Luxury apartment (renovated 2015) with panoramic views of sea, beach promenade and mountains. Very close to the beach (80m). Very intensive cleaning and sterilisation as well we use UV light in all rooms for that COVID-19 has no chance. Location: Approximately 45 km from the Málaga Airport, located in the center of Torre del Mar with all shops for daily needs and many different bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Only 80m away from the beach promenade. At the 9th floor. Features: Living room with TV (SAT + DVB-T), PSP3 with some Games Incl. Perfekte Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zum Strand, zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Sie ist topp ausgestattet und war liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge ist unvergleichlich! Katja und Helmut sind die perfekten Gastgeber!

Above and beyond
Katja and Helmut went above and beyond to help keep us safe and comfortable during the corona virus crisis. When we were concerned that we might get stranded with no place to stay, they assured us we could remain in their apartment as long as necessary. When we needed to leave for the airport rather abruptly, they gave us a ride and provided masks, gloves, and sanitizer to use while traveling. It was very important to us to have so much support, as we were on our own in another country at a very difficult period. We are very appreciative of the help we received from Katja and Helmut and can think of no better testimony of how great they are as hosts.
It also happens that their perfectly located apartment is beautiful and comfortable, to the point we would have been happy to ride out the storm right there (especially considering the incredible view of the Mediterranean from the balcony) if events had not changed so quickly and drastically.

Unsere schöne Zeit in Torre del Mar
Wir haben lange gezögert, eine Ferienwohnung über das Internet zu buchen, weil wir den Fotos die meistens gezeigt werden nicht wirklich getraut haben und vorab gestellte Fragen an Vermieter oder Agenturen zur jeweiligen Immobilie, eher nüchtern als einladend beantwortet wurden. Der direkte Kontakt zu Katja und Helmut weckte in uns die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub die bei der Ankunft und während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht enttäuscht wurde. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und so geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage ist für alle Art von Urlaub hervorragend, für Langzeiturlauber (Winterflüchtlinge wie in unserem Fall) als auch für Strandurlauber. Katja und Helmut haben uns mit guten Tipps versorgt, der Kontakt in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war wie unter Freunden.
Wohnung, Umgebung und Vermieter sind mit 5 Sternen nicht übertrieben bewertet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön und alles was man braucht ist in der fußläufigen Umgebung zu finden: Das schöne Meer und der Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Busse, ... Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Traumhafter Urlaub in perfekter Strandlage
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen.
Es lief alles problemlos ab, da Katja sich unglaublich gut gekümmert hat. Wir bekamen viele Tipps und haben dadurch einen tollen Urlaub verbringen können.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und luxuriös. Es war sehr sauber und alle Gegenstände des täglichen Alltags waren vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Costa del sol war traumhaft, da hat sich sogar das frühe Aufstehen gelohnt. Auch von Vorteil waren die Rollos, dadurch hatten unser Sohn, sowie der Sohn der anderen Familie mit der wir dort waren kein Problem, den Mittagsschlaf gut behütet zu überstehen!
Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf in jullie appartement.
Mooi uitzicht op de zee en strand. Alles was zeer goed in orde, vriendelijk ontvangst, en een super service. Zeker een aanrader.

Wonderful clean, modern and well equipped property with stunning views towards Caleta and Torrox.
The owners welcomed us with gifts and a tour of the property so we knew how everything worked. Helmut even came and with amazing skill fixed the TV so we could watch our favourite English programmes. When it rained Katya gave us ideas of what we could do for entertainment. They are the nicest people you could ever meet and went out of their way to give us a good holiday. Their mission is to give everyone a wonderful holiday so whatever your needs they will do their best to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We felt so at home in the apartment we were happy to spend time on cooler days enjoying the rest and the fantastic views. All together a wonderful holiday. Thank you Katja and Helmut

Luxury Flat
Vielen Dank Katja & Helmut. Wir haben uns in eurer Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und selten haben wir eine so saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Der 180-Grad-Blick aus dem 9. Stock auf Meer UND Berge ist einfach wunderschön. Der Saugroboter hat zuverlässig für einen sandfreien Boden gesorgt ;).
Die Tapas-Bar ‚Jorgis’ ist nur einen Steinwurf von der Wohnung entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick, direkt am Strand
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Direkt am Strand mit Promenade, aber auch nach wenigen Minuten Fussweg ist man in der Fußgängerzone mit netten Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, inklusive auch einiger technischer Raffinessen wie Multimedia PC und Saugroboter.
Die nette und professionelle Betreuung von Katja und Helmut ist noch mal speziell zu erwähnen.
Abschließend kann man nur sagen, dass wir bestimmt wiederkommen werden und die Wohnung im Freundes - und Bekanntenkreis weiterempfehlen.

Freundliche Betreuung mit idealer Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt
Das Appartement lässt in Bezug auf die Ausstattung keine Wünsche übrig. Es ist sehr gepflegt. Der kleine Balkon ermöglicht in den Morgenstunden ein Frühstück mit Meerblick. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Tolles Apartment in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und in sehr guter Lage zum Strand von Torre del Mar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, wir haben viele Tipps bzgl. Restaurants, Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Ausflügen etc. bekommen. Selbst unsere flugbedingt sehr späten bzw. frühen Reisezeiten waren beim Check-in bzw. Check-out kein Problem, wir wurden vor Ort willkommen geheißen bzw. verabschiedet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Astounding views, day and night.
This apt. Is sleek and modern. Everything is there. Bedding, a well stocked kitchen, and towels. The owners are VERY attentive to your needs. The apt. Is an easy walking distance to the beach and it’s gorgeous walkway, grocery stores, laundry, hairdresser, and numerous restaurants. Access to the highway is not far and makes day trips quite easy. We had a very pleasant visit.

Wonderful location and apartment.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Katja & Helmut were very informative and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is spacious and very clean with amazing views of the Sea and in a good location to explore Torre del Mar and the surrounding area.

Superbly appointed & well positioned
What can I say but the whole experience was the very best we have had and I must add we have booked numerous properties through this website. Katya & Helmut met us upon arrival and showed us around and answered any questions we had regarding the apartment - they also very kindly gave our daughter a present as it was Christmas and provided a welcome pack. The apartment is wonderfully appointed and was spotlessly clean with all of the equipment one needs when on holiday. The view in morning of the sun rising over the Mediterranean was simply a sight to behold while having breakfast ! My daughter gave this holiday a 10 out of 10 - what more can I really add apart from thank you for a lovely stay in a wonderful apartment. We will be back ....

Lovely clean spacious apartment with plenty of storage space. The apartment has plenty of windows that let in lots of light, and the view from all of the rooms and balcony is spectacular. Watching the sun rising from behind the mountains each morning was a wonderful sight.
The kitchen area is very well equipped and includes fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The set of crystal wine glasses was a nice touch and was in keeping with the good quality fixtures and fittings across the whole apartment.
There are two shower rooms, one of which contains a washing machine. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided useful information on places to eat and to visit. We would have been happy to stay another week (at least!)

We had a wonderful week in Torre de Mar, thanks to the very nice apartment of Katja and Helmut.
It was very clean, modern, practical, spacious with good beds and bathrooms. There was a lot of storageroom.
It all looked very new. Nothing to complain about.
The apartment is situated in a nice building, very near to the beach and supermarket. The view is wonderful. Even though it's not on the beachfront, you have a view over the beach and the harbour. Every Photo on their website is really as it is.
If we go back to Torre del Mar we will rent this apartment again, no doubt.
Katja and Helmut are very nice people and very helpful. Nothing is too much for them.

My father and I spent five nights at Katja's apartment in January. We had an excellent time and the apartment is one of the best apartments we have stayed in on our travels.
Katja was a great host who lives nearby so was able to meet us to hand over the keys and show us the facilities. She kindly provided some food and drink for our arrival. Katja and her partner have modernised the apartment with very high specification fixtures and fittings. There are three spacious bedroom and two bathrooms which is very useful. The kitchen is of a high standard with oven, hob, and microwave. The apartment has amazing views to the mountains and out across the bay. The outside balcony catches the sun in the morning so you can sit and take it all in.
Torre del Mar was quiet in January but there were still plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants open. The town is small but neat and there is a great path along the seafront for walking. I took along my bike and ride into the mountains. The villages of Competa and Comares are worth visiting by bike or car and there are also lots of other pretty villages around.
