About this house rental

This house is located in the exclusive area of Palmas del Mar Resort & Casino in the east coast of Puerto Rico . It has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. It is a magical place - an enchanting retreat located about 60 miles from the capital, San Juan. Everything you need for an amazing vacation is located at minutes away inside the resort , from night life to sight seeing, fishing or sports. You choose it and we have it! This one story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom ,with view to the pool through a glass sliding door there is a king size bed with a bathroom which has an amazing . The other 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds inside. The pool is out of this world ! It starts at 3 feet on the shallow end and goes up to 10 feet on the deep end. An amazing vacation is guaranteed in this home!

we enjoyed out stay. The home is nice and clean the area is safe. Just a little bit of a drive for shopping. The outdoor kitchen is pool is a nice place to hangout and relax. The only down side for us is it's didn't have the number of beds we expceted but the couch is big so it wored out.

This is our second time staying at this lovation. We have no complaints. Some minor upgrades would make it even better. But definitely recommend for large families clean. The host responds immediately regarding any questions. Close to some beautiful bleach beaches.

anytime you stay in Palmas you usually need a golf cart which was pictured on the property when I got there the owners stated it was not included in description which was true. The other house we rented was 4 houses away didn’t have it in description but was included in photo and stay. That was an additional $500 to rent from resort. They have no dishwasher nor dishwasher soap. Not even a bag of ice nor water. Finally they changed check in time from 3_to 4 prior to my arrival. It was nearly 6 and they were still cleaning pool. The manager then said I f the app said three she will let me check out at noon. I sent her screenshots. Which then yielded the owner to come over and offer me money money back 2 hours after my check in and where am I to go. They changed the app to reflect 4 pm. But we’re still cleaning the pool until 6. I have screenshots. But I didn’t bother to continue complaining at this point I made the best of it. The house itself was ok and the pool dirties easily as it lacks a filter but overall a good house. Definitely won’t achieve premier host.

First time Family Vacation, was planned in 3 days, last minute and it was AMAZING! This house was perfect for us. Having the pool made it 100x more fun and relaxing for the whole family. We only contacted the Owner once and they handled cleaning the pool which turned over night to green within a couple hours. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you so much for having us use your home for our home for vacation:)

The property manager was great no complaints with her at all. But the owner of this place really didnt care about his place we stood for 11 days and there were issues with this place. Pluming, ceiling in kitchen and big bedroom was leaking and i told the owner and he clearing didnt care money was not worth it

Owner accused us of using all the gas in the grill when we had not used it yet. Water leaking in one of the bedrooms from the winow, ceiling and under the closet doors. Advertised Jacuzzi not functional. Only a single wash cloth provided for 6 womens. Wifi rarely worked. Overall the house was clean and in a good location but because of the noted issues I would not recommend renting this unit until the water leaks are resolved.

Our stay at the property was great. There were a few issues that we addressed with the property manager at check out. The main issue we had that it may be out of their control was that we didn't have Wifi during our stay. Otherwise. The property was a perfect fit for our vacation.

The Palmas Del Mar area is beautiful with a great little beach to visit and restaurants and walking paths. The house itself needs lot of updates. The outdoor area was great but the bathrooms need work. The master shower was virtually unusable. When it rains the roof does leak in many spots. The property owner was quick to send people to fix. The addition of some beach chairs, beach toys, more beach towels, more bath towels, hand towels and sheets would be beneficial. The location is easy to get to many different things to do and there is a Walmart nearby for grocery essentials.

It was a nice house and a good area. The beach was more like a 15 minute walk 5 minute drive. Alot of seaweed and other vegetation on the beach. Palmas de mar is a huge gated community with a lot of smaller private resorts inside . Can’t really access much without a membership in palmas. We spent most of our time during our stay in Fajardo and Old San Juan Doing excursions, shopping and eating . The house was a nice budget friendly stay compared to most resorts when you have a couple of families wanting to stay together.

This Villa has some really nice features. The pool and deck, the kitchen, dining room and living room are spacious and can accommodate a large group. However, the primary bedroom and bathroom are humongous and the other 3 bedrooms are closets. The bathrooms are original and are in disparate need of an upgrade. The ‘shower,’ if you can call it that, in the main bathroom is outright dangerous. This shower is an afterthought, without much thought. Almost no water pressure and placed in a corner next to the toilet and large jacuzzi tub, giving you very little room to maneuver in and out. We all just showered in the other bathroom, which is also in need of an update. We did have a great time, even with these challenges. Both grills worked and like a previously mentioned, the pool and deck were great.

Nice spot for big groups. Outdoor/pool area was awesome. Definitely utilize the resort within the community. Great location for the ports / ferries for island hoping. Bit of a drive to San Juan, but that wasn't our main focus for this trip. Overall great stay

The house overall size and distribution is good. Bathrooms need to be updated rush. Master bedroom AC must be replaced and need to install pitch black shades to block the sun light. The outside floor of the pool can be hard on your feet. An island in the kitchen would be perfect.

The property was easy to find with the directions given. The house was clean. It was in need of some maintenance. The host was responsive to our messages and did resolve the immediate issues and stated plans to fix remaining issues. The pool was amazing! Great outdoor space that provides shade in the afternoon. Spacious kitchen, living room, dining room and master suite. The remaining bedrooms are average size.

The pictures don't do justice. The house is huge, there is an extra room not listed, the common areas are spacious and in excellent shape. Everything was very clean, and the host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay.

Es lugar es amplio y muy acogedor. La urbanización es súper tranquila y nos sentimos seguros. La casa esta completamente equipada, muchas toallas, utensilios en la cocina, platos, vasos, básicamente nos suplieron con todo lo necesario dentro de un hogar. La piscina es grande y estaba limpia. Sinceramente nos sentimos como en casa, disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. Agradecemos a Annie por su excelente servicio.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The pool and patio were perfect for us. The photos were outdated on the website . The kitchen appeared to be renovated which was a nice surprise with an additional bedroom that we were not anticipating. The only issue was the coffee maker. It was for 5 cups and the coffee pot was missing. Overall, great place to stay!

Overall the property was generously big. The pictures did not do it justice. We arrived to find an extra bedroom and remodeled kitchen. The pool was awesome, the kids loved it! Great location in Palmas! Definitely would recommend and would go back. Beds were comfortable! The only thing I would critique is I would have a welcome book with any rules and questions you may have with property especially what’s required to be done at check out. Other than that Annie was always a text/phone call away.

This place is not only beautiful but had an extra bedroom I was unaware of, the master bedroom offered a lots of room with beautiful high celling larger in person and Annie the property was super sweet and attentive. The pool was a delight for my teens. My family and I enjoyed our stay can’t wait to come back. Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your home<3
