The spacious living area can be wonderfully used as a meeting place for the whole family. Here you can gather in the bright dining area and take meals together. As a cozy highlight, there is a fireplace in the house.
On the open terrace you can enjoy the sun and the fresh air of the Baltic Sea.
Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.
Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time-out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.
Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Due to the houses under construction, the exterior layout as well as the building density may constantly change and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation; further discounts are excluded ***.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. In 2025 bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
