This large completely renovated apartment invites you for your vacation and relax a downright. On two levels you will find a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Cable TV, wireless, books and numerous games are also rainy days for holiday days. Outside the door is ready a parking space, and a bicycle parking space for you.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Wohnung hat ALLES was man braucht, vor Allem und sehr wichtig sind gute Betten (Matratzen) und die waren exzellent... ansonsten hat alles andere auch gestimmt... wir werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen

Wohnung mit Charme
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht - sogar Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Konstanz und Umgebung zu Fuß, per Bus und per Boot zu erkunden. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man im oberen Schlafzimmer die Fenster teilweise nicht abdunkeln kann.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben sie nur mit 2 Personen bewohnt (das war schon sehr luxoriös) aber mit 4 Personen wäre es auch ganz problemlos und gemütlich möglich gewesen. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (+ 1. Stock) und war super sauber. Sie verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten die man benötigen könnte. Von Handtüchern und Bettzeug über einen Fön bis hin zu Tee und Kaffee war wirklich alles da. Die einzigen kleinen Minuspünktchen die uns aufgefallen sind, dass die Wohnung ein bisschen dunkel ist (Im Sommer steht die Sonne sehr auf dem Haus, so dass uns geraten wurde die Rolläden unten zu lassen damit es nicht zu warm wird). Und die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, so dass man die Schritte stark hört, wenn oben jemand läuft. Aber abgesehen davon war die Wohnung wirklich perfekt und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Perfektes Basislager für einen Urlaub am Bodensee
Nicht nur eine Unterkunft, sondern ein Zuhause. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieter. Top Lage, um zu Fuß (man ist ruckzuck in der Fußgängerzone), mit dem Fahrrad (Konstanz ist eine Fahrradstadt, und der Bodenseeradweg führt quasi direkt an der Wohnung vorbei), mit dem Bus (in der Kurtaxe ist kostenloser ÖPNV dabei) oder mit dem Schiff (12 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Schiffsanleger) Ausflüge in die nähere oder weitere Umgebung zu machen. Und dazu nachts auch noch sehr ruhig! Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in Konstanz, unmittelbar an der Grenze. Schnell ist man mit dem Auto (eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden) unterwegs oder zu Fuss in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche ist vieles vorhanden. wir haben nichts vermisst.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Bodensees
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und abgestimmt eingerichtet. Wir haben sie direkt als unser "Zu Hause" angenommen und eine wunderbare Woche in Konstanz und Umgebung verbracht. Hier war unser Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Touren rund um den Bodensee und auch ins Appenzeller Land. Auch direkt in der Konstanzer Altstadt und in nur wenigen Minuten am See zu sein ist wirklich wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Geräumige, kinderfreundliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür und sehr netten Vermietern. Etwas hellhörig, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eine Woche in Konstanz
Die FeWo liegt direkt in der Altstadt, also super zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt vor der FeWo.
Die Schweizer Grenze ist in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, ebenso der Hafen, die Altstadt und etliche Shoppingcenter.
Die FeWo ist sehr schön und gemütlich,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt in der unteren Etage eine separateToilette, was von Vorteil ist, wenn man-wie wir zu fünft vereist.
Im unteren Geschoß befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer und die Wohnräume, in der oberen Etage ist ein Bad und das andere Schlafzimmer.
"Oben" wären Rollläden oder Rollos von Vorteil-das ist das einzige kleine Manko.
Wir können es aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Top Urlaubsziel in Konstanz
Wir waren zu viert über Silvester in der Ferienwohnung. Uns und unseren Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Einrichtung neu - nichts zu beanstanden. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist von Vorteil. Auch wenn nicht direkt im Zentrum, so ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Altstadt, der Hafen, das Sea Life. Ein Lidl ist direkt nebenan, da sind Einkäufe für den täglichen Gebrauch schnell erledigt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Familienfreundlich ... Altstadtnah
Wir wurden sehr nett von Herrn Konermann in Empfang genommen. Die Umgebung bietet viel Möglichkeiten fussläufig Kaffee zu trinken und essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und auch der See ist nicht weit. Viele Buslinien fahren direkt um die Ecke ab. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.

Altstadtwohnung mit vielen Mängel.
Die guten Bewertungen für diese Wohnung sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der FeWo und haben folgendes feststellen müssen.
Zentrale Lage und Altstadtnähe waren super.
Parkplatz und Fahrradabstellung akzeptabel.
Wohnung insgesamt ruhig gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist durch die primitive Bauweise sehr hellhörig.
Im unteren Schlafzimmer hört man jeden Schritt und Ton vom oberen Schlafzimmer und Nebenräume (Holzbalkendecke knarrt)
Wenn jemand im oberen Schlafzimmer in der Nacht raus muss sind alle wach.
Badezimmer oben in Ordnung jedoch nur eine Duschwanne und keine separate Dusche. Warmes Wasser kommt erst nach 5-8 min.
Heizung im Bad und Wohnung kaum feststellbar.
Wir waren im Mai bei kühlen Nächten in der FeWo.
Im oberen Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kieselsteinbeet (kein Schreibfehler) Im Beet besteht sichtkontakt nach draußen bzw. Belüfungsöffnungen?
Leider gab es noch viele Mängel, die ich aber nicht alle aufzählen möchte.
Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht, aber empfehlenswert ist diese Wohnung nicht.

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto pienamente tutte le nostre aspettative. La posizione è comodissima: il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Raccomanderei sicuramente l'appartamento a qualsiasi famiglia.

Abwechslungsreicher Stadturlaub mit super Wohnung
Für Autoanreisende ist der Parkplatz Gold wert. Es gibt da nicht viel, wo man parken
könnte. Noch dazu gibt es eine Fahrkarte, mit der man alle Stadtbusse, bis zur Insel
Mainau, kostenlos benutzen kann. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte, auch eine zweite Toilette ist manchmal sehr sinnvoll. Ausflüge in die Schweiz, z.B. St. Gallen sind auch kurzweilig machbar. Wir haben in den Betten hervorragend geschlafen. Norma ist um die Ecke, Altstadt eigentlich auch.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr geräumig. Grundlegende Dinge in Küche und Bad vorhandenen (Kaffee, Tee, Essig, Öl, Folien, Seife....) Das indische Restaurant an der Straße ist auch sehr zu empfehlen!
