This house is built for entertaining and outdoor recreation! Attached to the giant backyard deck is the private, 30' x 14' heated pool, stocked with a wide variety of pool toys for everyone to use. And because the pool is surrounded by a protective fence, the backyard provides a safe place for children of all ages to play. Throw in the outdoor shower, plenty of patio furniture, lounge chairs, propane grill, fire pit, hammock, benches and beautiful tree lined yard with a privacy fence, and everyone in the family will enjoy the endless summer days and nights outside.
Inside, abundant windows and skylights fill every room with natural light! There is the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage filled with all sorts of pots, pans and cooking utensils including a Keurig K Duo Plus C coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender and Mickey Mouse waffle maker for the little ones and lots of counter space for those who is passionate about creating their own meals with the 'fresh catch of the day'. Kid’s utensils and high chair are also available.
On the first floor there is the private master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, beautiful bay window, comfy queen bed and its private on suite full bath with tub and shower. Master bedroom also has a quick access to the pool for that early morning swimming without disturbing the the rest of your party. There are two more bedrooms on the first floor in the other section of the house across kitchen and living/dining room. The Green room with queen bed and the Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds . The two rooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower just down the hall.
The living room has a charming fireplace, big 50" flat screen TV and enough seating for the entire family. Living room also has two large custom built shelves filled with books and DVDs for you to browse. There is a large dining room table that fits up to 10, and when combined with the breakfast nook table right nearby, you have seating for 12+ to dine indoors. Off the kitchen and leading to the deck is the bright sunroom where you can enjoy your favorite early morning coffee or tea with your paper and laptop.
Upstairs on second floor, you will find two more large bedrooms, the Gray room with a queen bed plus a daybed trundle served as two twins, and the Blue room with two twin beds. Each room has a mini library shelf with collectibles and books for adults and children to enjoy. The Blue room has kit's corner and a bench full of plush toys. There is a third full bathroom with a tub and shower on the second floor, shared by Grey room and Blue room.
The basement has another 50" flat TV, a ping-pong table, air hockey, PlayStation 3, Xbox, DVD player, Wii and many board games which will provide plenty of entertainment for the family. There is also a bonus futon that can sleep two more for convenience.
All bedrooms and living area have central A/C! There are full-sized washer and dryer available for your use in the basement. A second fridge is also available in the garage. Outdoor shower in backyard to wash off the sand after a visit to the beach.
This house has just finished a complete renovation including new heated pool with new liner, central AC, new hardwood floor throughout entire house, new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, new indoor and outdoor furniture, new TVs, new grill and new gas fire pit, new custom built shelves, and newly finished basement with Ping Pong and Air Hockey.
We are located 2.8 miles from Nickerson State Park (5-7 min drive) with scenic Cliff ponds and trails (a walking distance shortcut also exists) that are perfect for fresh water swimming, hiking, biking, paddling and canoeing. Also under 3 miles away are Crosby Landing (7 min drive), Linnell Landing (7 min drive), and Ellis Landing, which are just a few of Brewster's many beautiful beaches. We are also 6 min of drive away from Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, where you can enjoy golfing, exquisite fine dining and spas and many more activities. Finally, there are grocery stores, shops, restaurants, golf courses, baseball league fields, tennis courts and bike trails all within a short distance.
Guests are provided with beach chairs/table, umbrella, cooler, beach cubby and beach toys to use during your stay. There are Graco Pack n’ Play Portable Playard, two toddler beds, a high chair for families with young children. There are two Adult bikes and two child bikes available to use. This is non-smoking home.

We love our stay at this property! It’s conveniently located in the center of Brewster abutting Orleans and Chatham. Close to many beaches in these towns. House is very clean and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool is heated which is very nice. Perfect for family vacation. Everything just as advertised. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This house was just as advertised and great for three generations of a family (ages 2 - 79). We had enough room to spread out but also great common space for us all to be together. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet street which was good for kids to ride their bikes and adults to walk/jog. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The rooms are much smaller than they appeared in the photos. The kitchen had no cabinets available to store food for the week. We had problems with the bath tub draining and the wood deck was rotting. The owner was very responsive to the problems but they should have been fixed prior to our arrival

This vacation property is exactly as described. Great house for entire family. Well stocked house which is so convenient. House is in a great location, easy to get to area beaches and venues. Fabulous stay in Brewster!
We loved our stay in Brewster! I stayed there a few years ago and the house has been completely renovated and we didn’t even recognized it. The heated pool is definitely our highlight and the game room is so much fun for the entire family. We love the location which is so near to everything. The beaches and Nickerson park are both very close. Can’t wait to come back!

Pool was Perfect
Location and layout of house worked well for our extended family vacation. A first floor master is a must for my 84 year old parents. A pool was also high on our list of priorities. With a newborn and a one year old, we knew that we could not spend full days at the beach. Mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool allowed my daughters to relax while their littles took naps.
The only negative was a strong musty smell in the lower level. We did not use the game room due to that.

Perfect house for our 3 generation family
This lovely house is on a quiet street and is central to most attractions in Brewster. The back yard and pool area is protected and private. There is so much to do right at the house between the pool and the basement’s ping pong and air hockey. There were 10 of us and there was room to spread out as well as room to eat together. The kitchen is very well equipped. You will not regret booking this house! We had a blast! Thank you, Shixin!

We had such a wonderful experience!!! The house and backyard pool were absolutely amazing! There are tons of wonderful beaches and restaurants all within a few minutes drive! Amazing Getaway
We had an amazing week at this house. The location was great - quiet neighborhood, not far from beaches and other attractions, and the house was very well kept and clean. The heated pool and fire pit were a major highlight. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We highly recommend Kailan's Escape.

Perfect home base on the Cape!
Our two families stayed here for a week in Cape Cod, and couldn’t have asked for a better spot and host. The house comfortably held our large crew of kids and adults, and kept the kids entertained with the warm pool, fire pit, and basement game room while we were there. The location made it easy to reach different areas of the cape, including Nauset Beach, Hyannis, and Provincetown, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options around. Since the house included towels and beach chairs, it made our packing much easier. The owner, Shixin, made everything easy. She responded quickly to every question we had, and even went out and bought a beach cart when we asked if there was one! We would definitely stay here again!

Yearly Family Vacation on the Cape
We had an amazing time! The house was clean, cheerful, pleasant with all the amenities you would want in a home. The host was pleasant and responded to any of our needs in a very timely fashion. There’s plenty of space for children to safely play while adults can relax and enjoy. The house is close to the beach and other local attractions. After a day at the beach the pool is an amazing game changer! I can’t remember vacationing where everyone was so satisfied and content! We will definitely be back! Just what the doctor ordered
We had an amazing week at this house. The house was clean, cozy, stocked, beautifully decorated, well appointed. It was the perfect size and layout for our group of 8. We fully enjoyed the pool and fire pit, grilled on the deck every night, spent tons of time outside. The kids loved the air hockey in the basement. It’s super close to many attractions and local treasures and we took advantage of it all. Loved quiet morning walks around the neighborhood. Shixin was super responsive and so pleasant about every question we had prior to our stay and while we stayed. It was truly an all around relaxing and perfect family vacation spot.

We absolutely loved our stay! This is the second time we stayed at Shixin’s house. The house has taken a complete renovation since we stayed last time and looks beautiful and tastefully decorated!! We had the privilege of staying at Shixin's house for one week in late August/early September 2020, and we had a terrific time. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and enjoyed every minute of our experience. There are too many highlights to mention -- the wonderful pool, the game room, the sun room, the fire-pit, and the proximity to so many beaches, restaurants, and shops. We had an overall wonderful stay last week. The centralized location of this home was great for our family with easy access to beaches, kettle ponds, bike trails, grocery store and ice cream shops. The outdoor space including the pool, lawn area and shower were wonderful. The cleanliness of the house could be improved upon and the internet was very weak outside of the family room area. Shixin was very responsive and accommodating. The house was well laid out and spacious enough for our family of 5 including 3 small children.

Spent a week in this spacious home with a fantastic patio, pool, and private backyard. Patio had a great teak table for 10 and the house had another big table inside just off the patio. Bedrooms were roomy and well appointed. Ping pong table and air hockey table in the finished basement were a plus. All around a great experience and a home families will really enjoy staying at. Great stay in June 2020
We stayed in the summer of 2020. It was a great place especially for those trying to have a relaxing getaway while self-isolating. Lots of things to do at the house - we cooked our meals, played in the wonderful pool and backyard with plenty of space for lawn games, roasted marshmallows and spent time by the fire pit, enjoyed relaxing in the hammock with a book. Inside the house - two separate living areas with TVs, ping pong and air hockey tables, our group of 6 adults and 5 kids had plenty of entertainment. It was also great to have Nickerson state park within an easy bike ride, and beaches within easy driving distance. House was furnished with everything we needed, and Shixin was lovely - very responsive, and she even got a new toaster oven and blender in time for our stay.

Shixin was a wonderful hostess! We were a group of 11 (7 adults and 4 kids) and we had plenty of space - it was awesome having dining tables both inside and outside that could seat all of us, so we could all eat together. Every bedroom had A/C. The heated pool was a huge plus!

A piece of heaven on the Cape!
If you're looking for a special place to relax and unwind... that feels like home away from home... close to a beautiful state park and ocean beaches, five minutes to delicious local seafood and ice cream... then look no further!! This wonderful rental property was perfect for our large blended family, easily sleeping our 10 children... giving them all enough space and privacy, but having plenty of areas to gather and play games, eat meals together, or chill out by the pool. The house has been recently renovated and was spotless when we arrived. Very colorful, welcoming, and warm, we instantly feel in love with the house. The kitchen had everything we could need, the television was large and easy to control, the bedrooms were spacious and perfect for each child, and the air conditions and ceiling fans worked wonderfully.
I definitely recommend this location for your next family vacation. Situated an easy drive to all Cape Cod locations, we made our drive to Provincetown in 40-45 minutes, and to Hyannis in 20 minutes. Brewster is a great location.

Family vacation 2019
The house and location was perfect for our needs. The pool was an added bonus for us that everyone enjoyed. Being in Brewster which is in the middle of the Cape gave us more opportunities to do some sightseeing in both directions.
