Your holiday home is located on the hill in the Semaphore area above the charming town of Ste. Maxim in a quiet residential area.

The city center with many chic boutiques, the marina and the public ferry to St. Tropez, restaurants, tennis court, 2 golf courses, beaches and all shopping facilities are within easy reach.
Already in the morning, for the first coffee, the terrace lies in the sun and sunny it stays continuously until the picturesque sunset in the late evening. A dining table with 8 seats, sun loungers, parasols, lounge garden furniture can be found on the terrace. A swimming pool to cool down for large and small guests invites you to relax.
In the villa you will find an exceptionally spacious living-dining area with well-working fireplace, large dining table overlooking the bay of St. Tropez. A large sliding door system allows direct access to the spacious terrace and provides a direct connection between inside and outside. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances invites you to cook. For BBQs on the terrace is a large gas grill available. In the villa there are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and 4 toilets, 1 separately, 3 each in the bathroom.
There are 1 baby travel bed and 1 high chair available.
The villa is additionally equipped with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi-Anschlauss is available throughout the house.
You park your car safely in front of the house within the property where sufficient parking space for several cars is available, secured by an electrically operated gate.

This property is a dream. It is spacious and tastefully appointed with a view that leaves you endlessly mesmerized. Our stay in the Cote d’Azur was enhanced by this house and all the amenities. It has left an indelible impression. The host and property manager were lovely to communicate with and we are thankful to have stayed here. Wishing anyone booking to not think twice. We loved every minute of our time at the property.

This was a very pretty location, and the villa was spacious and very well equipped. The owner was very responsive. The only minor comment we have would be to declutter slightly the accommodation, but it is much better to be overprovided for. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, kitchen well equipped. Thank you!

The house had a magnificent view over the St Tropez bay. The house itself had a nice design and a good setup with a well equiped kitchen, nice living area and three nice bedrooms, and an additional bedroom in the basement, a bit off. The outdoor area was nice with a decent sized pool, nice terrace and also places in the shade.
The location high up on the hill made it a bit cumbersome to walk back from the village center. It is almost a must to have a car.
During our stay there were a lot o construction work going on at the neighbours, causing quite a lot of noice daytime. That was hopefully just temporary.

Wir (Familie, 5 Personen) haben eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es war für uns das erste Mal, dass wir ein Haus gemietet haben und wir waren sehr gespannt, was uns erwartet.
Es war genauso, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben: grosse Terrasse, kleiner Pool, aber perfekt zum Erfrischen, schön und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und St. Tropez mit genügend Liegen und einer Lounge zum Verweilen.
Es war einfach alles perfekt !

Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und haben eine ausführliche Einweisung zum Haus erhalten. Es ist ein besonders schönes Haus, das sich auch sehr gut für mehrere Paare eignet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach phänomenal! Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und möchten im kommenden Jahr wiederkommen...

What a killer view
This was hands down the best equipped house we ever rented. The house is situated on the hill side of Sainte maxime and high enough to have a killer view on, Sainte Maxime, the whole bay and Saint Tropez. Day and night this view never bores. All you ever need from a holiday home. The house, the pool, the terras all perfectly sized for our group of 8. Like all houses some small maintenance points that will be fixed for sure. The owners clearly have love for this house as well!!

Very pleasant house
We stayed for a coupe of weeks in this nice villa. It has a very nice view of Ste-Maxime & St-Tropez areas. You must have a car as it is a good 15-20' walk from the centre of Ste-Maxime and the way up is challenging!
The house is not modern but has plenty of rooms for 8 people, although the bedroom downstairs has access via steps steps, it's very independant from the other rooms.
The outside area near the pool is very pleasant with stunning views.

We spent more "villa" days than planned basking in the sun, cooking on La Plancha, and enjoying each other with the beautiful view of the Golfe de St. Tropez while perched above Sainte Maxime a very short drive down the hill to town, the beaches, and port with access to St. Tropez on a short boat ride. From the villa we did a day trip easily to Monte Carlo, Eze, Saint Paul de Vence, and Nice.
Everything was very well maintained and equipped. Complete kitchen with everything you would need to never leave. 4 bathrooms, all with shower and all but 1 with toilet. Then, a separate independent toilet. So easily suitable for 2 families or 8 people. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and all but 1, I think, with air conditioning making for a comfortable sleep. Nice lenins, pillows, etc. throughout. Great space for relaxing or sharing a meal with on the terrace or inside if you prefer.
We only regretted not booking a longer stay. The property manager in St. Maxime was attentive and very pleasant. The owner was also regularly in touch to help with any questions or needs. One of the best holiday experiences we have had in our frequent travels across Europe over the past 5+ years as expats always on the move from place to place any chance we get. Highly recommend and we will return!

Traumblick über die Bucht von Sainte-Tropez
Wir haben zu viert Ende Juli- Anfang August zwei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Da wir nur drei (2 im EG, 1 im OG) der vorhandenen vier Doppelzimmer ständig bewohnt haben, hatten wir das große Gästezimmer (UG, aber Tageslicht, da am Hang gelegen) mit super Bad zur Verfügung um wechselden Besuch zu beherbergen. Auch mit acht Personen gingen einem nie Geschirr, Besteck oder Sitzgelegenheiten aus. Alle waren schockverliebt in die wirklich phenomenale Aussicht ! Die Terrasse ist auch in natura riesig und bietet jede Menge natürlichen Schatten, durch die wunderschönen großen Schirm-Pinien. Der Pool ist zwar eher ein Plansch- als ein Schwimm-bad, aber da er nachmittags im Schatten der Bäume liegt, war er selbst im Hochsommer erfrischend und nicht zu warm.
Das Haus hat auch technisch (AC, W-LAN, Sat-TV, Sonos, mehrere Kühlschränke & Top-Küchengeräte) alles was man sich wünscht und ist von der Ausstattung bestimmt eines der besten Objekte, welches wir bisher gemietet haben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder nach Sainte-Maxime !

schöne alte villa mit herrlichem Ausblick
wir verbrachten sehr schöne tage in diesem haus. die aussicht von der terrasse ist hervorragend. insbesondere wenn es eindunkelt. lage ist ruhig. familien mit Kleinkinder sollten jedoch immer ein auge auf ihre kleinen werfen (pool & „mauer“).

Great villa, spectacular view to St. Tropez bay
We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful Villa. Although it was February, we were able to enjoy the amazing view to the bay of St. Tropez with a glass of wine on the sunny terrace.
We were personally received by the hosts and got a guided tour through the entire house. All the beds were made up for us when we arrived and fresh flowers on the main dining table and an unexpected welcome gift (a chilled bottle of rose wine) made it a perfect start to the holidays :)
During the stay, we cooked several times at home and liked the modern kitchen that offered everything we needed. We were 6 adults and felt very comfortable during our stay, especially appreciated the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom.
All in all, we had a great time and are looking forward to come back to this beautiful place.

Geheimtipp im Februar!
Wir haben im Februar 2019 auf Empfehlung eine Woche in dieser außergewöhnlichen Villa in Sainte-Maxime verbracht und hatten jede Bewertung hierzu vorher gelesen.
Alles ist richtig und wahr, aber, ehrlich gesagt, hier sind 5 Sterne fast zu wenig, hier müßte ein 6. Stern her!
Über den Blick von der Terrasse auf`s Meer ist (zu Recht) schon viel geschrieben worden, und wir haben uns immer wieder gefragt, ob jemand, der eine lange Zeit hier verbringt, den Zauber irgendwann nicht mehr verspürt...
Tagsüber blaugrünes Wasser, abends das Licht des Südens, und morgens früh, kurz bevor die Sonne aufgeht, schimmert der Himmel gelbblau und weiß am Horizont. -Dazu riecht der Wind nach Langusten und Meer.
Eigentlich dürften wir diesen Geheimtipp in einem so unvergleichlichen Anwesen gar nicht preisgeben, so schön war es!!
Tatsächlich aber können wir nur zu 100% bestätigen, was jeder Gast bisher geschrieben hat:
ALLES IST HIER PERFEKT!! - Deshalb auch von uns 5 Sterne (mindestens)!!!
PS: Wir fanden Sainte-Maxime im Februar übrigens deutlich attraktiver als z.B.
Saint-Tropez, fast alle Restaurants sind geöffnet, die meisten Geschäfte und der tägliche Markt im Zentrum auch.

Unglaublich schön!
Die Beschreibung und die Bilder zu dieser Villa können nicht wiedergeben was wir tatsächlich vorgefunden haben, denn das kann man schlecht in Worte fassen und Bilder geben es auch nur unvollständig wieder.
Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum egal was man beschreiben soll!
Ob es die Lage ist, direkt vom Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Hafen von Saint-Tropez und auch auf die tiefer gelegenen Villen in dieser sehr schönen Wohngegend von Sainte-Maxime. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr exponiert.
Die Einrichtung der Villa ist nicht nur perfekt, es fehlt einfach nichts sondern ist eher anregend für uns was man zu Hause auch noch haben möchte oder verbessern könnte.
Abgesehen davon, das alles sehr sauber und gepflegt war, ist die Villa so liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und auch die Accessoires im Außenbereich so ausgewählt, das der Flair der Cote d'Azur uns direkt entgegen schlug als wir schon vor der großzügigen Einfahrt standen und nur einen Teil der Villa sehen konnten.
Da wir leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, und nur wenig Zeit auf der großzügigen Terrasse und leider gar keine im sehr gepflegten Pool verbringen konnten, dafür aber mehr Zeit in den sehr schönen Zimmern der Villa, war dieses Ambiente ein ganz besonderer Genuss für uns.
Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche bietet alles was das Hobbykochherz begehrt. Selbst wenn man zu zweit in der Küche werkelt steht man sich nicht im Weg. Ich wusste bis zu diesem Besuch nicht wie sinnvoll zwei Spülen in der Küche sein können.
Es waren ausreichend Gesellschaftsspiele auch für Erwachsene vorhanden und auch interessante Bücher für die Tage wo uns der Regen total ans Haus gefesselt hat.
Es gibt auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten falls Bedarf danach ist.
Wir haben die Villa mit einem befreundeten Paar zusammen bewohnt, aber es hätten auch sehr gut vier Paare dort ausreichend Platz gefunden.
Sainte Maxime selbst, mit seiner wunderschönen Promenade, Restaurants und Cafes lädt bei schönen Wetter sicher noch mehr zum Flanieren ein als wir es erleben durften. Das sehr nahe gelegene Saint-Tropez spricht für sich, nach einem Besuch dort ist es aber auch wieder schön, es nur von der Terrasse aus im Blick zu haben.
Die Vermieterin hat uns ausgesprochen gut betreut, somit waren wir von Anfang an in besten Händen. Die Mails wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und keine Frage war zu viel.
Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen, obwohl es eigentlich unser Geheimtipp bleiben soll

Unser Lieblingsort im Herbst
Mein Mann und ich sowie unsere drei Kinder (2, 5 und 7 Jahre), meine Eltern und ein sehr guter Freund der Familie haben das zweite Mal unsere Herbstferien in der Villa "Rêve du Sud" verbracht. Und der Name - übersetzt "Traum des Südens" - spricht für sich.
Das Haus ist ein echter Traum. Man möchte die Terrasse mit ihrem perfekten Blick über die Bucht von Ste. Maxime in Richtung St. Tropez gar nicht mehr verlassen. Ausreichend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten - zu jeder Tageszeit gibt es Sonnen- und Schattenplätze - stehen zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und auch bei Wind noch angenehm temperiert, da beheizt.
Im Haus gibt es nichts, was es nicht gibt. Ein so perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus haben wir noch nirgendwo anders erlebt. Für meinen Mann, einen leidenschaftlichen Hobbykoch, ist die geräumige Küche perfekt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allen Extras und reichlich Zubehör. Für mich ist es eine Wohltat, schönes Geschirr, Besteck und Accessoires vorzufinden. Alles mit Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt und sehr geschmackvoll.
Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt, bietet das großzügige Wohnzimmer ausreichend Platz, sich die Zeit so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der große Esstisch und die Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen laden zum Spielen, Basteln oder Malen ein. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher und deutsches TV in einer gemütlichen Sitzecke. Wahlweise steht eine weitere Sitzgruppe zum Lesen und Erzählen zur Verfügung. Und wenn es richtig ungemütlich wird, ist der offene Kamin der perfekte Ort, sich bei einem Glas Wein zusammenzufinden.
Wir können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen. Und wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort. Immer wieder gerne.

Traumurlaub in toller Villa in Sainte-Maxime

Schon die Fotos auf der Internetseite waren vielversprechend, aber die Realität hat dann alles übertroffen.
Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet absolut alles, was man für eine erholsamen Urlaub braucht und sich wünscht – und noch vieles mehr …
Aber das Beste war die Lage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Einfach nur großartig und da das Wetter mitspielte, konnten wir dies von morgens bis in den tiefen Abend genießen.
Wir haben die Villa mit zwei befreundeten Ehepaaren bewohnt und haben eine wunderbare Woche verbringen können.
Besser geht’s nicht!!! Von uns eine 100ige Weiterempfehlung

Familienfeier einmal anders

Wir suchten eine Möglichkeit, mit Kindern, Schwiegerkindern und drei Enkelkindern ein besonderes Ehejubiläum im vertrauten Süden Frankreichs zu begehen. Im Anwesen "REVE DU SUD" fanden wir das in jedweder Hinsicht optimal geeignete Umfeld für die traumhafte Realisierung dieses Plans. Ort und Aussicht, großzügige Ausstattung und gepflegte stilvolle Einrichtung schufen ein behagliches Ambiente für jedermann. Selbst für 9 Personen war genügend Platz - im Haus, auf der Terrasse ... und im Pool.
Unser uneingeschränkt positives Urteil mit eindeutiger Weiterempfehlung schließt alle Aspekte der Vor- und Nachbereitung durch die Vermieterin sowie die Betreuung vor Ort ein. Herzlichen Dank - und gerne wieder!

Die Fotos können nur einen kleinen Eindruck des perfekten Ensembles wiedergeben.
Ein wunderschön gelegenes Anwesen, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf St. Tropez und Port Grimaud über den Golf von St. Tropez. Das Ambiente und die Ausstattung lassen eigentlich nur für äußerst Verwöhnte noch Spielraum nach oben.
Für Golfspieler zusätzlich strategisch gut gelegen, da einige Plätze mit kurzen Fahrzeiten errreichbar sind.
Die "vor Ort Hausbetreung" ist zeitnah präsent, wenn überhaupt nötig. Unabhängig davon ist die Vermieterin bei Anfragen ein Musterexemplar für spontane und äußerst zeitnahe Rückmeldungen, was in der heutigen Zeit leider mittlerweile selten geworden ist, daher aber um so angenehmer auffällt.
Für einige elektrische Funktionen im und ums Haus herum sind Fernbedienungen für die Beleuchtung vorhanden, die perfekt funktionieren. Eine gewisse Technik Affinität ist nicht Voraussetzung, allerdings von Vorteil.

This is a home as much as a house.
This home is like a gracious hostess. It is very well appointed.
The kitchen has quaility , everything. It was a pleasure to prepare our afternoon cheese boards and sit in one of the many settee on the veranda and absorb the magic of the Bay of Saint Tropez. Leaving, even for a few hours, became difficult!
Best of all was Ute the manager. She was a life line and went way above and beyond to make our stay trouble free.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to come back
We found this rental on the internet (Abritel.fr). We know the area around Nice and St.Tropez, but usually stay in St. Maxime. This summer, we had our best experience yet:
1) The rental process was easy with efficient communication with the owner
2) Credit card payments were accepted so it was worry free
3) The house was ready for our arrival, clean with beds and towels ready.
4) The house was exactly as presented on the internet
5) The views are better than the photos can show!
6) Throughout the stay a local contact person is available, extremely helpful
The house is in the best neighborhood in St. Maxime. It is a short drive into the city or to stores, beaches are close by as well. We even walked into town several time (which takes about 20 minutes).
August was hot, but the pool, shadow from trees and air condition units in the house made it very comfortable.
Overall, a great vacation and we look forward to come back.

Traumhafte Villa zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen
Oberhalb von St. Maxime erwartete uns ein liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil, in das wir uns auf den ersten Blick verliebten.
Die sonnendurchflutete Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez lädt zum Relaxen ein, der Pool zu einer Erfrischung und ein separater kleiner Pavillon wird zur Rückzugs-Oase.
Wunderbar gemütlich zeigt sich uns der Wohnbereich mit einem großen Esstisch; der Blick gleitet über die Terrasse auf das Mittelmeer.
In der Küche -perfekt ausgestattet- und auf dem Grill auf der Terrasse brutzeln wir den auf dem Markt in St. Maxime erstandenen Fisch, den wir abends mit einem guten Glas Wein bei Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen; einfach traumhaft!
Die Villa ist ein Geheimtipp, wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Familienoase mit traumhaften Blick
Wir sind durch eine Empfehlung auf fewo-direkt und diese Ferienimmobilie aufmerksam geworden und haben es einfach mal ausprobiert...und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen.
Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum, hoch über St. Maxime gelegen und mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Bucht von Saint-Tropez - man könnte den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse stehen und das glitzernde Meer oder am Abend die Lichter betrachten.
Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht - besonders die voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Grill (auf der Terrasse) lässt hier keine Wünsche offen.
Für uns war die Lage ideal, ruhig aber dennoch nahe genug am Geschehen - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool, der besonders bei den Kindern für einen Riesenspaß gesorgt hat.
Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und die Betreuung der Vermieter war erstklassig, nochmal vielen Dank für die super Restauranttipps, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

Erholung 5 Sterne plus in traumhafter Villa
Aufenthaltsdauer 7 Tage, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (3 Jahre und 3 Monate alt), 1 Hund (nach Absprache).
Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse über die Bucht von St. Tropez und das Mittelmeer ist atemberaubend und lädt ab dem Frühstück bis zum Abendessen und dem darauf folgendem Digestif zum Verweilen und Geniessen ein. Genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegestühle in der Sonne, aber auch im Schatten sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch Strände, sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist aber auch problemlos möglich einmal zu Fuss in den Ort zu laufen. Obwohl der Rückweg stetig bergauf ging, konnte unser 3-jähriger Sohn ihn gut bewältigen.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll sowie hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind schön aufgeteilt, ideal für eine Familie wie uns mit noch kleinen Kindern, da in einem Trakt des Hauses zwei Schlafräume gleich nebeneinander liegen. Die Betten sind schön groß und verfügen über sehr gute Matratzen. Für unsere kleine 3-monatige Tochter waren Babybett, Wickelunterlage und sogar ein Kinderwagen vorhanden. Im Bedarfsfall gibt es auch einen Kinderstuhl.
Alle Schlafräume und auch der Wohn-Essbereich sind klimatisiert, was das Schlafen auch bei größerer Hitze sehr angenehm macht. Auch die technische Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen, zB WLAN und modernste große TV-Musik-Anlage. Durch einen großen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse kann man sogar beim Kochen die Aussicht geniessen.
Alles im Haus aber auch im Aussenbereich war sehr sauber, gepflegt und machte einen äußerst einladenden Eindruck. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde zuverlässig gereinigt.
Ein zusätzliches Highlight dieses Hauses ist der kleine Pavillon, in dem man auch an kühleren Tagen geschützt sitzen kann, ohne auf den traumhaften Ausblick verzichten zu müssen.
Man fühlte sich von Anfang an zu Hause und nicht, wie in einem Ferienhaus. Was sicherlich auch an dem herzlichen Empfang mit frischem Blumenstrauß und einer Flasche landestypischen Rosé unterstützt wurde. Auch die Vorbereitung durch die Vermieter ist unproblematisch und fürsorglich. Anfragen werden schnell, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Die Betreuung vor Ort bei Über- und Rückgabe des Hauses ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
