Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, alrededor de la alberca, buena ubicación

No había corriente de luz en área de alberca, en todos el día no nos hicieron caso de prenderla... hasta en la noche un ratito y nos volvieron a dejar oscuras en las mesitas...

No me gusto que algunas habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado Y que el desayuno en el restaurante es un poco caro. Afuera no hay nada cerca para comer

I would no recommend this hotel.

The style was pretty and rustic. The pool was also good. It was warm despite of the weather. Park is in front of your room. However, is not exclusive.

1. Rooms were very noisy. You can hear others chattering among other intimate couple noises. Not really what I would expected for families. 2. The staff was always in alert. We stayed 3 days and had to explain why I was leaving the hotel and explaining why I need access again on the vehicular access. 3. They don’t provide swimming pool towels without ID. Really, disturbing.

Amplitud de las habitaciones y muy bonito su jardín.

Mobiliario muy viejo. Varias noches no pudimos descansar porque estacionaron justo afuera de mi habitación un autobús que lo encendían sin moverlo varias veces a lo largo de la noche. Y el sonido era muy fuerte y molesto.

I will definitely stay there again. I love the grounds

What breakfast. I had to pay for my breakfast. They had a buffet but no one told me it was included. The worst problem was the shower head fell off of the wall and I did not get to take a bath. Staff are not very attentive except for the porter.

If they had TOLD me the breakfast was free

The location is great if u travel from the bus station

The cleaning is awful, I found a cockroach… also the rooms aren’t soundproof, as I mentioned is ok if the hotel made events but at least they should you know because u couldn’t rest by the noise

Perfect place, next to bus terminal

This place was amazing! Unfortunately I cant remember his name, but the older gentleman that took us to our room in the evening was phenomenal! Everything was perfect. Huge room, clean, convenient location, etc.

Superb

Next time I will pay for breakfast with my reservation, the restaurant has great menu meals. We had breakfast there and we were very satisfied. Location, view and staff were great. We'll book at this place again.

close to bus station front desk called taxi for me front desk called restaurant so I could order

the room was far to the back on 3rd floor the tile floor in the bathroom was slippery no washcloth in room property would let me leave until they inspected the room

It's good for stay 1 night or travellers, it seems there's not AC in the rooms,

Price is affordable for travellers

Pool wasn't available for covid and there was not AC in the room just fan and mattress made a lot of noise
