We enjoyed our stay. All the employees we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were not ready at 4 pm so we had to wait an extra half hour or so but no big deal. The only thing I would say about the accommodations is that the chalet we rented could have used a serious deep clean. I get that it is a cabin type environment, but the floor and baseboards needed some serious cleaning, as did the windows. Given the price per night, I would have expected it to be a little bit more upscale. The carpet especially should be replaced. The couch also was not very clean. The beds were newer, and the bedding was extremely clean…great job there.
The kitchen had most of the basic utensils pots and pans, etc., for basic cooking. The kitchen was very clean and updated. The deck is wood, some places not in the best of shape, some of the nails were sticking up, definitely don’t go out there in bare feet. Also, for anybody with any disabilities going up and downstairs, the stairs are fairly steep to the bedroom and we felt you really need to be able bodied to use these stairs. The barbecue grill was a disappointment. It looked nice from the outside. The grills were in bad shape and we didn’t realize we needed to buy and bring our own briquettes. There were no barbecue utensils, cleaning utensils, tongs, or spatula for the barbecue. If you’re eating out then this probably isn’t an issue for you, but we ate all our meals in the cabin so this was a bigger deal for us.

Staff at registration and Ducey's for breakfast were superb. All the holiday decor made for fabulous photos. Thursday night stay was perfect without weekend crowds.

Winter Babymoon
My wife and I visited for our Babymoon and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. With the Holidays and snow storm we did experience some delays with check in and the local pizza restrain out of pizza dough. However we loved the whole trip and are looking for to a return trip.

Perfect location!
The location was close to all the amenities. We had a wonderful time. The only negative was that it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The front desk was very accommodating to try to fix the problem.

Cabin near Yosemite
Cute 2 story cabin plus loft, south of Yosemite. Pleasantly surprised by the excellent mattresses that made it easier to sleep well :) great kitchen, full size fridge, balcony to sit outside with trees around for a little more privacy. Our legs are stronger from going up the stairs so much! Cute town, very small and homey feel. You can hear the neighbors in the adjoining cabin if you are both in the kitchen, but everyone is happy to be here and nice. (there is a piece of wood molding that is missing when going down the stairs, that has small nails showing--we just had to be careful if we had our hands on the wall going down--something small to fix)

Great Getaway
My friend and I were looking for a little mountain getaway, and this property was perfect for it! Registration greeted us with smiles upon arrival, and our pristine chalet was warm and cozy the second we walked in. The whole process was seamless. Will definitely be staying here again.

Winter Wonder
Wonderful place to stay with outdoor balcony, bbq and very close to the lake. Enjoyed all the amenities the little town had to offer, including a boat ride!

Very Loud Neighbors
The picture shows a quiet cabin. It is actually in a large complex with many other cabins and mostly families with small children. Lots of people in each cabin and the neighbors next to me not only were so loud I only spent one out of three nights there, they were heavy smokers.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
The staff was so helpful in modifying my reservation and having the room ready with upgrades and a great view. We're already planning our next trip here and maybe get a couple more cabins for our parents. Definitely recommend for a romantic getaway. Thanks for everything!
