Die Maisonettewohnung ist modern eingerichtet und in einem Tip-Top Zustand. Uns hat das großzügige Bad am Besten gefallen. Das die Küche vollständig eingerichtet ist erwähnen wir gerne positiv. Die GastgeberIn ist sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht zentral. Parkplatz war vorhanden. Von uns bekommt die Wohnung die volle Punktzahl!

Stilvolle Wohnung zentral gelegen
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles in der Stadt ist von hier aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles sehr Sauber und super nette Vermieter. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Ein Juwel von einer Ferienwohnung
Wunderschöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen in optimaler Lage, wenn man sich die Stadt fußläufig anschauen möchte. Wenn jemand schlecht Treppen steigen kann, dann ist die Wohnung eher nicht das richtige. Die Wohnung wird von Frau Becker erstklassig in Schuß gehalten. Ich persönlich schätze es auch sehr, dass keine Haustiere erlaubt sind.

Moderne trifft Denkmal
Wir waren für 3 Tage Gast in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Becker im Herzen der schönen Stadt Trier. Die sehr saubere Wohnung befindet sich im wohl schönsten denkmalgeschützten Privatgebäudes von Trier. Das Haus befindet sich am Rande der Fussgängerzone und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Entspannen mitten in der Innenstadt. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar von hier. Die grosse Wohnung für 2 Personen ist sehr hochwertig, sehr geschmackvoll und gekonnt restauriert. Luxus pur! Wer den Charme alter Häuser in Kombination mit Modernem liebt ist hier genau richtig! Sehr angenehm mitten in Trier war auch der zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Familie Becker ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei passender Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

- Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - top.
- Die Wohnung ist einfach nur wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - eine tolle Kombination zwischen Alt und Modern.
- Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Stadt. Von dort aus kann man sehr viel zu fuß erreichen. Das Haus ist auch äußerlich von der Fussgängerpassage her sehr hübsch gemacht.
Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür, Familie Becker!

Wohn-Oase im Herzen von Trier
Geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung über 2 Stockwerke, direkt an einer Fußgängerzone gelegen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen könnte. Licht- und Entertainmentsystem für Technikliebhaber. Besonders erwähnenswert: Das sehr großzügige Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne.
Familie Becker ist herzlich, verbindlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Beeindruckende Wohnung über zwei Etagen in einem Jugendstilhaus in der Fussgängerzone, also sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Moderne und hochwertige Ausstattung in Küche und Wohnzimmer, z.B. Loewe smart-TV mit surround sound Anlage, Beleuchtung in jedem Raum individuell einstellbar in verschiedenen Modi (strahlend hell, gedämpft usw.). Luxus-Bad. Die Vermieter stehen bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung. Tipp: In der Fahrradstation am Hbf Räder mieten für die vielen Radwege entlang von Mosel, Saar und Ruwer.

Tolle Wohnung in der ältesten Stadt Deutschlands
Wir wurden von Frau Becker unmittelbar vor der Wohnung in Empfang genommen. Sie führte uns in die Besonderheiten und alle anderen notwendigen Dinge ein, die wir wissen mussten. Das war top!! Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, waren durch die zentrale Lage direkt mitten in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und fühlt sich fast an wie die eigene Wohnung. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, konnten wir alles Sehenswerte zu Fuß erkunden. Vor dem Haus liegt außerdem eine Bushaltestelle. Dank des Platzes im Parkhaus fiel für uns die nervige Parkplatzsuche weg.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Maisonettewohnung mit ihren vielen Details in der Dekoration. Das Bad mit seiner freistehenden Wanne fand ich persönlich besonders schön. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war angenehm und und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Mit ihrer Lage mitten in der Stadt hatten wir einen tollen Ausgangspunnkt, um Trier zu entdecken.

Traumhaft schön und perfekt ausgestattet!
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Diese fantastische Ferienwohnung beweist die sichere Hand des Vermieters bei der aufwändigen Sanierung des Baudenkmals, der liebevollen Ausstattung mit hochwertigen und modernen Details, gekonnt kombiniert mit historischen Elementen. Man fühlt sich einfach zu Hause. Dazu kommt die perfekte Lage, mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem kann man ruhig schlafen und alle Besorgungen bequem zu Fuß erledigen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind maximal 10 -15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Great apartment for pleasure and business!
Was attending an international law seminar and rented the apartment for a week. Great space, lots of light with updated furniture and tasteful design. Fantastic bathroom, very comfortable bed and very nice living room to relax in. WiFi worked great. Location is perfect, right on pedestrian zone, bus stop right in front, yummy restaurants all around. Kitchen has everything. One of the best apartments I've rented! Highly recommend and looking forward to return. One thing, several flights of stairs so while lovely, this apartment is not for those with mobility issues.

The appartment is furnitured very tastefull and it was nice to relax in the Roms.

Perfect Stay
Other than a glitch that had to do with confusuion over international calling for check-in, our stay from start to finish was perfect.
The location was amazing. Most main sites of interest were within 25 minutes or less walking distance. Shops and restaurants were just minutes away. We did not use our car even once during our stay so it was nice to have a designated parking spot included.
The apartment was beautiful, spotless, spacious and bright. Considering the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. The Wi-Fi worked without issue.
We cooked one to two meals per day in a very well-stocked kitchen, though other than coffee pods no basic pantry items are provided, but a grocery store is just two minutes away.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and equipped with a lovely soaker tub. Both the bedroom and bathroom are on the upper floor. Laundry facilities are also provided but we did not make use of them.
Communication with Michael was fast and efficient right from the booking stage. Our time in the apartment was wonderful and we would happily stay again in a heartbeat.
Note: This space would not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. It requires going up two flights of stairs to get to the apartment, and then there is a flight of stairs in the apartment between floors. It is also a somewhat steep walk up from the parking. This was not an issue for us, but it may be for others who are considering this apartment.

Outstanding!
We stayed here for a long weekend to see the Christmas Market and sights of Trier. This location can’t be beat. You are close to all the sights, food and the central area of Trier. You can access it all within a few minute walk. The home is outstanding. The only caution I would have is if you have issues with stairs be mindful there are a couple sets. One to get from the entry way to the home and one from the main level of the house to the bedroom. We actually enjoyed the stairs for how they made the home feel. We found this place so relaxing we spent one night in just hanging out listening to music. The main level is large and open. The second level with the bedroom and bathroom is well arranged. The bathroom is large with a stand up shower and soaking tub separate from each other. The furnishings, layout and amenities were spot on. We didn’t but you could easily cook for a family here. We will return if the opportunity comes up. Oh and lastly the owner is very accommodating, and friendly.
