Welcome to Dolphin Palms, and thank you for considering our home for your visit to Fort Lauderdale! My partner is a professional interior designer, and I have a passion for landscaping. Together we have created Dolphin Palms to provide a five-star hotel experience in the setting of a completely private, tropical oasis. The design of the home is both soothing and airy, with original art and furnishings chosen for a comfortable, serene aesthetic. When you step inside this home, you will begin to feel your stress melt away!
Dolphin Palms is a pet-friendly home located on a lovely palm-lined street in the very quiet and desirable neighborhood of Dolphin Isles. This home is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and a one-minute walk to your own exclusive access to Birch State Park. This wonderful park provides many nature trails and walkways directly along the intracoastal waterway.

All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort, and each bedroom offers a flat-screen smart TV and ceiling fan.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen is open to the dining room and partially open to the living room and oversized family room. The dining area offers seating for 8, with 2 extra stools at the counter. There is also a small kitchen table that seats 2. The spacious, modern kitchen is custom-designed with state-of-the-art appliances, including a beverage/wine cooler, Kitchen Aide Architect II series refrigerator, dual oven with convection microwave, glass cook top and garbage disposal. There is plenty of empty cabinet space, including a large pantry with roll-out shelves. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain from simple family meals to fine dining (see amenities list for more details). There are plenty of dishes, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters to accommodate your needs.
The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen. This area offers a washer, dryer, quartz counter top surface for folding, and a hanging bar for your use. There is a door that leads to the garage where we store your beach items, such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, floats, children's beach toys and wagons to tote your items to the beach. There is also an additional refrigerator in the garage for guest use., as well as high chair, stroller and Pack n Play for those with small children.
LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES:
The front living room offers a spacious area with a sofa bed (American Leather sleeper sofa with a 10" memory foam mattress), 2 chairs, coffee table and side tables. There is seating for 5 people and a nearby half bath for guests.
The extra-large family room offers 2 full-sized sofas, 2 club chairs and a swivel chair. The room is perfect for everyone to watch a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV or take in views of the gorgeous back patio and pool area. A large picture window overlooking the pool, and two sets of French doors leading to the back patio, offer a cascade of natural sunlight. The family room has soaring painted-wood ceilings and 2 ceiling fans.
This home provides a whole-house Sonos sound system for you to stream your favorite music.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Dolphin Palms offers a completely private, enclosed backyard surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation. The landscape is meticulously maintained, and there are no tall buildings or busy roads. You will experience the ambience of a secluded tropical resort. Here, you can relax and enjoy the free-form, heated pool with sheer waterfall feature, luxurious in-ground spa with infinity edge, and dual glass-tile rainforest showers. The travertine marble patio features sunny lounge areas and a shaded zone with cushioned seating, a dining table and two fans to keep you cool. In the front yard, you will find a private, sunny lawn and patio with a seating area and tranquil water feature.

We welcome families and groups. When staying as a group, each member of the group is required to be over the age of 30 unless otherwise approved in writing. Any changes from stated occupancy, event status or pet status must be approved and updated in your reservation prior to your arrival.

Our recent stay at this VRBO in Fort Lauderdale was truly exceptional! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldnโt be more pleased with our experience.
First and foremost, David was the best host we have ever had. His hospitality and attention to detail were unparalleled. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout the home, David made us feel right at home.
The property itself is a gem. The home was immaculate, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed. It was evident that a lot of care and effort had gone into making the space inviting and functional. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the living areas provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy each otherโs company.
The location was perfect for our family getaway. We were close to all the attractions and amenities Fort Lauderdale has to offer, yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility.
One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor area. The beautifully maintained yard and pool were perfect for our family to unwind and soak up the Florida sunshine. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool and enjoying the surroundings.

The backyard is the perfect private hideaway and there is ample space in the house for everyone to have their own private spot. This property is beautiful! No detail has been overlooked, from the impeccable landscaping to the spotless interior. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed: the kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils and supplies, there were plenty of towels and house supplies, the beach equipment was high quality and the carts were great. The patio was a great place to relax with comfortable, ample furniture and gorgeous plants and trees; it was truly an oasis. The hot tub and pool were pristine. The interior of the house was out of a magazine, with comfortable furniture and visual beauty. We had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We were so impressed with the house and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our host David was truly a welcoming host, making sure we had everything we needed and helping to make our stay great. We really felt that we were guests in someone's home and would recommend this house to anyone.

I stayed here with my 4 teenagers and we had a great time. The house was gorgeous. Close walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable, especially the master bedroom. The pool area was very nice and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

We had an awesome stay at Dolphin Palms. David is a wonderful host and was always just a text away if we had questions or needed anything. He also gave great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beach was only a 5 minute easy walk from the house. The backyard was like having your own private tropical oasis with lush landscaping, hot tub, 2 outdoor private showers pool with a waterfall, and plenty of seating. The house was also very well stocked which isnโt usually the case with other properties I have stayed in. All bathrooms and even the outdoor showers had Costco size shampoo and body wash, large roll of trash bags, liquid hand soap in every bathroom, a full bag of dishwasher detergent pods, a full box of laundry detergent sheets etc. I did not have to use any of the supplies that I brought with me. There was also an umbrella stand near the front door with a bunch of umbrellas which is a necessity in Florida for those sudden downpours that may occur at anytime. The house is truly impeccable and has a luxurious feel. David chose only the best of the best for it. I highly recommend staying at Dolphin Palms.

Our family (6 adults and 1 baby) had a wonderful week together at Dolphin Isles. The location was ideal with an easy walk to the beach, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and restaurants. The house was more than ideal - clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a beautiful pool and outdoor area, fully equipped kitchen, huge family room, beach equipment and baby equipment too. The owner was very helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home and area to vacation. The home is beautifully appointed, immaculate, every detail so well thought out. There were 6 of us ladies and everyone commented on how much fun they had. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, pool toys, shampoo, body wash, sunscreen etc. David was such a thoughtful host, so welcoming, and helpful. The beach was a very short walk, pristine, and felt almost private. Thank you again for such a wonderful time.

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures and it was more than we could have imagined! The backyard is perfect and we spent 99% of our time out there. We particularly loved the local suggestions from the host. They helped us make the most out of our time there and we hope to return again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this absolutely beautiful home. Not only was it immaculately clean, it was so spacious and tasteful decorated with original works of art, that we could not have been more pleased. The kitchen was fully equipped as were the supplies for the beach. The Spa was hotel style, the front and backyard landscaping provided exceptional privacy and was very well maintained.The outdoor seating was comfortable and roomy, just like the family room, enabling us all to spend time together. The homeowner was helpful with dining suggestions and immediately available when we had a question. Finally, the State park at the end of the street had two playgrounds, a restaurant, a park ranger that gave nature talks, and a two mile shaded loop that we enjoyed every day. We highly recommend this property!

We have been traveling to Fort Lauderdale for years, and this is by far the best vacation home we have ever encountered. We think of it as our tropical โhome away from homeโ! We have not always had the best of luck with rental homes, so we knew right away that we had found something special in this one.
We have always found the home to be spotless, beautifully furnished and well organized. The landscape is perfectly maintained and the heated pool and spa are incredible, so soothing and completely private!
You can tell that this homeowner cares about their guestโs experience. Everything you think would be nice to have on vacation has already been thought of and supplied. The kitchen is well stocked, which is great for us since we love to cook in.
The location is perfect for us, so quiet but yet so close to everything. We like to take walks in the morning, so being a block from the entrance to Birch State Park and only 2 blocks from the beach is a huge bonus. There are also several nice restaurants a short walk away, some of them right on the beach. Donโt miss Dune restaurant if you stay here! The have a great happy hour from 4-6 PM.
Our stay was wonderful as always. Needless to say, we canโt wait to return! This one is a no-brainer. Thank you for helping us create more incredible memories.

Our family of 4 adults had a fantastic week in this beautifully appointed home. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or staying at home and relaxing in the spa. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beach wagons were very useful, and the owner provided helpful suggestions and responded quickly to our questions while we were there. A very enjoyable stay!

Came with a group of 7 girlfriends and we had a great time! Owner David checked in several times with me while we were there to make sure everything was going smoothly. House was well stocked with an amazing kitchen. Very easy walk to the beach and the house had all the beach gear we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for a large group.

This was the perfect tropical getaway for our family! There were 5 of us, and we all fell in love with this home! The landscape was perfectly manicured, and the home itself was super clean and beautifully designed. It felt more like a high-end resort than a rental home!
The property owners thought of everything from a beautiful welcome basket to a fully stocked kitchen, shampoo and body wash in every bathroom, and everything we needed for the beach with a beach wagon to carry it. Everything you could think of was at your fingertips, even umbrellas, which we needed on a couple occasions.
The property is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and only a few-minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Yet it feels completely private and secluded. When you are relaxing in the pool or spa, you don't even get a sense of neighboring homes.
Reserving the home through Style Vacation Homes was seamless and straightforward. I recommend them very highly. The homeowner was also very helpful and immediately available when we had questions.
Overall, this home and the rental experience were exceptional. We can't wait for the opportunity to return!

My family and I were able to visit this beautiful house mid-June. When we arrived at the house we already had our code to get in the house and check-in was a breeze. Just a few short hours after we arrived the owner texted to make sure that everything met our expectations, which it did. The house has large common rooms where we were all able to sit and enjoy each others company. Two of our favorite parts were the distance to the public beach (just a couple of blocks away) and the outside area. The pool was perfect. We loved the pool and thought the outside area was a great use of the space. Another positive is that the neighbor has mango trees that border the property. The owner texted and let us know that if any mangos drop on the property we were allowed to eat them. We must have collected about 10 fresh mangos during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely beautiful house with all you need to have an amazing beach vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and the garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, fans, high chairs, beach floatsโฆ. Literally everything you need! The outdoor space was incredible, with the gorgeous pool and hot tub! The cleanliness was outstanding. The house was more than we expected! The communication with the host was wonderful and very helpful! We would absolutely come back!

We loved the house. Great layout, living area was spacious and welcoming. The outdoor space is excellent and well configured. This was also the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was spotless.
You can't beat this location. Walking distance to the beach with restaurants also located on the beach. The beach area wasn't too crowded either in this location.
Neighborhood was quiet, even on Memorial Day. This is a great place to stay.

Great location and lots and lots of room. All 4 of us found the rooms spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space, the pool, hot tub and seating area were on point.

Once again a wonderful time at Dolphin Isles. The pictures are accurate but donโt do the property justice. Extremely well maintained. The host, David and his support team (Louis, Carla, etc) and the local team in Fort Lauderdale ensure this property stays in top shape. Short walk to the beach and several great restaurants and bars. The ability to access Taylor Birch Park at the of the street is great - go for a walk and take a picnic! You wonโt be disappointed and if there is no better compliment of our experiences at Dolphin Isles, we hope to return again in 2024.

The house is completely renovated with beautiful, modern amenities. Itโs the most immaculate , well organized home weโve ever rented. Great for kids:nice stairs, high chair, pack and play and beach equipment are all there. So close to the beach in a lovely neighborhood.
The backyard is paradise! Beautiful landscaping creates a completely private lush oasis with a spa, outdoor showers, swimming pool with waterfall and outdoor dining and lounging areas. The backyards is accessible from all rooms in the back of the house.
The house was well stocked, clean and organized The owners gave great tips on restraints and activities.

We travel frequently to Florida, and this is by far our favorite vacation home. The home is exceptionally beautiful, and always spotlessly clean and organized. The pool and spa are totally private, surrounded by sunny lounge areas and gorgeous tropical landscaping. It truly is a unique house in the fact that one is within a very short walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but have the seclusion and tranquility of the lush outdoor space.
The homeowners have made sure everything is super comfortable, from the bedding and extra large bath towels to the outdoor seating. We appreciate all the thoughtful touches like labeled switches, well stocked kitchen, tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, rafts and beach toys for the kids. They even have pet towels for drying our pup!
To the homeowners-We are just now heading back to North Carolina. We wanted you to know that we had the best time and feel like we actually added a few years back to our lives! We basked in the sun, hiked the park every morning (we saw 3 manatees the first morning!) and dined out, and best of all just enjoyed what you have both created. We had a great family vacation, five adults and a baby. The house was perfect for us, the photos represent reality very well, beautiful large rooms all very very well equipped, we lacked nothing during our stay, and what about beach equipment, sand games for kids, chairs in large numbers, parasols and wheelbarrows to transport everything. The backyard is very private, the only thing is that there is not much sun in the pool, at least in January. The house is very well located and in a very quiet area close to the beach. The managers were more than perfect and very quick to react to ensure our well-being.
I highly recommend this property, it is exceptional.

It is so close to the beach, and the homeowner provided lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and three large beach wagons to tote everything. The home was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and spa were wonderful, and the backyard setting was so lush and secluded, it reminded us of Costa Rica!
We walked to several nice nearby restaurants, including Dune, right on the beach, and Shooters on the Intracoastal. The layout of the home was perfect for the six of us. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and also a large family room where we loved watching movies together. We appreciated the modern kitchen, which was fully stocked, from cookware and serving bowls, all the way to sandwich bags and spices.
We did have some initial difficulty with our WIFI connection, but the homeowner resolved it right away. Overall, we felt thoroughly spoiled by this beautiful home, and we can't wait to return!

Four couples took a long weekend and stayed at this beautiful home. The pictures resemble the house. The inside was perfect. The outside had the pool, hot tub and areas to sit. There were so many things in the house that were provided where we have stayed in other VRBO houses that were not. Totally appreciate trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher soap and washer soap. Many kitchen items as well--spices, coffee, filters and sweetener. The 3 wheel barrels, coolers, chairs for the beach and umbrellas were awesome too. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house had so much. We ALL really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heart beat--hope to at some point. If you book this house, you will not be disappointed. What an spectacular home and what an amazing vacation! Where to begin? We chose this home in part because it is a Style Vacation Homes property. We had such a wonderful experience renting one of their other homes called 36 West in Provincetown, MA, we decided to rent this house for our family vacation in Florida. We were overjoyed with our choice!
The location of this home is perfect. Itโs so close to everythingโฆ.you can easily walk to the beach, the state park, and restaurants, yet you feel like you are in a secluded tropical oasis! The home was immaculate. Not only is it beautiful, but it has every amenity you could ask for. The backyard is so private and the heated pool and spa are amazing. We literally could have spent our entire stay just lounging in the pool! The owners really take care to ensure their guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We have stayed at numerous Florida vacation homes, and this far exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much. We will be back!

From the moment we walked in we felt so comfortable and at home. The house was very clean, organized and well stocked with all the essentials. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was by far the best. The location is amazing, itโs just two blocks to the beach. The garage has all the necessary beach equipment that you need, even all the sand toys for the kids. (Our little one was very excited to see all the beach toys!)

We were very happy with the property. The house had everything you could think of which made things so easy. The pool was amazing and always heated. The beach was 2 blocks away. We were very happy with our stay. The property manager communicated with us as soon as we needed anything. I would stay here again for sure! Beautiful property!

The house was amazing. It was very clean and beautiful. It was large and spacious and fit our family of six. The pool and spa was clean and a nice addition. The house was in walking distance to the beach and stores.

Enjoyed our stay
Our family of four (including 4 year old and 6 month old) plus 2 grandparents enjoyed our March stay very much. The house was immaculately clean and had beautiful finishings. The added convenience of having a high chair, pack and play, and baby bathtub, along with 4 huge beach wagons with umbrellas/chairs was awesome. An extra fridge, wine fridge, and pantry essentials were great too. We loved the location, in a quiet neighborhood so close to beach access.
The property manager, Louis was very kind and quick to communicate, as well as being very thorough in his property guides and instructions.
Would recommend a Slumberpod for those traveling with small kids, since bedrooms are rather bright.
I think the only negative would be the heat on the pool not being able to be on at same time as hot tub.

Amazing time in Dolphin Isles
The property is outstanding. Everything in great condition and while the pictures show well and are accurate they donโt do it justice. Many more amenities provided than other rentals based on our experience so far with Vrbo. The support staff through Louisโ team are friendly and very helpful.
Access to the state park, literally at the of the street is a nice feature. Great for a walk along the intercostal, or a picnic. Quiet street and not far, but far enough from the strip.
The owner was very helpful with a note before we checked in with his suggestions for the area - including local restaurants. We enjoyed happy hour and Sunday brunch at Shooters and dinner at Dune.
You wonโt be disappointed with this property. We would rent again.

Perfect house, amazing location
We had an amazing time spending a week at this lovely home. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time in the pool and at the beach - a short walk away. We also went for some fun walks with our daughter at the nearby state park. Great restaurants in the area. Host was super responsive and had great recommendations for us! We canโt wait to come back.
