Unbeatable location. The condo oversees the Main Street Station Plaza, which is directly adjacent to historic Main Street. On the other side of the the building, is Quicksilver SuperChair Lift on Peak 9. Enjoy the proximity to all the shops, restaurants, and everything Breckenridge has to offer. This is a great opportunity to stay in downtown Breckenridge and create a memorable vacation.
Amazing amenities. Access to Pioneer Club, heated outdoor pool with picture-perfect Breckenridge ski area view, 5 whirlpool spas, steam room, fitness center, sauna and ski/bike concierge. Trolley stop is just across the street. Please the pool area is closed for repairs until about middle of November 2024. The gym, steam room and hot tubs by the gym are open.
The condo is located on the 4th floor in a hotel-type building with an elevator and heated garage, the balcony is overlooking the Plaza. It's ideal for a couple searching for something special.
Spacious one-bedroom condo (over 600 sq. ft of space) with full kitchen, sleek marble bathroom with high end bath products, gas fireplace, 65" TV, and private balcony with patio chairs overlooking the Plaza and Baldy Mountain.
Kitchen. The full kitchen is equipped with Maytag stainless steel fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and slow cooker. We provide some essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and spices for your convenience. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that comfortably sits four.
Living room. My 2023 Christmas gift was a Wolf mural by local artist Candie Cain, I hope you will love it a much as I do. There are two leather couches, a slate gas fireplace, and a 65" TV with live channels and FireTV (you can log in to your favorite entertainment provider). One of the couches unfolds into a comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a cabinet with some games and Echo sits on top. Live edge desk with a comfy chair if you need some work done.
Bedroom. A separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. King size bed is made with fresh, high-end down bedding and plenty of pillows to keep you comfortable. Another TV with live channels is mounted on the wall for your late-night movie.
Bathroom. The oversized bathroom is accessible either from the hallway or directly from the bedroom. Separate shower with seamless glass and oversized shower head, freestanding soaking bathtub, toilet and sink with live edge cherry slab countertop. Amika hairdryer.
Internet and Work Desk. Free wireless Internet throughout the condo and work desk with a night lamp and comfy chair.

Ski-In/Ski-Out. The condo is located right at the base of Peak 9. The Quicksilver Lift is just a block away - there are no streets to cross, just walk around the Maggie Pond directly to the lift. Alternatively (or when Peak 9 is closed), there is a Trolley/Bus stop across the street. It's free and would take you to the Gondola (it's a quick 5-minute ride).
Winters offer world-class skiing just steps away. Beginners can access easy runs right on Peak 9 and advanced skiers can continue to explore the entire ski resort. Non-skiers can spend a day snowmobiling, dog sledding or shopping.
In summer there are numerous hiking trails - some of them are accessible directly from the condo. Other fun things to do in Breckenridge are biking, rafting, a fun park on Peak 8, horseback riding, Frisco Bay Marina, tennis, fishing, and so many other things. You won't get bored here in Breckenridge.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my mom and 2 teens. Was like staying at a friends place with all the amenities and home like feeling. The communication with the property owner was clear and easily understandable and we had zero issues while here. The property is very centrally located in the city and we were able to walk everywhere for shopping, eating and activities. Would highly recommend this for anyone visiting here!

I highly recommend this condo in Breckenridge. You can't beat the location. It is right on Main Street near all the shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. The check-in and parking situation was fast and convenient. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished, while being stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub and pool on the property were nice amenities. There was a portable a/c unit that worked out great in the summer. There is so much to do in the area. We enjoyed hiking and renting e-bikes. It was so nice to have such a lovely home to return to after exploring.

The property is well located at the south end of Breckenridge; very much walking distance to all the town has to offer. The unit itself was VERY clean and well appointed. It offered a very comfortable bed, a nice soaking tub, and all the kitchen amenities one would need. The communication with Daniel, the rental agent, could not have been better.

Everything as advertised, all very good. Only thing I didn't catch in the listing was the broken elevator, but I think it gets fixed this month, so we were a little out of breath! Had a great time.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge at this property! It’s well-equipped and the owner stocks lots of extras in case you forget something. We loved drinking coffee on the balcony each morning with an amazing view of snow-capped mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and accessibility of shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. Daniel was great and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It is so close to town and our favorite family restaurant- Sauce on the Maggie. Very short walk to Quicksilver lift.
The unit was very clean and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding for the pull out was so warm and soft. The differentiator was how well stocked the unit was in terms of kitchen equipment (baggies, foil, to go cups, tea) as well as the robes! It is a cold walk to the hot tubs.
And Daniel was so nice to gift us an alternate item than wine since we do not drink! Amazing. The owners go above and beyond for their guests. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Fantastic spot for a quick getaway to Breck! This is the perfect location for everything you would want to do. Walkable everywhere with restaurants, bars, escape rooms, etc. right below you. We loved the pool & the 3 private hot tubs off of the gym & sauna. 100% recommend!

Facility was clean and very nice. Location was great. Close to main street. Included a fireplace and HUGE TV. Does not have air conditioning so can get a little warm in the summer season but a fan in the window cooled it off in the evenings. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Breckenridge.

This was a great property, there are many to choose from even in this building and we choose the right one. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. Bed was great, pillows were way too soft but that is minor. Soaking tub was fantastic after a long day of hiking!!
We stay in properties often and the little things go a long way, nice, local coffee for brewing, wine and chocolate upon check-in, nice toiletries and the fire place and deck were all great!
Unit faces the center courtyard so could be noisy during busy season, we only heard people at bar close :(
Only other issue was we had difficulty finding the office for check-in as it was dark and even though the address is listed, it is not on the street front and was a bit tricky to find.

We loved this property. The perfect size for 2 adults and a baby. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare several meals. There were great restaurants nearby and everything was within walking distance. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the wine and chocolate were a nice little added touch. It was a little warm but we found a fan in the closet which we put to use. Daniel was always responsive to any questions we had and checked in on us several different times. Parking was a little tricky but once we figured it out we didn’t have any troubles. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

The condo was nice and new and very clean and comortable. It was fully stocked and ready for our stay. The location can"t be beat, right in the middle of all of the shops on Main Street and there was an Arts Festival on the property grounds while we were there. We loved our stay during our vacation with our 12 year old grandson. We loved the pool and the hot tubs as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Reserved the room based on location. It was perfect when needing a quick get away with an infant and have everything centralized. The only down side was not being able to get the fireplace or living room ceiling fan to work and the front desk didnt know we had a later check out and our key cards stopped working.
