Location was great and both indoor and outdoor pools were ideal. Property had not been cleaned upon arrival but owner refunded us the cleaning fee. Size of the property was perfect for families with children. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dining table and chairs were quite wobbly and a few of the chairs had seats that were not attached to the chair base.

Overall a good stay- one small issue when checking in… check in was listed at 2pm and we knew we would be getting in later due to a pit stop we made on the way up. Through messaging the host we knew the front office was open til 10pm. Arrived at 5:30pm and was told that the room was not ready yet due to them not being told by the owner that we were coming until last minute. They told us it would be another 30 minutes so we went grocery shopping. Came back about an hour later and the room still wasn’t ready. They let us drop off our stuff and we went to dinner - the room was finished by the time we got back but it was just a minor inconvenience. The rest of the week went well- hosts were available via messaging through the app if we had questions.

The unit was very convenient to the area places we wanted to visit! First floor is always a plus....a stone's throw from the pool building was great for our teenage grandson to swim daily! The unit did look like the photos and had everything you could need, but is in need of a refresh in terms of furnishings...but I understand that renters often tend to not care about the property. All in all it was a pleasant four day getaway!...

Process went smoothly. Property manager did forgot to notify front desk of my arrival but with a quick phone call all was resolved. Place looked like online pictures. Everything was in working order. Great location.

While the property was in a nice location, we were expecting a trolley to take us to the local beach. Unfortunately it no longer runs and there is very limited parking at Wells Beach. The basics are included at the condo but you need to bring your own beach umbrella, cooler, sand toys, and rainy day games. Bring your own foil, saran wrap, spices, storage containers if you like to cook in; we left behind our extras for the next group. It was great to have a washer and dryer and a super hair dryer. Beds were comfortable. There were multiple hair and bath products to choose from if needed. We recommend a stop in Kennebunkport's Bennetts Sandwich Shop and HB General Store.

It was a good location for us and we loved having pools for the grandkids. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and linens. We thought there could be a little more care in the cleaning - items were under the bed, clothes and water bottles. Overall it was a good place for our us to spend tome with our family.

It was at a nice location off the Main Street and only minutes away from Wells beach, many restaurants and stores. It was nice to be on the ground floor with nearby parking.
The condo itself was good.
I would recommend bringing your own linens, pillows etc. as well as bathroom tissue.

This was perfect for our family vacation. The location is great because it is close to so many beaches and other activities. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice to unwind from our long days. Having a full kitchen to cook some of our meals was great as well. The unit was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The only negative to our stay was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. There was hair still in both showers and clumps on the floor, all the floors were sticky, kitchen table and counters were dirty, and the comforter and sheets on one bed had some questionable stains. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer on site so we were able to wash the bedding and clean the rest of the place our first day there (downside is we lost a day of our stay getting cleaning supplies and cleaning). I usually wouldn't complain about something that i can clean up myself, but it was dirty enough that the owner should know to maybe address concerns with cleaning staff. Overall it was a great little place for our family and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your space!

Really liked size of unit and location. Great location —quick walk to Dunkin and easy drive to stores and beaches. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Only negative is the place is a little dated (bathrooms had rusty shower curtain rod, peeling ceiling, partially tiled). Overall very pleased with our stay!

Even with the rainy weather, we still had a blast. The indoor pool and hot tub were a life saver with my small children. Communication with this owner is always top notch. The place is clean, close to so many fun activities, great pools, and spacious. We already have next summer booked!

We visited these installation ps many years ago with our children and my mom. The facilities where great for our group. In our last stay, we were again with a young child. The space is great. We were disappointed by the state of the apartment. Could have been cleaner and few updates would improve the first sight. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time Pat was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. The location is great a couple of miles from Wells Beach and Drake island beach. We brought our bikes so we were able to avoid paying the parking fees for our beach visits by dropping off everyone and having one person bike back from the condo not a long trip on a bike. The only small updates I would suggest are to replace the broken blinds and put in a couple new air conditioners other than that we had everything we needed in the kitchen and there was plenty of room for six people.

Patricia was AMAZING! She was extremely communicative and very sweet. Her unit has some handicap accessibility so my mother was able to join me and my kids. The unit was spacious, well stocked, and clean. The property was very nice and the indoor and outdoor pools were great for my kids and I and my mom! I would highly recommend Patricia to anyone!

Needs and update and a good cleaning
From visiting other units in the building it looks like this unit has never been updated. The floors were very dirty. There was also a lot of movement in the flooring. The light switches were very dirty. Cobwebs on the wall in the bathroom. The walls were very dirty. Molding had a layer of dust on them. My husband told me not to look under the sectional. I will say the only clean area was the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked. I rather have the kitchen empty and have a clean place to stay. If I didn’t have my grandchildren with me I would have left earlier. The dryer looks like a fire hazard. It is loaded with lint. Will not return to this property. I wonder do they ever clean these places.

We have been going to the Wells area for around 10 years, sometimes for a week, but most often for a four day weekend. Now that we are retiring, we hope to go more. I would say that this is about the nicest place that we have stayed. We will plan to stay there next year.

The Village of the Sea Resort was lovely. The pools were great outdoor as well as indoor. The ground were very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The unit we stayed in was OK. It needs to be updated and the maintenance of the condo certainly could have been better. All in all Maine is a beautiful vacation for families and will be going back,

Great Location, very quiet.
The unit was well equipped, kitkchen, laundry area and bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I wished there was a blind or blackout curtain in the second bedroom. Also a blind in the dinning area would be nice. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and may rent this unit again.
We went to Drake’s Island beach, it is really nice. Mike’s Clam Shack is very good. We were a large party and they sat us upon arrival.

Great location, kids loved the pool. The unit over all is a bit outdated. Could use some simple fixes and updates. Was nice having laundry in the unit to wash daily after returning from the beach. Full kitchen was great to satisfy picky kids who don’t like to eat out, and to save some $. Overall we had a great visit to Maine

Great location to explore the Maine coast.
Property is as described. The owner provided all imaginable cleaning products, paper products as well as personal cleaning products (shampoo, etc.) It was wonderful to have a large pot for cooking the delicious local lobsters and steamers 'at home.' The owner responded almost immediately to any questions we asked. The condo was large with a great open layout. We enjoyed eating out on the patio table. Our old knees appreciated the first floor location. Thank you!

Condo was spacious and comfortable. We'll equipped. The policy of washing the bedding and linens before leaving worked for us this time. However, if we had to leave early in the a.m., would not have liked waiting around for almost two hours to do the laundry.
