside was no air conditioning and there was a heat wave for a few days—got pretty uncomfortable late afternoon and early evening. There were two fans in the condo which made it more bearable. We loved our stay in this condo.

The owner communicated well with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The backyard of the condo is a golf course, so we had acres of snow to play in, right out the back door. Clean, great price, and close to every ski resort in Park City

Thank you Julie for providing such a nice condo for our vacation! It was clean, comfortable and cozy (yet larger than I had anticipated). I loved the personal touches you provided (multiple blankets to snuggle with, extra soap, TP and other essentials. Our daughters loved the bunk beds upstairs (they were big enough to sleep four people) and having their own TV/DVD player. We were also very glad to have the garage! Extra bonus! We would definitely stay here again.
