Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt, ein tolles Ankommen in der Stadt Marseille.

Ich fand die Lage hervorragend. Der Blick aus dem dritten Stock auf die Oper und den Opernplatz, alles ums Hafenviertel und Einkaufsstraßen fußläufig zu erreichen, tolle Lokale und Restaurants in der Umgebung und einen suberben Feinkostladen vor der Haustür. Eine U-Bahn-Station ums Eck. Mit Anne eine sehr sympathische Unterkunftsbetreuung.

Da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe auch 1,2 Ausgehlokale befinden, kann es auch in der Nacht etwas lauter werden. Da ich ua das Wochenende dort verbracht habe, habe ich damit gerechnet, und hat mich nicht gestört. Auch die von der Gastgeberin erwähnte lärmempfindliche Nachbarin hat mich im Stiegenhaus (sehr freundlich) angesprochen. Allerdings habe ich mich nur barfuß id Wohnung bewegt.

Perfect location

The lounge, dinning area was really big. Comfortable couches and bed. It had a bath which was lovely. So close to the port, only 1 street away. Kichen was small but had everything you'd need.

The floor in the kitchen had loose and broken tiles. Had to be careful where you stepped as they lifted and the edges were sharp. The lighting was poor, just lamps in main living rooms and bedroom.

Good

Location was great, very close to Vieux Port (about 1-2min.). We felt safe in the area. The view of Opera was nice and it wasn't noisy as we expected. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were also spices, coffee and some other essentials that helped. A big advantage was the washing machine for guests that stay for longer (+washing capsules were included). Bed was very comfortable. For cold nights we could turn on the heating.

There were some flaws that could be resolved in the future as we notified the host. It didn't effect our stay significantly. The staircase was steep and narrow, but it should be renovated soon. When other people went up/down the stairs, we could hear them. The front door were difficult to open but we managed.

Great little flat in great location

Unbeatable location, just beside the Vieux Port. Nice view from the appartment, right accross the Opéra. Plenty of restaurants around and easy access to metro, bus, and main sightseeing spots (Le Panier, îles de Frioul etc) . The flat has everything you need, and was very clean and spacious. Anne was very attentive during our stay and made sure we were well settled. Would definitely come back if staying in Marseille again, or recommend to a friend.

The appartment is on 3rd floor without lift (old building). But that is clearly stated in the description and didnt bother us too much during our stay. If you sleep on the sofa bed the street can be noisy at night but that again is obvious when you stay right in the city centre...

Exceptional

A real pearl. Delightful, cozy, authentic apartment with everything you may need for a stay. Great location (I suppose the safest in the old town). Communication with the host/team was also perfect. I really enjoyed staying here!

nice days in Marseille

Nicely furnished ,very good position , Emmanuelle is very nice and helpfull , good value for the money. In the hot days , an AC is mandatory , though !

Amazing

Location is amazing right in the center Spacious apartment with everything you need the sofa bed and the bed were amazing Staff was friendly Good ventilation and well equipped for the kitchen Honestly just amazing

Great location, clean and good value

Superb location. Very close to all amenities.

A little bit tired in places but not to the point it had any impact on us.

Ideal!

Location was perfect and right in the middle of the pier area within walking distance to everything. The flat was beyond comfortable and so much so, that we didn't want to leave most of the time. Anne was fantastic and very nice and helpful. I could not recommend this enough, can't wait to return.

All the family was happy and we really enjoyed the stay there ❤️

I really liked the location it was opposite the Opera the view was wonderful in the night I liked it also because it was near the view port (there are boats there can take you to il de Frioul,il d'if et les calanques) i really recommend people to visit these wonderful places, and I liked it also because it wasn't far from the nowaille market where I can get Halal food easily it was also near the subway so i was moving all around Marseille easily too and I want to make a special thanks for the host Anne she was very helpful ☺️💕
