This was a perfect place for our family getaway.
5.0
I had 9 siblings and their spouses stay with me there at the property. Everyone had a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were clean and though there weren't as many bathrooms as several would have liked, there was a room separate from the two sinks vanity for the toilet and shower. My sisters enjoyed spending time in front of the mirror sharing with each other. The two ovens were very much appreciated as we were trying to cook two items at the same time for dinner. We were able to set up a portable table with some chairs from the garage that allowed all of us to not only eat together, but play some fun party games. I did well at the table tennis downstairs. We ranged from 62 years of age to 82. Everyone was very happy to be out of the heat and in such a beautiful and cool place. We loved it.

House worked well for us. There were a few issues but most were solved.

Wonderful stay. We only felt bad at leaving garbage when we left. If we had only been warned to take the garbage down to a dumpster. We could have taken it a little at a time. Just a little info could have helped so very much.

Loved the location and the house. Kids had a great time and so did all the adults!!

The bit of trash left on the property from the last person's stay wasn't a deal breaker, just surprised they'd leave trash around the building. Upon arrival we noticed water bubbling up around the firepit - it was the septic tank and smelled so bad we could not use the fire pit at all during our 3 day stay. No family campfire fun. We reported it immediately but response is not ideal, I hope they took care of it eventually...

A great location, but extremely dirty
While there are many wonderful things about this house, it was so dirty I would not recommend it. On the positives, the home is in a great location as it was a five minute drive from the lifts. Also it had a big backyard where the kids could play in the snow.
However, the place was so dirty it was disgusting. There was dirt everywhere. Then the shower drain clogged and we had to clean it out. The air vents were black. The shag carpet look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The baseboards were loaded with dirt. The bathroom wasn’t that clean when we arrived. Within about 20 minutes we all started to sneeze and my sons eye swelled up. They need a new cleaning person.
Furthermore, there were not enough towels for everyone, so my son and I had to share, which is absolutely ridiculous. We ended up having to wash towels midmorning. (Note the lint in The laundry was at least an inch thick which is a fire hazard).
Our final disappointment was that there weren’t actually enough bathrooms for all the rooms. Upstairs there were three bedrooms and one bathroom. On the main floor, there was half bath ans full bathroom in the master. The bottom floor had two bedrooms and a bathroom. It sounded like a lot online but we didn’t actually think of 16 people and two bathrooms. The people in the master didn’t want everyone in and out of their room. So really it’s like a 2 1/2 bath. Also they have a picture of the loft like you can sleep there, but that is open to the living room and and the kitchen so nobody could actually get any sleep there. The mattresses were at least 15 years old.
One more thing the supplies in the kitchen were trashed. The pans were so scratched.
This place with a few upgrades and cleaning could be awesome but at the moment it felt like camping.

Great Cabin
The cabin is very spacious and great for a large group. The only issue we had was with the heater but this was resolved promptly after we had called the property management. Would definitely recommend this home!

Perfect Winter Cabin
We loved our stay in this cabin. It accommodates my family perfectly. There are lots of supplies in their kitchen for cooking. There were 14 of us and we all had our own bed to sleep in and there are even extra beds that we didn’t get to used. The bathrooms are well stocked with toilet papers for the rest of our stay. I recommend this property specially for big groups.

Not well cleaned.
I never leave reviews however this place needs some improvements. We have Vrbo’d a cabin in Brianhead around Christmas for the last ten years. We like to stay in nice places but have realistic expectations. They desperately need better management. The location and size of the cabin is great. The first problem we encountered was the cabin sleeps 21 people with a three night minimum. Yet they supplied us with 10 towels total!! Not sure what they expected everyone else to use? Second problem was it wasn’t clean. The downstairs shower was disgusting, hair and dirt everywhere. So that bathroom wasn’t usable. In the half bath on the main level-cobwebs hung from the ceiling like the ones you find in a haunted house. Dishes left in the dishwasher. They charge enough for the nightly rental to have the place better stocked. They want you to haul of your trash but supply two garbage bags. Toilet paper was also not stocked adequately. We couldn’t tell if they were just pinching pennies on this or the owner doesn’t have much to do with place. We did read some reviews prior to booking that had other similar issues. We know their go to response is “notify the property manager”. We didn’t want to bother with it we don’t go on vacation to babysit a place. Either way they can do better.

Clean, spacious and functional except for no WiFi, fireplace broken
The original ad said there was Free WiFi. in reality there was NO WiFi. The fireplace was not working when we previewed the home. Since our visit was in December we wanted it to work. Management said they would have it repaired. It was not repaired and did not work at all during our 5 day stay. the 2nd oven did not work, management sent a repairman who said it not fixable and needs to be replaced.
The home was clean and spacious and accommodated our large family very well.!

Good Vacation/limited supplies
The cabin and the location was beautiful, Great trip. Just a few things the owners or property manager could do better. Bring your own TP, paper towels, trash bags, and sponges. They only stock 2 per bathroom room, with the cabin holding up to 21 people it was was under stocked. Also they had 2 ping pong paddles they were taped and broken, pick some up in cedar city before you come up. Also had to contact family time vacation rentals a few different times for payment and vacation information. Family time vacation rentals was very helpful and would recommend going through them and not VRBO. Overall good trip.

Incredible cabin!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin!! We had a group of 20 and there was plenty of room for all of us! It was close to the tubing and the ski slopes which was nice! This place exceeded our expectations and we all had a great time, would definitely do it again!!! Thank you!!

Great cabin!
We had a great time. We had a large group with lots of kids. The cabin having three levels was just perfect and never felt too crowded. We were thankful for the extra two tables and folding chairs in the garage. There is a ping pong table and fooseball table downstairs that was a huge hit. It is at the top of the mountain, only a few minutes from Brian Head ski resort which was wonderful. The kitchen is stocked. There was a place outside fun for sledding for the kids. It’s really a beautiful area. I’m sure we will be back as our family said they had the best Thanksgiving Ever!

Absolutely Fabulous!
This house (cabin) was so incredible! Every single thing about it was perfect for our large family of 24. We never felt crowded. The bedrooms are spread among all three levels of the house and with the 3 very large and nice living areas, there was always plenty of space for everyone. The deck was so nice for sitting on and enjoying the beautiful views. Everything was stocked with plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, spices in the kitchen, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. I loved that the home has two refrigerators so you can bring all of the food with you that you will need without having to run to town to get perishables. There are also two large folding tables and chairs in the garage if you have a larger group. The driveway is very roomy...we had several vehicles and UTV's, no problem parking everything in the driveway. The garage leads directly into the house (kitchen) and we staged everything from the garage, very clean and nice. The bathrooms are set up so that more than one person can be using it at a time, separate room for shower and separate room for toilet, two sinks in the two main bathrooms. The bedrooms were wonderful! Queens in every room, king is master. Two ottomon's in the big room in the downstairs pulled out into beds. Four T.V.'s with Direct TV, Wii playstation, lots of DVD's and several games. Ping pong, foosball, game table all in big room downstairs with a walkout to the outside. So much room! Everyone had a place to sit when visiting, eating, etc. The doors to the bedrooms are solid wood so that if you need some peace and quiet, you can go to your room and shut the door and you don't hear much of anything! The two staircases are double wide and they don't creak! Very lovely home. It sure seemed larger than 4000 square feet! Another bonus is that you can UTV right from the home! Trails everywhere! We also loved Brian Head...so quaint...not busy or overcrowded. Lots of very fun hikes, Cedar Breaks is stunning! We loved everything about this place and we will be renting this cabin again in two years for our next family reunion!!!

Plenty of space for large groups, Beautiful scenery, Just a few minor things could be improved
We stayed here at the end of June for a family reunion. We had a large group with adults and kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The interior is nice, clean, and well kept up for the most part. The views are beautiful. The kids had fun with a little fort that had been built in the backyard. There are other cabins close by, but plenty of space in between so we never felt congested. Plenty of parking space as well. We drove down to the Brian Head town (5 minute drive) and fished in Bristlecone pond and let the kids play in the water and on the playground there. We also drove to Cedar Breaks for hiking one day, which was maybe 20 minutes away. My only minor complaints (thus 4 stars) were the front exterior of the cabin doesn't look like much and could use some work. You would never guess that the interior would be as nice as it is if you just saw the cabin from the road. Also, we felt the cabin should have been stocked with a few more supplies. There were not any trash bags that we could find (luckily we had brought some). I would also recommend bringing some toilet paper (not much extra) and some pump soaps for the bathrooms (just because I prefer that to the hotel type bar soaps they provided for hand washing). Also, we had some issues with the grill and ovens. The grill did not have any propane so we had to run fill it up ourselves, and then the grill would not get very hot. I think it just probably hadn't been used for some time. The ovens inside worked fine, but seemed to also not be as hot as expected so took some tweaking to get cooking times right.
All in all, we had a great family reunion here and would recommend this cabin to others in the future.

Cozy cabin perfect for a big group
I was a little concerned as we pulled up because it wasn't much to look at from the outside, but once inside it was very nice- a big open fireplace area with comfy seating and a spacious kitchen and dining area. I liked that there was a separate bonus room downstairs with the entertainment center for kids to hang out. The three levels meant bedrooms were spread out and it felt like you had privacy. I would definitely book this cabin again.

Beautiful property, great customer service, no wifi and sheets were dirty
The property was gorgeous and spacious. It fit a group of 15 quite easily. Everything was marked inside the house which made cooking easy. The directions and customer service was as good as it gets as well.
Because there was no wifi we had to drive into town to work. My cell phone (T mobile) didn't have service either, so I couldn't tether. It's 2017-- who doesn't have wifi??? We didn't even think to check with the owner because that's such a given. I would NOT have booked if I had known there was no wifi.
The master bedroom's sheets had dirt on the sheets.
Would give 5 stars if wifi and clean sheets.

It was wonderful.
We had a small family gathering, 15 people, for 2 nights and it was great. Plenty of room, very nicely furnished, and comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone. It was everything we hoped it would be. We haven't ever done a rental before, but we definitely will again. So much better than a hotel.

Great stay for our business retreat
This was a perfect party for my work training camp. The hosts were very attentive and even brought additional ping pong paddles! If you stay here in the winter months plan on a truck or a 4 wheel drive vehicle, but that should be assumed in Brian Head regardless. The roads were much better than most cabins I've stayed in.
Thanks again!

Wow! What a great Cabin in the middle of the mountains.
Everything was perfect about this Cabin and the overall VRBO vacation experience. Management in charge of the details before and during the stay were very cordial and easy to contact. Thanks Matt and Lisa.
The Cabin is located right in the middle of the forest at the top of the populated portion of Brian Head. Nothing but forest between you and the top of the mountain. Great views in all directions. Saw deer every day. We brought ATVs and there are trails everywhere to ride without bothering the other cabin dwellers. At night you're so high in altitude (about 10,000 ft) that the stars literally pop out of the sky. The Milky Way was totally visible. Kids loved it! Plenty of space to spread out in this Modern Cabin. Great beds. Kitchen was stocked and ready to go. Kids loved playing ping pong and fuse ball. Even have a table with built in chess, checkers and more. They have a huge collection of DVDs if you decide to take in a movie. Not to mention Direct TV with channels to choose from. After the sun went down the kids enjoyed both. If your group is large enough they even had two plastic lifetime tables and chairs in the garage to set up if the existing dining set up isn't enough. Also have a nice set up of patio chairs on the back deck. There was even a little creek running through the property. Plenty of parking for all sorts of rigs. The driveway is gravel but pretty nice. Two garages but only one is accessible (owners probably use other one for their personal supplies). The basement has a walk out exit door which is nice. We had 18-20 people there and never was there anyone conflicting for space. Plenty of sitting space and couches for lounging. Even the 4 bathrooms worked out perfect. Never a conflict there...if you know what I mean. Nice job to the owners for supplying enough of everything for everyone. Entertainment and places to relax, etc.
So if you're looking for the perfect LARGE Cabin this may just be the one. Enjoy!!!

A great place for our family reunion!
We spent 4 nights here with all ages of kids. It was big and open and had plenty of space for all of us to sleep, eat and play. It was close to Brian Head Town and though there were other cabins around, we didn't even think about them. The staff was helpful with questions I had before arriving, and we had a wonderful stay. If we make it back that way, we would stay there again.

Great cabin!
When looking for a cabin in Brianhead for a party of 22, we came across this one. I contacted the property manager and immediately I knew this would be the cabin. He was so helpful with all of the questions we had, he gave us his cell# if I needed to reach him outside of business hours and the cabin was exactly everything we expected it to be. Unfortunately, the cabin was broken into the night prior to our arrival. Matt called me immediately to let me know explained that the window was broke and all of the Tv's and Dvd players had been stolen. He immediately started working on the problem and by that evening the window had been boarded up, and they were delivering all new electronic equipment! Other than that, the cabin looked exactly like the pictures and we were extremely happy! Thanks for a wonderful Weekend Matt!
