About this house rental
This is a 3500 sq ft. Home with gorgeous and unobstructed views of Lake Powell. It is located 5 minutes from Lone Rock beach at Lake Powell and 10 minutes from Wahweap or Stateline Marinas. This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms. There are 2 kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. Likewise, two living room areas, upstairs and downstairs. Both kitchens and living rooms and all master suites have clear and stunning views of Lake Powell and the cliffs of the Kaiparowitz Plateau. there are also two other bedrooms. This huge home sleeps 11. There are 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 bunk (1 Full, 1 Twin). Again, there are two separate kitchens. Only the upstairs kitchen has a range and stovetop and dishwasher. Both have stainless steel refrigerators. All stainless appliances.
The back deck is 60 ft long with a gorgeous and huge grill. There is a section that is completely covered and an outdoor table that seats 4. The pictures speak for themselves.
Also, there WiFi throughout the home.
Greenehaven is a beautiful custom home community just 9 miles Northwest of Page, AZ.. It has the very popular Lake Powell Mart. It is the store all those at Lone Rock Beach use. This custom home was built in 2005 and is a Santa Fe Style. It has 10 FT ceilings upstairs and 9 Ft ceilings downstairs. The deck is wonderfully secluded with no neighbors to the right or left. You won't find a better (without obstruction) view of the lake or a more secluded custom home.

Noise ordinances are strictly enforced. This is a superb, quiet, and high end community and respect for neighbors takes precedence above all else. We love our community and we respect both our guests and neighbors. We are happy to host you, but we also want you to join us in the protection of and respect for the lovely Greenehaven community. There may be other communities which are less strict, but the quality of your stay will be compromised.

This was the perfect place for our adult family of 8 and 1 year old granddaughter. We had to block the stairs to keep her contained, but that wasn't an issue for us as we do the same at home. There were enough rooms and beds to allow each person or couple their own space with room for a few more. There is a huge game room downstairs with a desk (perfect for editing videos), couches to sit on, ping pong, and air hockey. The door at the end of the stairs contained the noise of nightly tournaments so we never heard them upstairs.
The kitchen is well stocked. Several dishes, utensils, and appliances. There were spices, oils, and other items available as well. The grill is "a monster" with room to hold a lot of food. They also have extra linens for the beds and baths.
The view! The lake, mountains, stars, milky way, sunrises, sunsets, & yapping of coyotes can all be seen or heard from the back decks. Having the wide open space out back to explore without navigating around other homes was a plus for our adventurous bunch. We hiked the nearby canyon to the lake and wished we had taken chairs so we could sit & enjoy the beach once we got there.
George and his son, Truman. They are attentive and aim to please. We had a small, unforeseen issue and they got right on it. We left feeling as if we had made new friends.
Thanks again for taking care of my family; even when you had family to care for yourself.

Large, long driveway accommodated all our vehicles and boat trailer with no problem. Multiple living spaces gave us plenty of room to stretch out. Kids loved the ping pong table. Beautiful location with breathtaking sunsets and star gazing.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property, and we still had just as great of an experience as the 1st. The AC works well, and the bedrooms all have fans and clean sheets. The only thing I would suggest to George is darker curtains in the bedroom- the bring sun comes shining right in before 7am (fine for us because we wanted to get to the lake, but may not be so nice for others trying to sleep in). This house is very spacious- with a kitchen upstairs & down stairs & is just a few minutes from the Wahweap launch ramp. The view from the house is beautiful & we loved watching the thunderstorms over the lake from our porch in the evening. Great place that we plan to return to with our large extended family!

We decided to come out for July 4th weekend to lake Powell there was 12 of us staying at the home. We got there and the home was very hot as host does not want ac less then 78 in home which for us was very hot we usually keep our ac at 72. Secondly we got into our rooms and beds had dirt and bugs in them. Spiders and small little bugs as well. We told host he said I’ll refund cleaning fee. That was before my friend got very sick after being bitten by the bugs they had to leave early. I have a 2 month old baby boy and I didn’t want to risk him getting bitten or sick either. There was dog poop on the patio. Not cleaned the home was very dusty not well cleaned or taken care of. It was definitely not well. We ended up leaving as he told us to leave asap and he’d refund 2 nights and did not and made a bunch of excuses and told us he’s out 1,000 really when we paid for 2 nights that he did not have us use. Very bad host and would never stay again or recommend anyone as well.

They allowed us to house group of students and chaperones in their lovely house while we were running the Navajo Math Camp at CCC. We could not run this camp without such homeowners. The students really loved their time.

Beautiful house and location!
This house was perfect for our family. The location is great and the view from the deck is stunning. It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive from Page which made running errands and sight seeing that much easier. George was also very communicative and easy to reach before and throughout our stay to answer questions.

Perfect large family house with amazing views!
George's house was so perfect for our large family to stay in! We loved the 2-levels so we could keep our young children on one floor and the adults that wanted to sleep in on a second floor (lol). Having the kitchens on both levels was SO PERFECT for this as well! Once we parked our boat trailers at the marina lot, the parking was not a problem. There was one minor appliance issue during our stay, but George was very easy to get in touch with and had someone out to look at the problem immediately. The views from the house were amazing & our family had such a great time overall! We can't wait to come back next year!

Amazing place with incredible view
Very cozy place in the most amazing location. Easy access to Page with a close-by well stocked convenience store. The place is like two units in one, with each level having independent family rooms, bedrooms and full kitchens. The kitchens are very well equipped and the grill in the deck is fantastic! It has plenty of fans if the heat outside is too overwhelming (we stayed with 105+ degrees outside). I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area!

Nice house with beautiful view!
Pulling up to the house it doesn't look as big as it really is. the house is spacious and has windows all over to see the great view (can cause it to get rather hot during the day though) so we closed them while we were gone. Had a minor hiccup with the A/C unit but the owner jumped on it quick and had it fixed and house cooled by the time we were back the next day. it was nice to have a fridge upstairs and down stairs so our people down stairs could store drinks for when they were down there and didn't have to come all the way up to get something. few things that need attention the sliding window covers in the master room were missing a couple so light would come through in the morning. Washing machine latch is not working correctly needed to put something infront of the door to hold it closed to do laundry.

Magical Sunrises
The greatest gift of this property...the amazing sunrises overlooking the lake! Also, the privacy is awesome...you definitely are with nature yet in a quiet private safe neighborhood. George is available 24/7 to assist where needed...we truly enjoyed out time at Lake Powell!

The property is fantastic with amazing views and excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of of town. The home is well cared for and stocked. Most importantly George is the most attentive and helpful landlord we have ever worked with in a VRBO. He responds immediately to phone calls and messages. We had an issue where a toilet broke and he jumped in his car and made a 5 hour round trip to get a new toilet and get it installed that day! We found him to be very fair with making any adjustments necessary to make our stay easy and comfortable. Thank you for your integrity George!

wanted to give a 5 star rating...BUT.....
this home is very nice and the views were amazing, however there was a pretty serious ant problem on the deck outside...which we did combat with ant traps and spray (which worked very well) so the kids could go out there without getting attacked.
There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, the kitchen was mostly adequate, unfortunately the dishwasher was broken, but we were notified of this ahead of time and planned accordingly by bringing paper plates, plastic forks, knives, spoons and cups - which kept the dish washing to a minimum.
We did have some issues with the batteries being dead in the remotes for the ceiling fans, but the place had AC so that wasn't that big of a deal....the biggest complaint I had was with the internet access. Basically there really isn't usable internet access - we struggled with getting directions and getting to our email confirmations for tours we had booked to find out what time we had to be there, and work emails, etc. What made it even worse was that the owner kept contacting us accusing us of streaming video or gaming and using up all his available internet data plan. Only 2 of the adults in the house even had the password to his wifi and it was barely usable. The owner didn't realize that he had rented to a couple of IT professionals and we do understand what type of activities generate lots of data and which type of activities don't (we do this for a living for the large corporations we work for). His wifi password isn't exactly that secure and we really didn't know what would have been using up all his data plan - because our use (email, google/siri search and google maps) was very limited.
I found his accusations to be so insulting that I told my husband to just unplug his router and be done - its not like we had good responses when email was trying to load on our phones.
We ended up having 2 sick kids in the house during vacation and couldn't even get on the internet to see where the nearest urgent care or hospital was. We ended up driving into town and used the wifi at Safeway/Starbucks to get access to things we needed.
The house was clean, linens and towels were supplied, the location was convenient and quiet.
I would probably not ever stay here again based on the interactions with the owner - there are other places that are comparable on vrbo for this area. Too bad because this house was very adequate and the views were amazing.

Perfect house for our week in Page
The house had a lot of room for the 8 adults we had. The location was convenient to everything we planned to do (pontoon on lake Powell, fishing lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, raft trip, horseshoe bend). Close to town and grocery store. Very pleasant and quite sitting on the back deck morning and evening. No other houses visible. Beautiful stargazing. The house is not luxurious but comfortable. A great value for the price. I would like to stay there again. It could use some better frying pans in the kitchen.

Excellent Views and space
We rented out this property on a thanksgiving weekend for 13 adults and 2 kids. Surprised by the size and cleanliness of this house. The end unit of the canyon and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The star gazing in the night is a must. Pretty much has everything one needs for a vacation. Extra towels, utensils and some condiments too. The living room has relaxing recliners that seemed very handy after a stressful day out!
Would surely recommend considering this vacation rental!

The title is right. Huge Home and Huge Views!
The views are simply breathtaking. The stars at night are amazing. The home was certainly spacious enough for my family of 13. The owner and his staff were very pleasant to work with and contacted us the first day to make sure we made it in okay. I only gave four stars because the carpet was stained; the ice makers were not working in either one of the refrigerators and no ice cube trays were available; the light bulbs were burned out in the upstairs master bedroom closet/toilet area. We found extra bulbs to replace them, but had to have two of my guys change the bulbs by one standing on the shoulders of the other because no chair was tall enough to reach the fixtures and there was no ladder around. It was late at night and dark and we didn't want to wait for the maintenance person to change them out. The designation of 3 master suites might mislead you into thinking each "suite" has a bathroom in it. Not so. The upstairs master suite has a bathroom in it. There is another bathroom upstairs for the other two upstairs bedrooms to share. One bathroom downstairs to share between three bedrooms. Ants were a problem on the deck. All appliances seemed to be working fine other than the ice makers. We had plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans. We did precook most of the food, so we just warmed things up. The BBQ worked. Wi-Fi was working. The furniture was ok, rental grade. With exception of the carpet, it was clean, but not motel clean. If you have toddlers you may want to bring a gate for the staircase to the downstairs area. In all honesty, the other homes we have rented in Page have been nicer, but not near as roomy. This is a good house for a large number of people, and again, the views and stars were awesome.

In our experience there are better properties at better prices. While manager was very responsive there were issues with leaking pipes at kitchen sink and ants on the deck and in the kitchen. The stove did not work very well. And the kitchen is poorly equipped with utensils.
