About this house rental

The 170m² holiday home is a half-timbered house with clay. It can accommodate up to 14 people. On the lower floor there is the common room with a kitchenette for self-catering. Here are also the television, the radio and the telephone if necessary with fixed-Flat. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and a dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery, coffee maker and kettle are also provided. In this space up to 30 people can celebrate. Also located on this floor a handicapped accessible bedroom (1 x twin) with shower and toilet for 2 persons. Two additional guest WC complete this Bereich.Über a staircase you reach the first floor. There are four further bedrooms (1 x double, 2 x triple, 1 x four-bed room). All bedrooms have wardrobe, table and chairs. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, 2 of which are accessible from the hallway. An extra bed is available. At the rear exit is a terrace and lots of meadow.

The 3-story house is a full fachtes with Clay half-timbered house. It can accommodate 4 to 14 people. In the lower floor is the lounge with a kitchenette for self catering. Here are also the television, the radio and the telephone if necessary with fixed-Flat. In this space up to 30 people can celebrate. Also located on this floor a handicapped accessible bedroom with shower and toilet for 2 persons. Two additional guest toilets complete this area. On the first floor are the other bedrooms (1 x twin, 2 x triple, 1 x four-bed room), each with a shower and toilet. At the rear exit is a terrace and lots of meadow. In the quiet nature you can easily go by bike - the Radfernweg Hamburg-Insel Rügen goes in about 3km past. Recreation can also be found on the beaches of the Darß peninsula or the island of Rügen. In summer you can visit the Störtebeker Festival. Furthermore, there are 4 stables and a dog school near. Stralsund (approx 12km) offers many attractions. To name a few: building the brick gothic, the Ozeaneum, the Maritime Museum or the Marienkirche (of which one with good visibility a panoramic view does). From Stralsund also lead the new and the old Rügendamm the island of Ruegen. The island can be reached via the old Dänholm Rügendamm.
