The unit and entire property is immaculate, well kept and decorated to the nines. Great neighborhood, walked to see the sunset every night, amazingly clean. Many extras like magnifier mirror, plenty towels, extra coffee, etc. Will be booking again and recommending to all family and friends.

We were very pleased with our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were also several toys, children’s books, and even a playhouse in the backyard! Being within easy walking distance of the beach, Kids Corner, splash pad, and downtown made it the perfect spot for us and our toddler.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay here. Very kid friendly, short walk to the beach and town, and a huge playground. Barely had to use the car. Will definitely be looking to book this again in the future.

Our stay at Sunset Manor was great! It was the perfect amount of space for our small family of 4. Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful shaded backyard. Great things for kids including playhouse in backyard, toys and books. Barb was very helpful when the property had a boil water advisory and brought water to the property very late at night so we were all set. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and the upkeep of the backyard amenities. We will certainly be back to stay here again!

We’ve been staying at Sunset Manor for years now, however this was our first time staying in this portion of the house. We loved having the extra space now that we have a daughter. The walkability to the beach and town make this the perfect location. Barb makes you feel right at home. We hope to stay again next year!

We loved our stay at Sunset Manor. Barb’s attention to detail was apparent inside and out. Our family had everything we needed. This is also a great place for children. We really appreciated the age appropriate table, toys, books, and playhouse for our toddler. The beds were very cozy. Even the pull out sofa bed was very comfortable for my 19 yr old. The home is in the perfect location, just a couple blocks from the beach and a short walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived the property was phenomenal. Impeccably cleaned and maintained. Barb was very helpful and quick to respond with a few questions I had about the rental. My children loved it. It was our first trip to South Haven and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for being accommodating Barb! I have to also add that the beds and pillows provided were very comfortable. The ceiling fans were a nice touch in the bedrooms.

This was our second stay at Sunset Manor, and we loved it again. The house has character, and the yard is beautifully landscaped. Barb keeps her property extremely clean, and the apartments are well furnished. Great place for kids, with a short, easy walk to South Beach.

We had a wonderful annual vacation in South Haven. The property was as listed and was exceptionally clean. Barb was extremely responsive to our every question and request. The property is the perfect walking distance to both the beach and the restaurants/shopping downtown. We highly recommend!

Great apartment for a family of 4

We rented this apartment for my hubs, myself and 2 boys to hang out and enjoy South Haven. Beautiful beach town, highly recommend it! This property is a short walk to the beach, to downtown, and a short drive to major grocery stores. There is a backyard with a BBQ and picnic table to have fun outside, who we did. There were balls, baseball bats and other fun toys for the kids to play around with outside. The apartment was 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, with a small kitchen, living room and kitchenette to eat. It came with toys, books, and wifi. There are amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and a pretty good stock of kitchen appliances to make meals. Barb, the property manager, was very responsive and so nice! Next time we are here again, my friends and I want to rent the entire manor to ourselves!

This property is exactly as advertised. Barb maintains an impeccable apartment that is beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of four. The walk to the beach is easy - no problem for my 4 and 6 year olds. The neighborhood is lovely for walks, and you can walk to downtown South Haven. Beautifully landscaped backyard. We used the gas grill, and the kids played in the yard. Barb was very responsive to the few questions I had. We had a terrific vacation and hope to return to Sunset Manor!

We loved our stay here! We immediately felt at home with the cozy feel of this apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The back space area and the front porch were perfect for hanging out. The beach and everything you'd want to visit in town was within walking distance. Perfect location for our family of five. Barb and her husband were great hosts and super easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect spot (a few blocks from South Beach, a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants). It was lovely just to walk around. We stayed upstairs and the inside was so comfortable, clean and kid friendly. Even my 2 year old wanted to stay rather than go home. There was attention to detail throughout that made it easy to make our own breakfasts and lunches and just be at home. The sunsets over the beach were beautiful. We hope to be back!

Barb’s place was perfect for our family. There were tons of books and puzzles to keep the kids occupied. The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well thought out, plenty of linens. We loved how close it is to the beach and downtown area... just a few blocks from everything!

Second time here. Love the backyard. Due to COVID, we cooked out the first 2 nights and enjoyed leftovers the 3rd night. Carried out pizza our final night. No need to drive anywhere. Beach and downtown walkable.

The Property Manager, Barb, did a great job answering any questions we had before our arrival. We stayed upstairs and for a family of 4 we had plenty of room. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. You are a two block walk to South Beach or a 5 minute walk or short bike ride to multiple restaurants. Highly recommended and well kept property!
