We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The owners were most helpful and welcoming. The house has everything you need; the beds and sofas are very comfortable, and sitting outside was a little sun trap. The jacuzzi was a welcome luxury after our long walks (with our dog). Although the property is amongst other houses it was very quiet. The Bakery and Grocery shop were convenient, and very good. We have visited the area twice before and we love it..... plenty to do, good restaurants a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

This is such an amazing property, very welcoming hosts, we felt very lucky to stay here, 1 min walk from beach, lovely local bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, very convenient. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend, we didn't want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the location is so peaceful, it was totally relaxing. Everything worked without a hitch. The beach is close by and that is a natural paradise. The water is clear and the beach very clean. The Jacuzzi was a delightful experience. We thank the owners who made us feel very welcome.

Rue du Prat is a quiet lane leading straight to the beach. It is a 5 min walk to the boulangerie, and Santec also has a small supermarket, chemist and tabacc. There is a beach bar Les Embruns which does lovely Moules Frites. The beaches are vast and empty and solid enough to push a wheelchair on. Unusually the sand is full of hoppers. There are lots of beautiful butterflies including swallowtails. It is a lovely walk to Roscoff along the coast. There are great markets in Roscoff, St Pol and Morleiux. The house is well situated and has everything you need for a holiday including dish and clothes washers, tumble drier, microwave, coffee machines, hot tub, wifi. Our lovely hosts were very helpful and accommodated our early arrival and very early departure times. They explained everything to us and left us some lovely welcome gifts. Don't forget to save some euros for paying tax when you leave. We had a lovely 2 weeks with mostly glorious weather. We had one day of heavy rain and an evening and morning heavy sea mist which lifted during the day. Generally, English is not widely spoken in this area and at times my O level French was not quite sufficient. I would recommend this villa without hesitation and would gladly visit here again. Many thanks for a lovely stay.
