Beautiful weather and centrally located.
Easily get to wherever you may want to go. Friendly neighbors. Birds galore to serenade you on waking and through the day. Grounds are well kept. Unfortunately the lovely pools on site were closed and appt needed for GRV pools due to "co-vid". Plenty of walking paths to enjoy.

Nice little place for a short stay
We were fortunate to find this place available on such a short notice. Enjoyed our time in Green Valley and got to play golf a couple of times with friends who winter in GV. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short by 1 week due to the coronavirus situation.

Restful Valley
I spent a restful, comfortable 1 month stay with friendly neighbors. I did pick-up a small reading lamp so I could read and quilt. I can easily recommend this as a comfortable stay.

Cozy Casita
My husband and I stayed at this cozy casita in Green Valley for almost two months. It was perfect for our stay, well equiped, with a nice patio (and wonderful neighbours), and great facilities in the condo complex and nearby (Green Valley Est Rec. Center, El Rodeo Restaurant and Farmer's Market very close). This location is perfect if you want to explore southern Arizona - lots to see and do. The condo is older, but in great shape, and perfect as a budget friendly alternative.

really nice place
nice place. would have been nice to have more directions in regards to this unit. I never met anyone to help me on this place and I did experience problems checking in. the owners did check in with me but was a little difficult getting them. I would recommend this place because it is a nice unit, but it could be better.

Great stay
Loved the neighbors, weather, farmers market, sun, and desert!!!!!
Have always loved the Southwest! Nice casita, but could use a little more comfort in the living room. Had all the necessities in the kitchen. You can't go wrong. Would do it again!

Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom casita with everything needed.
Great neighborhood close to everything. The owner was flexible and staying an extra week was no problem.

Vacation villa nightmare
I would never recommend this villa to anyone. In very poor condition. Both door broken, leaky plumbing, dirty bed when i arrived at ten pm., roach dropping on silverware and dishes. I duct taped screen in bedroom so i could open the window. I scrubbed the whole time i was there for the next renters because it was not clean. Owners obviously have not been there for quite some time or they would have known to get repairs done.

A Perfect Spot.
A convenient spot especially if you enjoy the market and the other nearby places of interest. Most or all of the places are within walking distance and if you don't mind a drive, there's much to see. Such as, Pima Air and Space Museum, featuring all sorts of historical aircraft; Tubac, which is an artist's colony of incredible splendor; and wine tasting? Yes indeed! I couldn't believe the wine that grows in Arizona. As per the interior, the photos say it all - all the comforts of home. Overall, this is an ideal home base in a beautiful area.
