We enjoyed our 4 night stay this past weekend. John answered quickly the couple questions we had with check-in and that process was very smooth. To our surprise going into the weekend Italian Fest was happening in front of the building so that created an extra activity for us to enjoy. The space was clean and we enjoyed having the amenities of "home." We definitely will keep this place in mind for future trips.

My husband and I and our 2 daughters absolutely loved our stay at Bella Villa. It is the perfect combo of excellent city offerings (restaurants, bars, bodega), together with a haven to retreat from the city - and there's even a parking spot! My teen daughters have decided they want to live at Bella Villa. ;)
Thanks for being a great host and answering my questions so promptly, John. We hope to be back!

Great location! We were able to walk to downtown. The apartment was perfect! Clean and well equipped!

What an amazing property furnished and supplied with everything you could need. The area has lovely restaurants and access to 2 supermarkets. Convenient for travel into the city and local bars very friendly. Host was amazing. House had all sorts of lovely treats and when we had a minor problem John responded instantly and immediately came to our assistance. Can highly recommend this property our

Even though we got a little hiccup when we checked in, key was not left in the lockbox, but John responded and came solve the issue shortly. The stay met our expectations, the apartment was nice and clean. I saw ppl complaining about the noise from the bar downstairs, but we couldn’t hear anything. A couple of notes for John, if the shampoo, body wash are labeled, that would be helpful; the lock on the back door needs maintenance. Thanks again for hosting!

Our family of four visited for 10 days and the property was great for us. Good space and comfortable bedding, we appreciated the two full baths, well appointed kitchen (with coffee and snacks!) and the dedicated off street parking. Great location with restaurants and shops in walking distance and grocery store and Costco nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful experience! The accommodations were fantastic!

It was very clean and supplied with plenty of linens, towels, and extras, including coffee and snacks.
The location is safe and great for walking to local restaurants.
Parking in the rear alley is tight, but we were the only car back there most the weekend, so it worked out great for our trip and especially with the extra street parking permits they provided.
Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. AC kept the suite plenty cool. A great stay, would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Gorgeous place in a beautiful Chicago neighborhood. Tons of places to walk to and an easy Uber to downtown. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at many VRBOs and rental homes over the years, and the Bella Villa is one of the best! John is a thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment is surrounded by the character of Little Italy and is convenient to public transit and all the offerings of the Chicago area. The unit itself is very well appointed and filled with lots of little extras that make it extra special. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!

We love this property and will be coming back. Our only confusion was with where to park. A diagram or photo would have been helpful. Other than that…the property is super well stocked. Plenty of plates and glasses, towels, and even snacks and a variety of coffees. Location is close to the medical center, subway, and lots of fun bars and restaurants.

Great unit, everything you need and more is provided. Check in and out were very easy. Within a few blocks of both the pink and blue train lines which is very convenient. Parking spot was a great bonus. Host responded promptly to questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

John made the stay very easy. The apartment is clean and has all the things you need including some toiletries. Close to everything within walking distance. Made the visit to Chicago easy and pleasant. Thanks!

Very well appointed with many little extras and goodies left in the kitchen. I am already planning to stay here again. There is a bar downstairs that adds some volume but bring earplugs and enjoy this amazing apartment and friendly neighborhood!

This apartment was clean and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with free snacks, coffee and tea, which was a treat! I admired the Chicago themed & modern decor. The unit is on the 2nd floor with a long flight of stairs, so don't bring heavy bags if you don't have to. Expect some noise just before midnight, but quieter later, for a good night sleep with comfortable bedding. Located nearby several good restaurants of all kinds of food, obviously Italian, but also Indian, Korean, coffee/tea shops, Mexican, etc. - all within the same block, or minutes (walking distance). We used the designated parking spot behind the building to leave our car and used uber/lyft to get around - 15 min to downtown (approx.), including China Town. We walked mostly during the day & felt safe staying in Little Italy. The host was very responsive with any questions before the stay, which is very important to me. Thank you!

The home has a great setup with the 3 bedrooms. They provide pretty much anything you can think of in the home. Also a great location with plenty of restaurants to pick from.

Stayed at this property with family to visit our son who lives in a small apartment a couple of blocks away. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. The location couldn’t better with great food within walking distance. Having a parking spot was a real bonus. The communication with the host was fantastic. Always a very quick response. There is a bar in the next building that plays loud music in the evening but we came prepared with ear plugs so it wasn’t an issue for us. It might be for some people though. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay over the holidays! The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own breakfast, a variety of tea, candy and snacks were available, and it was within easy walking distance to get groceries and excellent restaurants of all varieties! The beds were very comfortable and the location was within easy access to downtown Chicago. It was the perfect place to have a slower few days and explore at our leisure. We are definitely interested in returning.

This is a great place for a family or other small group of adults. Both of my kids, 22 & 16, loved the apartment as did we. A couple of minor repairs would add to overall attractiveness of what is a very beautiful place. Location is perfect and simply very fun. You won't be disappointed!

Great spot for weekend stay if going downtown or a game. Supplies are plenty in this second story apartment. Very well equipped with snacks, and coffee. Liked that it had 1 parking spot too. Only thing I'd say, was that its in old little Italy and is above a restaurant and floors are hardwood so hear upstairs neighbors and noise from downstairs.

The apartment was beautiful and the host responded to us quickly. I recommend asking him for parking vouchers so you can park behind the building rather than paying for street parking. Also, there were some cleanliness issues my mom fpund, such as weave (fake hair) on one of the bedroom floors, a pot of coffee from last guests still sitting there, and she had to wipe dried feces from the guest toilet as both bathrooms did not appear to have been deep cleaned. He let us check in early, which we greatly appreciate it.

We enjoyed our girls weekend very much and the vrbo was perfect. Just be aware if you are overpackers like us, that you are climbing stairs to get to the unit. :-)
We enjoyed our stay very much - accommodations were perfect! Thank you!

Bella Vista was perfect for a long weekend in Chicago. The place was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The snacks and coffee were the icing on the cake. There were lots of cute restaurants nearby and it was an easy walk to the pink line to train into the loop. Staying here was the perfect Chicago experience.

Stay was great! Plenty of room for our family, 3 adults a teenager, 9yr old and toddler. Great location with lots of options for meals, close to the Pink line and the bus so no need to worry about parking anywhere we went. Will definitely check to see if this apartment is available next time we come to Chicago! My granddaughter still got her scrambled eggs every morning like at home which made her day!
Thank you for a great place to stay instead of multiple hotel rooms!

Great spot located down in Little Italy area of Chicago. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and a short Uber ride to all the major attractions, Navy Pier, Soldier Field, Magnificent Mile, McCormick Center, etc. Very happy with our stay here!

We stayed at this lovely property for the Chicago marathon. It is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. There were snacks, coffee, toiletries stocked - maybe the most thoughtful property I have ever rented. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Would happily stay again. One note* the bar downstairs is quite loud. I am a heavy sleeper but my daughter had a hard time with patio karaoke going on until quite late all weekend outside of her window. That was the only downfall. Otherwise, this was a great stay!

I stayed in this beautiful apartment with 7 friends for 5 nights. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious, and came fully stocked with all we needed and more including giant jars of candy and snacks which we definitely made use of. The location was perfect, with many restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance. John was very accommodating by letting us check in early and was extremely helpful and attentive when we had an issue with the lockbox. Overall, I would most definitely stay here again next time we're in Chicago. Thanks for everything, John, we'll be back.

This is the best VRBO we have stayed in! Everything we could have needed/wanted was there and it was super comfortable and clean.
Great neighborhood with some restaurants, coffee shops, and walkable (10 min) to the pink line L train. Also can’t beat a free parking space in Chicago!

Perfect location to enjoy the Italian Street Festival in Little Italy. This apartment had everything furnished you could think of. Extremely clean and very comfortable. John, the host, could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment.
