Seaside was perfect for us. We travel by motorcycle and easy park at our door facing the ocean. The beach so clean and they took extra attention to make the room clean and attractive. The girl at reception walked us to our room and very helpful. The restaurant excellent.
Nothing needed to be better for us.

Loved being right on the ocean. It was gorgeous.

Booking charges too high of a fee so it makes the room cost to much for what you are getting. I would
Like some of the fee money reimbursed.

Bungalow was perfect for our needs for a short stay. We were right on the beach. Still a bit chilly for swimming and sunbathing in February. All very clean and comfortable and easy to find. Nice restaurant on site.

Perfect location, right on the water -- I loved the little bar too, although the I wish the mixed drinks were cheaper and stronger. Beers were $3 USD so not bad value. Very easy to walk up the beach to restaurants and seaside town area/public beach area. I liked the "Rockadiles" nightclub, as my friends and I are passed nightclub age and it was very dead in the summer except some friendly, cute waitresses -- which we enjoyed. I found the young waiters and waitresses at a lot of the restaurants and bars as being very friendly and polite. Rockadiles is a cool place, but the vanity drinks were also very week in alcohol. Probably a good thing now that I am thinking about it! LOL But the hotel was reallly, really good!
The bar was closed at the hotel one day, probably because there were not a lot of folks staying there in the summer. I loved sitting under the inside-outside bar, so I missed it not being open. Oh well, it was opened part of my stay in San Felipe. Also, one of the beach chaise lounge chairs that I was using had screws sticking up so that one should have been replaced. To me, these are minor things. Overall, great, mellow place to stay on the beach!

It is beach front. Confortable, simple but clean and well maintained rooms. Very safe and convenient spot. The rooms also have a/c, mini fridge, cable tv and coffee maker.Beach is right upfront well maintained beach area, super clean, tranquil, nice calm waves and private area I loved that. You can park right next to your bungalow which is also a plus. Family and pet Friendly . Best part NO loud music or conflictive room neighbors.
I did not mind paying pet fee. But Animal/pet fee should be posted or disclosed with booking posting to pay when booking thru app. Finding an Atm to pay fee was somewhat far from stay.

Location
The noisy AC, the 1/2 gap between the door and the door frame, no screens on the windows and dirty floors.

The hotel is right on the beach with picnic tables under palapas in front of the rooms. it’s really beautiful. The rooms are small, but adequate, with a table, fridge, coffee maker and a few chairs. our room had Teo beds, which were very comfortable. We didn’t see the staff much, but our encounters were very positive. The restaurant serves good food and also has a nice ambiance.
Nothing to do with the property, it was great, but the wind and dust was crazy. Might be typical for this time of year, fyi.

The food situation was terrible they kept changing the menu as they kept running out of food. At one point they ran out of tortillas for the breakfast burritos and asked my wife if she could take the cook to pick some up ☹️

Cabin right on the beach! Clean, easy to find, great shower!
Wifi iffy to non-existent.

The unit was right on the beach. There was a Palapa, picnic bench and chaise lounger for us to use. We had no neighbor so it was very quiet.
It would of been nice to have window screens so we could leave the window open.
