About this villa rental
Get ready for a great vacation experience. This villa is all around fantastic. Huge pool and deck for sun worshippers and ideal for lovers of a superb golf course.
Beautifully decorated, the villa features two living areas with slate and wood floors, 6 flat screen TV's, comfy leather sofa seating and lounge chairs. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a generous supply of pots and pans. To add to your enjoyment, the villa is located in a gated, prestigious golfing community and is conveniently located to the I4 which gets you just about everywhere. You can even "swim with a dolphin" without leaving the Villa !!! Beautifully decorated, the villa features two living room areas with slate & wood floors, comfy leather sofa seating & lounge chairs, and both have hi-def flat screen televisions. One area is great for a bit of reading or relaxing; the other great for gathering together for cocktails and a movie! The kitchen, for those who enjoy cooking on vacation, is a chef's delight, complete with full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a generous supply of pots, pans & cooking tools. For indoor eating, there's a casual breakfast nook with seating for four and a more formal dining room with seating for eight. Step through the glass doors to the spectacular pool area and you'll find a very large private pool deck that is so large you have a choice of sun and shade all day long! No fighting over loungers at this villa! There are plenty to go around. If you enjoy casual dining, there's two outdoor dining tables, with eight dining chairs.
The huge master suite on the ground floor level has a full sized ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and a flat screen television, with DVD, and sliding doors with a view out to the sparkling pool. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with Queen beds, and a third bedroom with Twin beds, each with their own televisions, along with the family bathroom.
There is a powder room on the ground floor level, adjacent to the laundry which has high-end front-loading washer & dryer. You can pull your car through the power operated door into the garage, to keep it cool out of the Florida sunshine!
This is a great villa for the golf enthusiasts as it is located in the prestigious gated golfing community, Southern Dunes, a community featured in many golfing magazines and is consistently ranked among the Nation's best.
It is also an ideal location for day trips as it is located near the junction of I4 and Highway 27. I4 is the road that takes you west to the Tampa area beaches, and east to the shopping outlets, to Universal and Seaworld as well as to Daytona. Exit I4 at Lake Buena Vista and you are at the entrance to Disney Springs (approx. 15 miles). Highway 27 south takes you to the LEGOland Park and citrus country! Just outside the Southern Dunes community you'll find shops and restaurants including a grocery store and a Walmart center.

The home is lovely, equipped with all necessities. The pool is surrounded by greenery providing adequate privacy. The kids had a wonderful time and asked if we could stay at the same home next time we are in town. It is a bit of a hike to Orlando (theme parks) especially during rush hours. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend this home!

No problems with property, pool was great and heated as requested. We will probubly rent here again if available next time we head down to see grandchildren.

Communication with property owner was great and arrival at property was really smooth. Property was really clean and equipped with everything you could need. We had one problem with pool pump during our stay but was resolved by owner within a couple of hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely recommend this property to any one looking at a holiday in Orlando. A bit further out that some properties but as we had a car it wasn’t a problem, journey to theme parks was really easy.

Top class property in a prime quiet location.
The owners were really helpful and were so kind to give us a later checkout as we had an evening flight home.
This property is super clean, lovely large private pool and tastefully decorated.
Have already booked this property for next year.

Fabulous villa
The villa was fabulous and the location was so peaceful and very friendly. Everything we could have wanted was provided by our host. Perfect post Covid vacation we would highly recommend this villa and the host.

Location was perfect, house was great, pool was refreshing. Only a couple things to improve on but I’m sure it’s not the owner/managers fault but water pressure was ok. The patio door was super squeaky and the upstairs bathroom had some little ants that came in on the window sill but nothing crazy. All in all a good stay.

I would highly recommend this property. David was excellent about answering any questions we had. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal. I can’t say anything negative about this property or the whole experience.

Great house!

Visited with extended family villa was clean with great outdoor space with large pool which is south facing. Any problem was sorted out very quickly by host. Have stayed on southern dunes on numerous occasions and this was one of the best villas we have rented.Would definitely rent again.

On southern dunes - pool was fab and house was big enough for my family of 7 - perfect set up had everything required …and more. I could not say anything negative about this home which we find perfectly placed for the parks, shopping, eating and pleasant surround. From booking to arrival & check out all dealt with by owner very well … thank you for letting us stay - highly recommended!

Family Christmas
After a couple of years of not taking vacations, we opted for a getaway Christmas. This house was perfect! It fit our family of 7 perfectly! The house and neighborhood were clean with friendly neighbors. Our kids and grandkids swam in the pool on Christmas, and we enjoyed walks around the complex. It was the perfect down time and regrouping we all needed.
Close to food and shopping. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner and enjoyed eating it poolside - something you can’t do in MN! We made day trips to the ocean and then to the gulf side - only about 1.5 hours away to either side.
I dealt with David during my booking process and he was amazing! He responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions.
If you’re thinking of booking this property - do it!

I don’t know where to start this house was amazing simply beautiful! Southern Dunes is a beautiful neighborhood by itself but the house is so nice. Pool area was great kitchen and appliances were great more than you can ask for! Rooms were great all different bed mattress types for different backs! On Sunday I had an issue with my Tv but David had someone fix it Monday which was faster than I thought and his communication skills were superb. We will definitely be re-renting this house in the future!

Peaceful, Clean and just flat out FANTASTIC!
We are a family of four, but extended it to a party of five for this vacation! Our stay was during the July 4th holiday; so you could imagine how hectic we anticipated the check in process to be. NOT the case. It was the smoothest check in process we have ever experienced! The guards at the gate were ready for us. The keyless entry was absolutely flawless. We felt at home right away!!! All we needed was groceries and charcoal. 😂
There was plenty of space for everyone to feel close and stretch out at the same time. The covered pool area was amazing! We enjoyed being outside day or night; rain or shine. It was amazingly quiet, private and CLEAN!
We were comfortabley close to everything the Orlando area has to offer. The surrounding restaurants and stores made going out a breeze. The home even has brochures detailing the surrounding attractions.
There was no detail missed. They truly have set up this place for a family to walk in to a home away from home. Amazingly done and an incredible find!!! We will be back!!!

Recently moved my daughter from Illinois to Florida for college and came across this beautiful home to spend the week in with family/friends. The home is exceptionally clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for the kitchen along with plenty of towels.
The pool/patio area is amazing and where we spent most of our time while at the house. There is more than enough space to just relax and enjoy the Florida sun and large pool that everyone enjoyed (especially my 12 year old son, who I had a hard time getting out of the pool).
The home is in a great quiet location, minutes from restaurants and shopping. There is a Walmart directly outside of the gated community for anything we needed for the week. We enjoyed picking up groceries and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer was an added bonus.
Overall this home deserves more than 5 stars. The owners are easy to communicate with and get ahold of if need be. It was exactly what we all needed for our family vacation! I look forward to coming back to this area and staying here again.

Wonderful experience!
Our family stayed over Thanksgiving and into the first two weeks of December. Beautiful home and pool area. This property is even nicer than the photos and the minor issue we had at the home was promptly and courteously handled by the property manager. I chose this vacation home based on reviews of both the property and the property manager which did not disappoint. The Southern Dunes Golf community is beautiful and in a great location. We will be back!

Great villa, great location!
Stayed here the end of October, absolutely loved the villa! Spotless clean and very spacious! So much space around the pool and throughout the villa, we were a family of 5 so the kids were so happy with their own room. The beds are very comfy! I got a heated pool which the kids enjoyed , it was always a lovely temperature. Wal-Mart right out the complex which was handy. David was very easy to contact and to deal with, always replied to my messages, very easy access process. I cant fault this villa at all! I will be back..!!!

We had such a wonderful time at your place it really did feel like home. It was clean, cool, and cozy. The pool was awesome! Many things were accessible for our visit. The neighborhood was definitely somewhere we would like to live. Our host answered all my questions no matter how small. We will return here to stay another time. Thank you so much

Superb Holiday Villa in a great location close just 30 mins from all the Theme Parks.
A superb example of what a holiday rental should be. The property was immaculate when we arrived and the whole process was very straightforward. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils with a large variety of pots and pans. The pool is large and the outside furniture of good quality. There were 2 families staying and there was plenty of space for all of us. Excellent wardrobe/storage spaces in all 4 bedrooms and enough bathroom facilities to ensure no one was waiting for showers/toilet etc.
I would definitely stay here again for our next visit and can highly recommend this property.

Nice, clean villa
This is a very nice, clean villa with a great pool area. Owner replies very quickly and is very nice. The master bedroom is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms, unfortunately, are not as comfortable because of the mattresses and the temperature- tends to be much warmer upstairs and mattresses are uncomfortable. Keep in mind you really do have to “self cater” here - which you are told upfront, so it should not come as a surprise. There are no salt and pepper shakers or any dish detergent or anything. I guess I’m just used to having a few starter things available. Plenty of dishes and pots and stuff though. But like I said, they tell you upfront, so my bad. There is a Walmart less than a mile away with pick up service and also a Winn Dixie right there, so very convenient to get the things you need. There is a beautiful golf course in the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood and little traffic nearby. Easy drive to Disney and Universal and a very good value. Quite a few places to eat within 5 minutes drive. Great place to stay, just hope if you’re renting with another couple that you draw the right straw for the master bedroom and pack your dish soap.

The villa was lovely, very clean, well equipped with a great pool. The accommodation was in a great location near to the main attractions. We were a party of 6 & there was so much space! We had a great holiday. Would definitely come back.

This villa was wonderful.
This villa was wonderful. The house was very clean, the pool was awesome. We had a problem with one of the toilets the first day, it was taken care of the next morning. David was excellent to deal with. We visited Florida six times and this villa was the best. Having Wal-Mart just around the corner was great. Can't wait to visit again and hopefully rent this villa again.
