About this house rental
Please expand the listing description for answers to common questions. This large 4-story townhome can accommodate large groups and provides easy access to the beach. The building is not ocean front, but it is on the ocean block of Coastal Highway at 60th Street a few hundred feet from the beach. You can see the ocean from the top floor balcony of this unit. We are only allowed to feature one unit per listing, but we do own all rentals at this location if you need additional units. This listing is for Unit 2 North. This unit has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, 3 car garage and 5 balconies. If you need more parking, there is free parking along 60th street next to the building.
Max Occupancy - Please note that if you are near the max occupancy of 14 people, everyone will be sharing beds with the exception of the twin mattresses. The unit is spacious enough where you can fit additional portable beds/air mattresses if you bring them along. Please see layout below for exact bed sizes in this unit.

2nd Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bedroom w/pyramid bunk bed (also has twin trundle mattress underneath), 1 full bathroom with walk in shower
3rd Floor – Kitchen and living room open area, ½ bath (powder room), queen size couch bed in living room
4th Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed and private full bath w/tub and shower combo, 1 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 full bed and private full bath w/walk in shower.
Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 3pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins. The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys.

Linens – We do not provide sheets or towels, so you will need to bring your own or rent them from a company in town. With the exception of the sofa beds and twin floor mattress, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided. Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. You should bring anything along that is critical to what you will be cooking since there is only a small set of pots and pans.
The unit is conveniently located in central Ocean City providing groups with quick access to attractions in both southern and northern Ocean City. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. There is also a 7-11 and gas station across the street for your convenience.

Overall we had fun and enjoy the house … I wish it was a bit more clean.

Rental was not well equipped. No pans, only pots. There was an oven but no oven mitts or hot pads to get things out of the oven. Most of the chairs at the dining table were broken, as well as the chairs on the patio. There were enough forks but only 1 butter knife and not nearly enough spoons. We had to go buy items in order to be able to make food and eat in the unit. Carpeting is very old and really needs to be replaced. On a good note, hot water was amazing! This unit could be an amazing vacation rental with just a little bit of work.

For an honest review to help future renters:
This place was fine as long as the price reflects what you are getting and you’re aware of the pitfalls.
The pros-it’s at a great location and when we rented it was a fair price,the beach is walking distance and your basic necessities are met. There was plenty of room for our extended family and off street parking wasn’t a problem.
The cons are pretty long and while they by no means ruined our vacation, if you are looking to rent this you should be aware- like other reviewers, this place needs some tender loving care. Many dresser drawers don’t work, the outlets don’t have covers, the smoke detectors are missing, the fridge had no shelves on the door, the walls are stained, dinged and dented and there are random mystery stains, spots and findings throughout the place. The trundle bed doesn’t work, the bunk bed is wobbling and the bunk bed stairs aren’t attached, the second couch is stained, the carpet is ragged. There are bare minimum pillows and they are pretty flat and there only a few cups, bowls and glasses.
Overall we enjoyed OC, but if you’re looking for a 5 star experience this isn’t the place.

Overall the house was ok. It is large enough for big families and the location was great. It needs some TLC and updating. Floors were very dirty. Not only do you need to bring your own linens, there was also no toilet paper or hand/dish soap.

Great location. A short 2 minute walk to the beach. House was spacious. Dishwasher didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal. House was clean and check in was super easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We had a pleasurable stay in 2022 and chose to rent in again for Bike week 2023. I was disappointed this year. The place is starting to look run down compared to last year and it had not been thoroughly clean prior to our arrival there was sand on the floors and even on the dining room table. Counters and bathrooms needed to be cleaned before we used them. The location and size of the rental was perfect for our needs and communication with the staff was excellent,

This townhouse was spacious and the location was great - can walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in OCMD. Unfortunately, the unit is in need some TLC. Light fixtures in the bathroom did not work, some lights flickered like a disco, headboards were not connected to some of the beds, the carpets on the stairs were a very dated and dingy shag, and the kitchen lacked a frying pan. The WiFi was strong and the TV's were ok. The off street garage parking was excellent and the on street parking worked out fine. The beach was a short walk and beautiful. If the owners dedicated a day or two labor and a few hundred dollars, the place would be a 10/10.

We needed a place for 6 people coming to town for a music festival (which ended up being canceled). Rather than cancel our trip altogether, we decided to just make a mini vacation out of it. The house was within walking distance to a bunch of things, which was nice
since the weather was terrible. We had plenty of room and liked that we all had our own bathroom. It was also nice that the kitchen/living room area was in between the bedrooms so you couldn’t hear people walking on the floor above you when you were trying to sleep. Property manager was prompt and helpful with responses to questions before the stay. Check in/out was very simple and straightforward. This was my first experience with VRBO and I would say it was a positive experience.

The place was fine. We liked the space and separation of bedrooms. The furniture was very beat up and the place was not very clean or well maintained. I would rent there again but probably not that particular unit

There is no money being put into the place. All kitchen appliances were very dirty. Need a new refrigerator . Lots of flies in the place. The whole place needs a paint job. Needs updated furniture. Rug was outdated and nails coming thru the walls. I would not recommand this place to anyone

Overall this property was beautiful and well maintained. Great location close to beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a family get together and stayed for the week. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager stopped by to check on things and was very helpful.

Very nice house
My friends and I very much enjoyed the rental, accommodated exactly what we needed. Only complaint is that the front door electronic keypad doesn't work so you have to enter through the garage.

Great communication and location!
A great experience! The manager, Ashley, was wonderful and responsive from the minute we booked. She provided updates along the way and made sure we were all set.
Home was nice, it is as described and you will need to bring all essentials (soap, trash bags, sheets, etc) but it was noted in the listing so no surprises. Plenty of room and a good location. Very happy!

Location, location, location
This property is exactly what it says it is. The condo is plenty big for large groups and has everything you need for a beach stay. We stayed here for our golf trip and it was the perfect spot. Easy walk to things that were open even during Covid. The condo was well equipped with what we needed. The furniture is a bit old but easily overlooked because of all the benefits. I would definitely recommend for a stay. Garage doors open manually like noted in another review but we were never worried about privacy or safety.

Excellent stay and great location
We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house was very clean and maintained. There were some minor imperfections but absolutely nothing that didn’t make this place worth it. All appliances were in working order, beds were made and furniture was in great condition. Plenty of room for all of use. The open concept wth the kitchen and living room was nice as well as it being on its own floor. Having motorcycles, the garage was exactly what we needed. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. A quiet street with plenty of parking as well. We look forward to booking next year!

Disappointed
Property has been neglected. In need of a good cleaning - dusty blinds, filthy bathroom grout, ants in the living room, slime in the refrigerator ice dispenser tray. There are 2 balconies but only one had a chair ( 2 chairs but 1 is broken). Balcony roof leaks so you have to stay inside if it rains. Master bedroom pillows are stained and the tv remote didnt work. Second floor bath towel bar is broken, shower floor is very dirty. Positives: good location if you dont mind street noise , plenty of room for a family to spread out, and the air conditioning system works well. Would not stay here again though - too dirty.

Needs a Major Facelift
At 3pm, I had not yet received the check in documents. Property manager was called and the the documents were emailed to me. The unit is in a great location. One short block to the beach. Lots of restaurants, mini golf, shopping within walking distance. Before unloading our luggage, I did a walk through of the house. The bathrooms were filthy, there were crumbs all over the counters, tables, and floors, and the garbage cans were full. I contacted the property manager to let her know the condition of the house. Property manager contacted cleaning company, they had not yet cleaned our unit. My family ended up cleaning the entire kitchen/living room area and most of the bedrooms before the cleaning company arrived as we were only booked for three nights and didn't want to waste any more of our vacation time. The property manager did say that she would refund our cleaning fee, but I have yet to receive that. Overall, the property is in a great location. We appreciated the off street parking for two cars. However, the house is not well taken care of. Some walls were badly stained, doorknobs missing on closets, broken towel bars in the bathrooms, couches that had definitely seen better days, and broken chairs on the balconies. With some TLC and a fresh coat of paint, this could be a great unit. But as it stands now, I would not return.

Good Location But....
We had a total of 4 adults and 5 children stay here for the week. First the good… The condo was at a great location. Some nearby restaurants, t-shirt shops, and a short walk to mini golf and a doughnut shop. Going to the beach was as easy as out the door and straight down the street. The layout of the condo was nice having the living room on the floor between the bedrooms. Adults on the upper floor, children on the lower floor. Having a garage to put our cars and beach equipment in was also nice. However the one garage door had no locking mechanism on it. We improvised by using a ratchet strap to secure the door in the evenings. Now the not so good. The condo is definitely in need of some repairs… missing door handles, lose door hinges, very worn kitchen cabinets, laminate floor in the living room was coming apart, buttons missing from the couch, none of the balcony exterior lights worked or were missing bulbs. The refrigerator took almost 24 hours to get cold so don’t get any groceries until it gets cold. We used our coolers with ice till it got cold not ideal but we didn’t lose our groceries. The kitchen has minimal cooking equipment. If you plan on cooking bring everything you need. We didn’t cook so it really wasn’t an issue. The coffee pot was a mess we tried to give it a good cleaning and ran a couple batches of water through it before feeling good about using it. We did call and report all the broken items to the property management to make note it was all broke when we arrived. The cleanliness was our other issue. When we arrived we found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, cups etc., the bathrooms were not cleaned very well, we also found food left by a former renter in the closet. The property management company did send someone out to re-clean the unit, put some screws in the door hinges and also replace a mattress that had numerous stains on it one appearing to be blood. Were most of the problems addressed.. yes. Would I bring my family here again NO. With some refurbishing, good cleaning, maybe some porch furniture to enjoy the decks, this could be a much nicer rental unit.

Pretty dirty!
We loved our stay as far as going to the Spartan and our time away from kids. However, the place was very dirty: handprints on walls, a half drank bottle of coke in bedroom, rags and used tissues in bedroom, dirty shower, hair in bed, etc. We cleaned it all once we got there just so we didnt feel gross. I did message the owner about this but never got a response.

Great location and condo
We had a mini family reunion July 4th week and had the best time staying at this spacious condo! We were just a minute walk to the beach and quick walk away from shops, markets, bars, restaurants and mini golf. This is the third time staying at this location and I would highly recommend it. Can’t wait for next year.

Home Away From Home! Clean Beach Rental Close to Everything!
The process to rent the property was easy and Ashley, the property manager worked with our group to ensure that we had what we needed for a successful weekend rental. We loved this property which was very clean, well appointed and located in a great location. I rented this 4 bedroom townhouse with three other families while in town for a cheerleading conference. The spaciousness of the townhouse left the 10 of us in our party completely comfortable. The 3-car garage was a bonus and we were able to park our three vehicles comfortably. There was a problem with one of the televisions in a bedroom and upon notifying Ashley, the maintenance person arrived to the townhouse within the hour to replace the broken television. Our group had a great time in the rental and I would definitely rent here again!
