There's not much:
- The location is good - it's close to Citta Alta either by the Funicolare (recommended for going up) or by foot
- Has a private parking
It's a pity that such a wonderful apartment in a beautiful historic building is ruined by the neglection of the hosts.
- No direct communication with the host (probably to avoid complains). We've sent an immediate complaint upon arrival via WhatsApp (preferred by the host), but never got a response.
- Very noisy even late at night - the place is located on a major street to Citta Alta and there's a constant traffic (especially teens with motorcycles)
- Damp, cold, smells of mould all around the apartment.
- It seems that changing the bed sheets is the only duty for the hosts.
- A suspiciously smelling bedsheet tucked in the wardrobe.
- The house was dirty all around - stained furniture, dust, visible mould in the bathroom
- The toilet seat was broken - with hard plastic and sharp edges you can easily get injured. Reading the old reviews it seems to be the case for over a month.

Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect location and easy parking. Overall, Bergamo is a lovely place.
The main bedroom could use a little more airing before our arrival. Noise from the street (mentioned by several other reviews) was not an issue.

location and good size
a bit dark. Also when I explained that I was not receiving the emails and could they please communicate via what’s app they appeared to have a problem with this. It would also be helpful if we were told the bus from the airport stops close to the apartment
4.2
comfortable bed and coffee, 10 minutes walk to funicular and bus to aero port
dark- heavy curtains little natural light, cold- like a fridge when we walked in, broken shower screen , slippery shower and dirty , noisy road, challenging book in - 24/24 service off site so make sure you have wifi access. walked for 15 minutes trying to find food place open in evening , flickering lights, couldn’t wait to leave - and I never leave a bad review

Wonderful palace, in a good location. parking place is a plus. Nice apartment.
Furniture and appliances a bit outdated.

It is a small apartment in a palace near the old town in Bergamo. One of the rooms has a double bed, the second one has a small bed and the sofa could be extended and a couple of people could sleep on it. Nice place, but it lacks a personal touch which you expect in Italy. 8 out of 10. Worth the money. The best is that it has parking

Location perfect for day trip around Bergamo
Apartment was cold in november. As we travel with 3 small kids, where 1 is not walker yet, floors was really cold for baby. In evening heat start to work and on morning it was much much better.

clean and impressive
cold at night

The bed was exceptional in fact my wife would have taken it home if we could have ! Great location and very homely easy access and just of the local bus route.
Nothing !

Cutlery was missing. Other than that everything was great.

Nice apartment, great location, match the price
Communication between client and host could be better. The access code to the apartment was received only 2 hours before check-in

An actual palace...(Ok just an apartment in the palace but still a palace :D ). Did not meet the host but easy to access with the guidance from the host. Really big apartment.
Mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Location was good, very close to old city of Bergamo. Beautiful and authentic building. Apartment was clean. Bus station is close to apartment.
It was very noisy at night because the street was close and all the sounds were audible. Delayed with signs of entry into the apartment, we received only around 16.00, although the apartment was available from 15.00.

I have nothing nice to say about the property.
My stay here was a complete nightmare. The host should not be in the BnB business as she has no people or communication skills. Our numerous emails were never answered , in fact we had to contact Bookings.com to have them communicate with the host.
The property had no air conditioning and on asking for a fan we were met with a “No the property doesn’t need one”. We are in July the middle of summer with 36 degree days , every day!!!!
Whilst the property is in a Limited Traffic Zone , don’t be fooled as it was like being on a freeway with non stop loud noise into the early mornings. The noise level was unacceptable and we had to use earplugs to mute the noise .
Oh and right next door they were completing roadworks which we had no knowledge about and work started bright and early.
I want a refund!
Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Good location,big apartment.
4.2
Very well located, the appartment is spacious and it is easy to park. The kitchen has all what can need.
It is a little bit dark and humid, particularly in the bathroom (no possibility to open a window). The living room is not very cosy.
4.2
The property is located within 10 min. walk from the funicular to the Citta Alta (Upper town) of Bergamo in a solid building. There is a private parking place in the yard. The hostess provided us with a fitted kitchen and a lot of stuff necessary for a comfortable stay. The appartment is well furnished and quite spacious, absolutely perfect for 4/5 people.
It was a bit dark in the appartment as it’s on the ground floor of the building. The heating didn’t work or at least we were not informed how to switch it on, so we were cold in the evening. In the instructions provided by the hostess there were a lot of charges, foreseen, which was too much for me.

Everythink was perfect.

Great location with free private parking.

Great location, so close to the old town. Beautiful building and apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need for your trip really!
Just make sure you contact well in advance to get the code from host for doors. It may be helpful for host to advise the cost for the city tax on arrival to property as opposed to the end as we didn't see her message until after we had left the property and we didn't have cash to pay it either.
4.2
It was exceptional stay in real Italia`s history combined with contemporary comfort and superior feeling of cosy home.
Million thanks to guys for positive emotions and outstanding service.
4.2
nice, big apartment, self check-in/check-out, free parking
bathroom was not clean enough, info about check-in were received very late, the lady that communicated with us was quite arrogant, but now reading the reviews seems I wasn't the only one who had this impression
4.2
Very comfortable and located close to Uscita Alta 😁
The only small thing is that I thought there are two bedrooms when there is a sofa in the living room.
4.2
the location is nice - there is a big park in front of the hotel and a huge parking (which was convenient as we were traveling by car). The breakfast is amazing with a nice range of options including healthy food (fresh juices, yogurts etc)
We were traveling with a small dog (maltese) and were informed after the booking was confirmed that there is an extra charge of EUR 30 for the dog (approx 25% of room charge) which is a bit expensive (maybe it could be indicated upfront). Additionally, as dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, we could not enjoy breakfast as a family and had to take turns:) That being said, the dog had a nice personal cushion in the room and was nicely welcomed:)
4.2
Very good. Easy communication.
Property very nice.

We only stayed one night but would gladly come back to stay longer. The apartment is very well positioned for seeing everything in Bergamo. Bus from airport stops within 100m of apartment. Could not have been easier. Fulvia extremely responsive and helpful.
4.2
Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with free secured parking. Ideal for exploring both towns of Bergamo. The bed was comfy :)
We were bit unsure about the arrival and self-check in. As we didn't receive the instructions until the moment we came. But we got them and all was then smooth. The flat is ground floor, dark, but for 2 nights, it was ok.
4.2
Space, kitchen perfectly appointed, position

Everything in the apartment was perfect and I don’t mind giving you guys 💯 ⭐️
Nothing everywhere was perfectly fine
