Located in the highly desirable The Cove section of Deerfield Beach. Beautifully maintained with recent updates and freshening up, ready to enjoy. Enjoy our world class beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars. Relax and enjoy the private glistening pool and fully furnished patio. Beautiful quiet neighborhood on dead end street east of Federal Highway. ***Unlike many other listings this house is not located near highways or commercial areas***.

Deep sea fishing, scuba diving and water sports are blocks away. If adventure is on your mind, the Everglades are a short drive away, wild boar and alligator trips are locally available. Checkout Quiet Waters park for mountain biking and waterskiing by Skirixen.

Everything you need is close by. All major retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops are in the neighborhood. Everything you need is all right here.

Entire house is yours to enjoy no part of this property is shared, full privacy. Sleep 6 comfortably. Entire yard is fenced and secured, bring your loving pet with you!

Deerfield Beach is home to some of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the southeast. Lots to do, lots to enjoy for the entire family. Easy access to high end shopping and nightlife as well as low key old fashioned relaxation. Spend your day on an airboat in the Everglades observing alligators and wildlife, then spend your evening dining and shopping at high end boutique shops in Mizner Park. Or stay home and relax by the beautiful private pool.

Easy access. Situated evenly between Ft Lauderdale international airport and Palm Beach international airport. Miami international airport is also an option with approximately a one hour drive.

Pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. Due to certain factors such as pool being in the open, proximity to ocean, winds due to canal, weather etc. debris such as foliage may be evident in pool including some sandiness. We do our best to keep debris out of the pool but sometimes the environment is uncooperative. This does not mean the pool hasn't been cleaned.

Pest control is performed on a regularly scheduled basis. Due to the fact that this is a tropical climate there are bugs and creatures that you may not be accustomed to if you are not familiar with south Florida. The presence of bugs and creatures such as iguanas and lizards is common. While we do our best to prevent them, it is not possible to eliminate them 100%. Other factors such as rain, heat and being situated on the water can contribute to their presence.

As part of our pro-active approach to pest control and bedbugs we cover our mattresses and box springs with Protect-A-Bed brand bedding protection. The #1 brand of mattress protection.

The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was private, quiet with beautiful view and lovely atmosphere .The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. There was plenty of room in the driveway right in front of the house for parking several cars. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!

The home was immaculate and just as advertised. It would have been helpful if there was some information about the area. We needed to purchase a cutting board and a lighter for the grill.The grill was less than adequate we used it once and were disappointed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Deerfield beach area

Property manager is incredible and extremely attentive. Home is immaculate and so clean. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. Great for families, walking and bike riding. Everything is close. Fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood. House is neat, well appointed with all the essentials, kitchen has everything, furniture is mostly new! Great property, will rent again.

Great experience renting, family loved the property, kayaked on the canal out to inter-coastal and a small beach nearby, owner was very responsive when we realized propane out for BBQ, 5 min drive to Deerfield pier and beach, nice lanai along the pool and dog friendly to boot - we’ll be back!

From the time we reserved this home the communication with the owner was absolutely top notch! Fantastic communication ! The Home is located in a really nice and safe and oh my gosh quiet neighborhood that has a noise ordinance so you definitely will get a good nights rest I know we sure did we slept like babies! The house is so spacious and we spent a lot of time outside by the pool! Very comfortable lounging chairs! Very close to everything including the beach!! Publix is a short ride away! We booked a 4-day stay at this property to have a place that was centrally located close to the beach. The rental was perfect - clean, quiet and well-supplied for our needs including a kitchen, a grill (which we used a few times to prepare meals), a pool and a dock where we sat with our morning coffee. The view and the home was very enjoyable for us after spending our days sight-seeing and visiting local spots (restaurants, the Deefield International Fishing Pier, Key West, Littke Havana, etc.). What a great vacation and getaway for the three of us. We will be back!

We rented this property last minute as we had to evacuate our vacation rental on the west coast during hurricane Ian. We had never been to the area and were pleasantly surprised! The neighborhood was very quiet and a really nice place to walk our dogs. The house was clean and comfortable. The outside area was beautiful! We spent a lot of time using the pool and fishing from the dock. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and an umbrella to make trips to the beach enjoyable. The house is located very close to the downtown area and the beach which was perfect.

Required to have damage policy and now I know why. Owner filed false claim that coffee table was damaged. Ridiculous. Was told there was a lot of insurance fraud in South Florida and now I believe it.

We usually stay on the intercostal but at a different home. When our usual place was unavailable I found this property and we enjoyed the stay. House is basic and simple with all that you’ll need. Host was responsive and flexible. Will likely use this location in the future.

I travel a lot. Have been staying in homes for over 20 years. I will be back to this house again. It’s warm and cozy, clean and when you open the doors to the pool/waterfront (from the master, living and kitchen) it’s absolutely perfect. I did yoga everyday it felt luxurious .. Also!! When my car died in the driveway Jason came over and started it for me! I felt safe and at home. Thank you Jason!!

We loved our stay here. House was great. Pool was awesome with floats and toys available. We loved the view on the canal. There were some gorgeous sunrises we watched from right by the pool. The Patio grill and kitchen were great for cooking. . The location was excellent and not far from A1A. Neighbors were friendly, beds were great. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book this house again.
