We can’t say enough wonderful things about this amazing home! The view is incredible, so absolutely stunning that pictures can’t do it justice. The neighborhood is lovely and only a short walk to the cliff trails. The home itself is gorgeous and equipped with everything we could have wanted. Gorgeous beaches and restaurants are only a 15 minute drive - absolutely perfect for me and my husband, our 2 sons and daughter-in-laws and our 6 year old granddaughter. Checking in was seamless, the landscaping and flowers are gorgeous as well!

This luxury property did not disappoint. Stupendous views over the Atlantic with amazing clifftop walks. The property is well maintained and very clean with two visits from cleaners during our 1-week stay. Wonderful pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well-equipped and all required amenities were available.

This was our second time staying here and there is a reason we came back and plan to go back again. The views are amazing and you can walk right out and take a walk on the cliffs along the ocean. Sometimes it's hard to tell just how good a view of a property is as they are taken at just the right angle to make it look good. That's not the case here! The view is unimpeded. It's close to town (5-10 minute drive) but just enough removed to have some privacy and quiet. A number of improvements had been made since our first stay so the house is well cared for which you don't always find with a rental. There is plenty of space and amenities here. Frequently you find a rental with 2 plates and 2 glasses and not much else but the kitchen here is well equipped if you have the need or desire to eat in. I had to do some work while I was there and the wifi was good. The property manager Weiland was excellent as well. We did not have any problems with the property in which we needed his help but he was great with communication and check in and providing recommendations for the area of places we had not experienced before. We can't wait to come back again.

We had the most fabulous two week stay here. The views were tremendous - out to sea with cliff side walks on the doorstep. The villa offered every facility and comfort and the pool and jacuzzi were tremendous. Thank you to Josenita for sharing her lovely home with us and thank you to Wieland for his welcome hospitality.
It all made it a very special experience and holiday.

Traumhafte Unterkunft
Ein wunderschönes grosszügiges Haus an traumhafter Lage. Was will man mehr! Wir haben zu viert das Haus, die Lage mit einmaligem Meerblick und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Der Empfang war herzlich. Mit Obst, Wein, Trockenfleisch usw. wurden wir überrascht. Das Haus bietet alles und mehr. Der beheizte Pool und den Jacuzzi nutzten wir jeden Tag (auch bei Regen!). Der zweimal wöchentliche Reingungs- und Poolservice waren perfekt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in dieser Traumliegenschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügige Villa mit spannender Architektur u hochwertige geschmackvolle Einrichtung in perfekter Lage.
Die Küche unten war super ausgestattet,alles was man benötigte war vorhanden (Kühlschrank,gr. Gefrierschrank)
Der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine u Trockner,Büggelbrett ,Bügeleisen u nochmals mit einem großen Getränkekühlschrank war auch ideal.
Wir waren nur zu zweit u denke ,auch mit zwei oder drei Familien ist diese Villa ideal ,da die obere Etage nochmals mit einer Terasse (Terrassenmöbel )u einem traumhaften Ausblick besticht u noch eine kleine zusätzliche Küche vorhanden ist(zwei Schlafzimmer u Bad).
Der Service rund um die Anmietung mit dem persönlichen Kontakt von der Besitzerin Frau Niemerski war sehr nett u hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicherlich wieder u kann diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

The property we stayed in in Carvoeiro was absolutely gorgeous, we all loved it . Our party consisted of 7 adults and 1 child and was very suitable for all ages. The WiFi connections were good for the devices and television was good for all our party members. The villa was clean and well looked after the manager was brilliant and one very small problem was sorted out rapidly!! It is I feel necessary to have a vehicle as the shops are not close but the view and scenery is breathtaking !! We will definitely be returning!!!

Wunderschöne Villa in traumhafter Lage
Wir (2 Familien mit drei Kindern) haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Auch der Pool und der Jacuzzi sind wie beschrieben super schön und wurde von uns allen täglich benutzt. Bei Problemen oder Fragen wurde sofort geholfen, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und Betreuerin vor Ort hat prima geklappt. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Auch unser 2. Aufenthalt in der Villa war wunderschön. Das Ambiente ist einfach toll. Wir fanden die Ruhe, die wir gesucht haben. Das Haus mit allem Drum und Dran ist einfach spitze! Auch in der Nebensaison eine Reise wert!

Die Villa bot uns einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub.Wunderschöne und hochwertige Einrichtung. Die ganze Anlage inkl. Garten waren sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, zurückhaltend und freundlich. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect villa in the perfect place
My group had a great time at Tres Espadas villa. The house is situated in a quiet community and is perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The pictures don't do it proper justice as the house is actually more spacious than the pictures indicate. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the two hammocks very much. Also, we had a private chef visit the house twice and he was able to make incredible dinners using the well-appointed kitchen. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Probably the best Villa in the Area, close to everything you need, hire a car if you can , interior immaculately kept, want to go back already. Easy to deal with people when hiring, FANTASTIC ! A TASTE OF HOW THE OTHER HALF LIVE ! There is actually another whole appartment upstairs with a kitchen and lock on the door, self contained. 2 families have loads of room without getting under each others feet.

Magnifique villa
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa en Algarve. Le lieu est encore plus beau que sur les photos et la vue est à coupé le souffle du petit déjeuner au coucher du soleil.
Le jardin est luxuriant et parfaitement entretenu, tout comme la piscine et le spa. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et peut servir pour 8 personnes sans aucun problème. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la maison possède trois grandes salles de bain et une deuxième cuisine indépendante. Il y a également une grande terrasse à l'étage avec une vue panoramique.
Margarida nous a accueilli avec le sourire et en français. Elle a répondu à nos demandes très rapidement et facilement. Le ménage est fait trois par semaine.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons chaleureusement la villa Tres Espadas.

Fabulous view & outside area - wonderful for a family get together
This is a wonderful property - very spacious both interior & exterior .
The outside areas on both levels were truly amazing - we didn't need to leave the villa at all during the day .
If I have any criticism at all it would be that some of the furniture needs updating but I'm sure the owners already have that in plan as their overall care & attention was excellent .

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, leider ist das Haus renovierungs- und reinigungsbedürftig. Safe und Trockner waren defekt und wurden auch nicht in den 14 Tagen repariert.Sonst Hatten wir eine Gute Erholung .

einfach traumhaft
wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren in den letzten Jahren schon in vielen Villen an der Algarve, aber das ist mit Abstand das schönste Haus das wir je hatten. Ob die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Jacuzzi (38,5°) alles das hat schon alleine mindestens 5 Sterne verdient.
Der Ausblick jedoch müsste mit taunsenden von Sternen bewertet werden.....
wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr und werden bestimmt wieder kommen

We had a delightful week here, thank you Nuno, and your colleagues. We have stayed in lots of Villas in many different resorts.
This was the best equipped Villa we have ever stayed in. As a retired professional chef, I am often disappointed by the standard of the kitchen. Not here, I could easily have spent my whole vacation in this brilliant space. The only thing that stopped me was the rest of the Villa was just as good. We all agreed that it was an excellent holiday, due in part, to this wonderful space.
Fabrice Velha is a must if you like coffee and cake. Strongly recommend boat trip from Benagil beach.

A villa you don't want to leave
I have been renting villas almost on a yearly basis since the year 2000. I stayed with my family in villa espada for a week this August. The first feeling you get is that the place makes you feel at ease. I am a person who suffers from generalized anxiety disorder, and when I feel at ease in a place it must truly be special. My family is made up of 3 generations, a teenager, a 25 years old, a grandma, and my husband and myself in our early fifties. We were all very happy and the common thing we all said was: "no need to leave this villa and go see the algarve. This is enough for us". The colours are a very good choice. The villa is in a very good order and clean. The caretaker is a very helpful and welcoming person. Everything in the villa looks brand new and there is a lot of space and terraces. The design and the furniture are very relaxing. The view with the pool and its surroundings are out of this world. The peace and serenity of that place are priceless. I would definitely go back.
