This lovely beach house has been set up well perfectly to make the most of your beach escape. Featuring three bedrooms, with enough sleeping capacity for up to 9 people, this is a great family holiday base. With polished floorboards throughout and a large wrap around deck, there is plenty of space inside and out. The yard is fully fenced, so even your pets can enjoy a beach getaway. With split system heating and cooling and a choice of coffee machines (both espresso and pod), you will have all the comforts of home to enjoy your time away.

The beautiful coastal village of Venus Bay has a small number of shops and cafes in town, and pristine beaches patrolled in summer by the Venus Bay Surf Life Saving Club - voted the Australian Surf Life Saving Club of the Year 2017!
- Getting Around
There is no public transport available in Venus Bay, however there is a community beach bus that operates in summer to transfer you to the beach. The property is within walking distance of the local shops and cafes.
- Other things to note
The property also has two portacots available for use, plus baby-safe gates at the top of the internal stairs and at the entrance to the kitchen.
Please note: Blankets, Pillows and Doonas are supplied at the property. You will need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, pillowcases and bathmat). Linen is available for hire - contact us for further details.

- No shoes in the house please.
- Pets are strictly forbidden from being on the furniture and beds.
