Très bon emplacement en plein centre, pas de problème pour se garer. Communication très facile avec la propriétaire. Cependant la propreté du logement était très limite.

Venus pour un week-end entre amis nous n avons pas été déçus car beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pieds grâce à sa situation. Très bon accueil et logement spacieux. Nous conseillons vivement

L'appartement est situé au coeur de la zone touristique de Vannes, mais la proximité immédiate de la Porte Poterne permet d'assurer un stationnement de proximité pour un véhicule (mon expérience personnelle s'il n'y a plus de place payante rue Francis Decker le long des remparts ou au parking gratuit Saint-Joseph : remonter la rue Jehan de Bazvalan et chercher une place gratuite rue Jean Martin en prolongement ; vous êtes alors à 200-300 mètres du logement en pouvant redescendre à pied par l'agréable parc de la Garenne. Sinon le parking gratuit des Capucins en contrebas du port, mais souvent complet en période d'afflux estival). Le logement est spacieux, parfaitement équipé, meublé avec goût, la propriétaire est courtoise et attentionnée. Il y a une très bonne insonorisation, ce qui est important compte tenu d'une rue piétonnière très empruntée. Je ne peux que recommander cette location pour un couple avec ou sans enfants qui souhaite visiter la région du Golfe du Morbihan tout en souhaitant bénéficier au pas de la porte des services et de l'animation d'une ville touristique. Our hostess could not have been kinder. She even helped us move in for our weeklong stay, since it was market day and all the close parking places were unavailable. We got to experience Vannes on its Heritage Fest/14 July celebration. Fireworks right overhead. We loved it!
