Modern and very comfortable apartment, 85 m² located in the city center, in a quiet street, 300 m from the sea and 100 m from shops, in a small building with 14 apartments (R + 2), residential, with shared swimming pool .
Ideally located between the old town and the new one. You can park your car in the underground car park and do everything on foot (sea, beaches, shops).
The apartment has a 35 m² terrace and is separated from the swimming pool (open all year) by a gate.

This is a superb apartment, clean and well equipped. The underground parking is extremely useful and secure. The south facing terrace gets the sun for most of the day and is nicely sheltered from the cool northerly breezes. Good location only 5 minutes walk from the old town. Excellent WiFi enabled me to work remotely without any problems. Good communications and instructions. Evelyne and Marta were extremely helpful. I Hope to return.

A lovely, recently refurbished and quiet ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool. Evelyne was very good at communicating and all went well with the check in process with Marta. Highly recommended.

Spacious ground floor apartment conveniently located an easy 10 minute walk from the old town. Good communication with the owners and Marta is very welcoming and helpful. Generously equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Good sized parking space but we have a long car and found the access very narrow. Plenty of space on the road outside at this time of year. Would highly recommend and plan to come back.

Un excellent séjour

Très bel appartement, très très bien équipé, moderne. L'accès à la piscine par la terrasse est un vrai plus. L'appartement est situé près de la vieille ville mais dans un quartier très calme. Martha, la personne qui nous a accueillis, est exceptionnelle, c'est elle qui est aussi en charge du ménage, et l'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Ubicación buena, zona tranquila. Apartamento o mejor dicho, piso, con todas las comodidades. Con acceso directo a la piscina. Hemos pasado unos dias perfectos. Piso perfecto, muy limpio y totalmente equipado. Camas cómodas, y todo el piso como nuevo. Parking amplio.

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Durch die 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad ist die Intimsphäre gewahrt. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht die fussläufige Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt und des Stadtstrandes. Lediglich die Matratzen sind etwas hart und die Garageneinfahrt ist recht eng. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Très belle résidence située à mi chemin entre le Vieux village et Riells, calme et bien entretenue par des gens forts sympathiques : Marta et Maxim !L'appartement est superbe , bien équipé avec tout le confort souhaité ( literie de qualité et un canapé on ne peut plus parfait pour la sieste !) avec un accès direct à la piscine par le petit portillon de la terrasse :top ! L'eau y est délicieuse et douce (pas d'odeur de chlore, un petit goût légèrement salé). Nous avons passé un super séjour !!!

Un appartement agréable, bien situé et bien agencé (beaucoup de rangements disponibles). La vaisselle, le mobilier et la décoration sont modernes... ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans la région. Les différents interlocuteurs sont charmants et attentionnés quant au bon déroulement de votre voyage. La terrasse est sécurisée pour des enfants en bas âge. Ma voiture équipée d'un coffre de toit (2m10) entrait dans le parking souterrain. Surtout... nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à L'Escala !

Idéalement situé près des commerces, restaurants, super tapas, des plages mais au calme l'appartement d'Evelyne est spacieux, très bien équipé avec un accès direct à la piscine. La résidence est très calme et agréable. Tout est réuni pour passer le plus agréable des séjours et profiter également de la région de Dali (Figueras, Cadaques) et un peu plus loin de Barcelone. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à l'Escala.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, el apartamento está muy nuevo, decorado con gusto y muy cómodo. Está en una zona tranquila y bien situada para ir a las playas y al.paseo maritimo.Muy valorable tener la piscina según se sale por la.puerta del porche, sobre todo si se tienen niños. Nuestros hijos y también nosotros hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina. Hemos echado en falta algún utensilio para cocinar, sobre todo cazuelas y vasos grandes para poder echar hielos. La propietaria Evelyne muy amable y atenta. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Totalmente recomendable

Appartement d'une propreté irréprochable, fonctionnel, entièrement équipé, avec un accès direct à la piscine. La résidence est très calme et à 300 m de la mer. La région est superbe, les côtes sont encore sauvages avec de nombreuses petites criques. Nous y avons fait de belles très balades. Beaucoup de petits restaurants en bord de mer à des prix très abordables. Nous vous le recommandons, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

L'appartement est tout équipé, il ne manque rien, idéalement situé à 2 pas de la mer et du centre de L'Escala. La voiture aussi à sa place sous la résidence. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille sous le signe de la découverte et de la marche avec des paysages magnifiques. Nous en avons encore à découvrir !!! A cette période nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine !!! Au plaisir de revenir !!!

Parfait !

L'appartement est vraiment confortable. Joli et bien décoré. On peut vivre ensemble sans se marcher dessus ! La piscine est juste a cote, il est bien agreable de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. La literie est parfaite. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée. Très au calme, nous avons vraiment pu dormir et nous reposer. A deux pas de la mer et des promenades à perte de vue. Le parking facile d'accès. On peut poser la voiture et faire à pieds des quantités de choses. Les restaurants sont nombreux, l'escalat est une jolie petite ville avec une plage pour se rafraîchir avant d'aller manger des tapas ! Les alentours permettent de faire des visites culturelles, des randonnees, pêcher ou... juste ne rien faire et se laisser vivre ! Les propriétaires sont adorables et les habitants très accueillants. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Évidemment nous reviendrons ! Merci pour ce coin si chaleureux.

Ravis de notre séjour. Appartement en parfait état, complètement fonctionnel, près de tout, de la plage, des petites criques, des commerces. Très propre, avec une belle terrasse contre la piscine (très pratique) et un parking en sous sol (très pratique aussi). Très belles promenades le long de la mer, petits restaurants très bons et pas chers. Même le beau temps était au rendez vous à cette période. Nous y retournerons bientôt.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L'appartement est tres propre, grand , il est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, mais au calme. La déco est contemporaine (plutôt rare...) et il ne manque rien ! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui se trouve tout au bord du jardin ! Des supers ballades à faire sur le front de mer ! Et pour les gourmands comme nous des bars à tapas et des restos partout ! Nos coups de coeurs , Grop et El Moli et Cal Galán.
