About this house rental
The detached two-storey house (approx 140m² of living space, 550m² plot) with garden, lawn and carport, located at the entrance of Olpenitz in quiet cul de sac, leading to the neighboring reserve.
The spacious house can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people, so that everyone can find a retreat. The spacious living room with a fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings. A dining table for four and a sofa are available. TV, DVD player, stereo, games and books are in the living room.
A second TV is on a roll container in the attic.
In DG-floor area, a work area is furnished with desk, from here you have - in the winter when the trees are leafless Video- a look at the Schlei.
Three side, the house is surrounded by lawn, so when the weather favored a sunny or shady spot is given for lounging.
Activities on your doorstep: The large, well-kept football and playground is only 500 meters away. A wonderful picnic area with beautiful views of the opposite bank of the Meuse Holmer is applied at the end of Olperör path. The village street of Olpenitz leads directly to Schlei. From there, you have to look at the nature reserve Schleimünde, as well as to the lighthouse and red herring. The residence tax-free, very clean, fine-grained sand beach is 2.5 km away. The pasture fields beach with elongated, shallow littoral zone is monitored by the DLRG. A surf school is available. Olpenitz is surrounded by Schlei and the Baltic Sea, thus you will have many opportunities for water sports: swimming, surfing, kite surfing or fishing. Nordic Walking along the coast, to also.
The scenic landscape is best explored by bicycle on the excellent network of cycle paths.
Boat trips to the lighthouse Schleimünde and the adjacent nature reserve are always an experience. A boat trip in the opposite direction, inland to Schleswig shows the beautiful scenic loop region of its side. The county town of Schleswig is absolutely worth a visit.

Das Quartier ist sehr großzügig und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge an der Schleimündung.

Das Haus und die Lage sind toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden aber Familien mit Kindern unter 3 vorwarnen, dass es relativ viele Möbel gibt, die schön aussehen, aber recht fragil sind, man muss also schon aufpassen.

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes, gemütliches Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Angenehm umsichtige, freundliche Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Schöne und weithin unterschätzte Gegend, frische Seeluft und mit etwas Glück ein prächtiger Sternenhimmel.

Das Haus ist super großzügig bemessen und bietet Platz ohne Ende. Es ist alles vorhanden wie in der Beschreibung abgegeben und in einen sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge und Fahrrad Touren.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Großzügig geschnittenes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Sackgassenlage - alles gepflegt und sauber.
Bei Schlüsselübergabe stand ein toller Blumenstrauß und eine Flasche Sekt für uns bereit.
Wir hatten selten so ein gut ausgestattetes Haus - es war wirklich alles da.
Ideale Lage nah zum Strand und nach Kappeln; 5 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt und viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.
Im Haus liegen auch jede Menge Tipps und Reiselektüre (Wanderrouten, Fahrradtouren, aktuelle Tipps in der Umgebung etc.).
Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder und werden das Haus auch weiterempfehlen.

Toller Kurzurlaub zwischen Schlei und Ostsee
Wir wurden von den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen und im Haus herumgeführt.
Auf dem Wohnzimmertisch stand für uns ein Osterblumenstrauß und ein großes Schokoladenei zum Naschen, im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Sekt.
Das schöne Einfamilienhaus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und bietet auch in der Küche ausreichend Platz.
Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und geht noch darüber hinaus. Sogar Schuhbürsten sind vorhanden.
Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Mit dem Auto lässt sich die Region gut von dort erkunden.

Für Urlaub und Erholung ideal.
Ein sauberes, nett - und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Selten hatten wir ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus. Eine angenehme Möblierung und gepflegte Außenanlagen sorgten dafür, dass wir uns hier sehr wohl fühlten. Wir fanden es genau so wie beschrieben vor. Die überaus netten Vermieter sorgten für eine ansprechende Begrüßung und hatten einige sehr gute Tipps zur Urlaubsgestaltung parat. Hier ist man mit Leib und Seele dabei. Die Lage im idyllischen Örtchen Olpenitz ist ideal. Meer und Strand, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Wander - und Fahrradwege für Ausflüge in die Natur oder auch größere Städte wie Schleswig (mit Haithabu) und Eckernförde sind nicht weit entfernt. Wer etwas Ruhe und herrliche Natur sucht, aber auch urbanes Leben ist hier sicher goldrichtig. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen und wenn möglich auch selbst gerne wieder kommen. Für uns war das ein perfekter Urlaub.

Schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, tolle Gegend
Wir haben dieses Jahr mit 3 Personen und 2 Hunden eine Woche in dem wirklich schönen, geräumigen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat für uns keinerlei Wünsche offen gelassen. Bei unserer Ankunft standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank, unser Jüngster freute sich über eine Tüte Gummibärchen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die in der Nachbarschaft wohnen, war jederzeit herzlich und sie haben uns den ein oder anderen guten Tipp für unsere Unternehmungen gegeben :-). Olpenitz ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder. Viele Grüße Familie W.

Einfach Toll
Moin, wir waren für eine Woche in diesem schönen, sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus zu Gast.
Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles war sehr gut beschrieben und es fehlte uns an nichts ( jede Menge Reiselektüre vom Umland schon vor Ort, Klasse ) . Badezimmer sehr großzügig, haben wir so noch nicht gehabt.
Kappeln mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ein schöner Strand auch nicht weit weg.
Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter incl. guter Kommunikation und Abwicklung im Vorfeld.
Von uns gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und sollte es mal wieder die Schlei sein, möchten wir wieder hier wohnen.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes im o.e. Ferienobjekt haben wir uns sehr wohl
gefühlt. Die Angaben stimmten im vollem Umfang. Räumlichleiten und
Außenanlagen waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Eine fachkundige und nicht
aufdringliche Beratung/ Betreuung hat uns sehr geholfen, die Freizeitmöglichkeiten der Umgebung zu genießen.
Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert. Falls wir erneut in der Region sind, werden wir
erneut hier wohnen wollen.

Eintreten und sich wohlfühlen
Vom sehr freundlichen Empfang durch den Verwalter bis zur Verabschiedung durch die Vermieter: dieses ruhige Haus kann absolut empfohlen werden. Es ist wirklich alles so, wie es in der Beschreibung angeboten wird. Und noch mehr. Vom Grill, über die Holzkohle, Brennholz für den Kamin, Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern, usw., usw.. Eine voll eingerichtete Küche steht zur Verfügung. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Es ist alles sauber, ein Abstellraum für die Fahrräder ist vorhanden, das Auto steht im Carport. Für zwei Personen mehr als reichlich. Liebe Grüße

Im Urlaub wie zu Hause!
Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Empfangen von dem freundlichen Verwalter und mit einer Begrüßungskarte und einer Buddel Sekt von den Vermietern! Von den Küchengeräten über Geschirrspülmaschine bis zum Kaminholz - alles wie beschrieben und wie abgebildet. Wirklich sehr schön!
Und da das Wetter leider nicht so doll war, war es besonders wichtig, ein warmes gemütliches Urlaubszuhause zu haben!

Ferienhaus, Landschaft und Strand toll
In dem Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden. Es ist alles super sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas älter, aber dennoch fehlt es an nichts. Kinder können ungestört herumlaufen, Autos fahren so gut wie keine. In etwa 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am tollen Weidefelder Strand. Ebenso ist man in 5 Minuten im Ort Kappeln, der wie eine Bilderbuchstadt aussieht. Alles in allem ein toller Ort für den Urlaub, ein super Haus für die ganze Familie. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und vor Ort zum Hausverwalter ist einfach gut und unkompliziert.
P.S.: Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl müssen selber mitgebracht werden.
Wenn es geht, kommen wir sehr gerne noch mal wieder.

Urlaub an der Schlei
Leider ging die Woche in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus viel zu schnell vorbei.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die unkomplizierte Übergabe durch den Hausverwalter war super und das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit Sekt und Rosen empfangen.
Es war für uns ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war vorhanden, ein schönes Ferienhaus, eine Terasse, ein Garten, eine Grillgelegenheit, die Ruhe…
hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist tip-top sauber. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.
Man merkt, dass hier sehr das Wohl der Gäste im Vordergrund steht. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter, aber in diesem komfortablen Ferienhaus kann man es auch gut aushalten, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort
Tolles, freistehendes Haus, ideal für Familien. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Toller neuer Kaminofen im großen Wohnzimmer mit sehr guter Heizwirkung. Sehr schönes und geräumiges, komplett saniertes Badezimmer. Selten haben wir in einem so liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus gelebt. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer es selbst nutzen und ständig bemüht sind, etwas zu verbessern. Auch vorab ein sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, Ganz unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe (Sektflasche inkl.!). Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Sehr zu empfehlen! (Sicher im Sommer wegen der Strandnähe noch schöner).
