The fully air-conditioned house is ideally located 200 feet from the Canal du Midi and its 9 locks (World Heritage by Unesco) and barely 1km from the center of Beziers.
An infinity swimming pool, WITHOUT OPPOSITE, was created in the former priest's garden for the hottest hours of the day.

* On the ground floor: Very large open space of 125 m2, corresponding to the former chapel with a TV lounge, a reception room, WC, a main dining room, a large open modern kitchen with pantry, equipped with an American fridge, induction hob, microwave ....
The kitchen opens onto the garden where you can take all your meals in the open air but also away from the sun or a possible storm.
* Upstairs is the sleeping area with 3 beautiful rooms from 14 to 16 m2 including 1 master suite and large bathroom equipped balneo.
A shower room to the Italian serves the other 2 bedrooms and a 2nd toilet.

Exklusives Haus mit ganz besonderem Charme
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht in Beziers. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Der Empfang war äußerst angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Es handelt sich um eine ehemalige Kapelle. Es ist sehr geräumig und bietet allen Komfort! Von einer perfekt eingerichteten Küche, über einem extrem großen und wunderschönem Wohnbereich. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Umgebung sowie die direkte Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Das macht den Aufenthalt im grossen Garten und am/im Pool sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Gartenmöbel stehen reichlich zur Verfügung. Auch der Barbecue-Grill im Außenbereich ist sehr gut nutzbar. Wir bedanken uns für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und für die sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Charmante chapelle rénovée.
Maison pleine de charme, confortable et joliment meublée, calme malgré la voie ferrée proche. Il y règne une atmosphère apaisante et sereine. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien pensé, avec des zones d’ombre qui tournent dans la journée, les 2 coins repas dehors, la piscine très agréable.
Nos 2 ados et nous mêmes y avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Das Haus war gut zu finden, nette Übergabe.
Die umgebaute Kapelle ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einem kleinen „Park“ mit wenigen Nachbarn, die man kaum bemerkt.
Endlich eine Küche, die keine Wünsche mehr offen lässt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und macht viel Spaß, der Außenbereich bietet viel Platz!
Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub... gerne wieder.

Très bien équipée, au milieu des vignes.
Rénovée avec goût et un jardin magnifique.
J'aurais aimé un jardin un peu plus grand pour les enfants et un peu plus d'espace pour le parking, mais ce ne sont que des détails tant le reste est de qualité.

Super séjour dans la Chapelle
Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances dans cette magnifique maison, très bien aménagée, literie excellente, piscine et jardin vraiment jolis… On a pu allé à pied en centre ville pour la féria ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et revenir ensuite dans notre oasis de calme et de verdure nous reposer! Nous sommes ravis , la semaine a passé trop vite … On reviendra A bientôt !

Très belle maison avec piscine, décorée avec goût, super équipée et agrémentée d’un très joli jardin
Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil très chaleureux de la part de sa charmante propriétaire. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison idéale pour familles avec plusieurs enfants, entretenue avec soin et joliment décorée. . Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et du jardin pour nous rafraîchir lors des jours de chaleur intense. Située à proximité du Canal du Midi et des Écluses de Fonseranes, la propriété est facilement accessible et à 10’ des commerces que ce soit à Béziers ou à Colombiers.

Merveilleux séjour
La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos
La situation est top... C'est la campagne en ville, le canal du midi à côté, les plages à 15 mn… Nous avons fait une journée de canoé kayak à Roquebrun , excellent ! Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables avec des transats à l'ombre et au soleil.
Les chambres sont vastes et confortables.
Un seul hic, il faut partir ! On recommande

Maison magnifique aux portes de Béziers
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ancienne Chapelle du 18ème rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et un grand confort. La réalité est encore mieux que les photos sur le site. Nous avons adoré la piscine et le jardin , ou on a eu le choix entre 2 endroits pour prendre nos repas suivant les heures de la journée. L'ameublement contemporain et la déco sont remarquablement assortis dans cette construction ancienne. Enfin la situation de la maison est très intéressante car tout en étant à la campagne à l'abri du parc centenaire, on se retrouve en 5 mn en centre ville- ville ou dans le complexe commercial du polygone. Les plages de Valras ou Sérignan sont proches et on peut éviter de traverser Béziers pour s'y rendre. Sans compter le canal du midi et le magnifique site des neufs écluses, que l'on peut rejoindre à pied depuis la maison en 5 mn. Nous vous recommandons la brasserie le 5 avec une vue remarquable sur la cathédrale de Béziers. Cette région est superbe… C'est sur nous reviendrons ! Le seul défaut c'est de repartir… Merci aussi à Véronique pour votre accueil très sympathique .

Superbe !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Cette ancienne chapelle a de très beaux volumes et elle est très lumineuse avec ses larges baies vitrées. Elle présente l'avantage d'être équipée comme une maison de tous les jours ce qui est très utile pour les tâches du quotidien. L'endroit est très calme tout en étant à côté des commerces et les villes aux alentours (Valras, Sérignan-Plage, Agde ) permettent de passer de très bons moments. La propriétaire est également très sympathique et a toujours été à notre écoute au cours du séjour. En bref, cette villa est parfaite pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Fantastic place!
Vi är en familj på fem personer. Tre barn i åldrarna 6,12 och 16. Vi hyrde huset i två veckor. Det är ett paradis. Själva huset är i perfekt skick och mycket rymligt. Smakfullt inrett, vackert, välstädat och otroligt trivsamt och mysigt. Trädgården är bra planerad med både platser i skuggan och i solen. Poolen är ljuvlig. Huset ligger nära både centrum av Beziers och de välkända slussarna. Vi tog långa promenader vid slussarna och upplevde vacker natur och njöt av omgivningarna. Allt på promenadavstånd. Vi hyr hus varje år. Detta är det absolut bästa som vi har bott i! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera det!

We are a family of five people. Three children ages 6, 12 and 16. We rented the house for two weeks. It's a paradise. The house itself is in perfect condition and very spacious. Tastefully decorated, beautiful, clean and incredibly comfortable and cozy. The garden is well planned with both the shadows and the sun. The pool is lovely. The house is close to both the center of Beziers and the well-known locks. We took long walks at the locks and experienced beautiful scenery and enjoyed the surroundings. Everything at walking distance. We rent houses every year. This is the absolute best we have lived in! We can really recommend it!

Wir waren Anfang August 2018 für eine Woche dort. Die ganze Familie hat das ruhige und angnehme Ambiente sehr genossen. Morgens und abends in den Pool, dazu Klimaanlage innen und eine schöne Grillecke draußen. Haus und Garten bieten viel Platz, wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Bevor wir dort waren hatte ich leichte Bauchschmerzen beim Blick auf den Preis. Jetzt nicht mehr, ich würde es wieder tun.

Séjour agréable
La maison est conforme aux photos et très bien. En revanche, il y a des maisons jouxtantes et des travaux de rénovation ont causé quelques nuisances sonores.
La piscine et les terrasses sont sympa et on en a bien profité par ce beau temps.
La région est belle et les plages nombreuses à env. 20 min de voiture.
Le notebook rédigé par les propriétaires a été utile.

Magnifiques vacances inoubliables!!
Nous avons passé 10 jours de rêves en ce début juillet 2017 dans cette chapelle superbement décorée, qui lie le moderne tout en maintenant le cachet de l'ancien. La maison est entièrement climatisée, pièce par pièce, réglable à votre meilleure convenance. La cuisine ne manque de rien, le frigo américain vient à point en période de chaleur avec son eau fraîche et ses glaçons. Le coin barbecue est hyper sympa et le jardin est entièrement fleuri! Sans oublier la visite à débordement!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et soucieux du bien être de leur hôtes. Un road book a été rédigé avec soin pour vous donner les plus belles adresses du coin en terme de gastronomie, dégustation ou visites incontournables. La région est magnifique, la maison est d'ailleurs située à 5 min à pied des écluses, site entièrement rénové, à voir absolument sans oublier son très bon restaurant situé en face avec vue sur la cathédrale . La chapelle est implantée dans un magnifique domaine, au calme, à 20 min de la plage et une heure de Carcassonne. Nous remercions particulièrement Véronique et Jean-Marc et au plaisir de vous revoir!

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison rénovée avec goût et très joliment décorée. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité.
Le jardin est agrémenté de petits ilots très accueillants et fleuris, la piscine irisée nous a bien rafraîchis en fin d'après-midi.
L'ensemble a beaucoup de cachet.
La maison est un peu en dehors de la ville, au calme, mais suffisamment près du centre pour y aller à pieds.
Nous avons bien entendu quelques trains mais ils n'étaient pas assez fréquents pour nous déranger. Aucune puce en vue !
Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Séjour agréable à la Chapelle
La Chapelle est une belle demeure, vraiment atypique, confortable et propre.
Il faut traverser le parc du Domaine pour accéder à la maison et on a l'impression d'être à la campagne, pourtant on est aux portes de Béziers. Très pratique pour le shopping!
On peut aussi rejoindre directement l'autoroute ou les plages sans traverser la ville.
Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La voie ferrée est assez proche mais ce n'est pas gênant, en tous cas pas pour nous. De la maison on accède en 5mn à pied au Canal du midi et ses Neufs Écluses, vraiment à voir.
De là vous pouvez prendre une navette pour aller en centre ville de Béziers en quelques minutes ! Super pour les enfants !
Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons pu profiter au mieux de notre séjour en famille!

Beautiful house but not without problems
On the positive side the house is beautiful and the pictures don’t really get across just how lovely it is. The house has a large open plan living space which seamlessly integrates with the relaxing garden. The owners stepson looked after us really well and promptly attended to the property when the air conditioning broke.
The bit which went less well was the flea infestation and I ended up with several dozen bites on my legs, arms and head – I had an allergic to the bites and they swelled up. We blitzed the house with “bug bombs” and sprays of various kinds but we just couldn’t get rid of them. The owner’s stepson was at a loss despite seeing my bites. We sent photographic evidence to the owner who more or less refused to believe there was a problem as it had never happened before. I think she forgot that one neighbour has a cat which came into the garden frequently and there’s a couple of dogs to the other side of the house. I did ruin the holiday and I could never quite relax going to bed and I had to stop wearing shorts as I felt too self-conscious walking around with badly marked legs.

Le beau-fils du propriétaire était à une perte en dépit de voir mes morsures. Nous avons envoyé des preuves photographiques pour le propriétaire qui, plus ou moins refusé de croire qu'il y avait un problème car il était jamais arrivé auparavant. Je pense qu'elle a oublié que l'un voisin a un chat qui est entré dans le jardin fréquemment et il ya un couple de chiens de l'autre côté de la maison. Je ne ruiner les vacances et je ne pourrais jamais assez vous détendre d'aller au lit et je devais arrêter de porter des shorts que je me sentais trop conscient de soi se promener avec les jambes mal balisés.

This property has a luxurious feel to it:because its a converted chapel the ceilings are lovely and high and the living space has a nice open feel to it with lots of different sitting areas with high quality furniture and a high quality kitchen to match. The standard and quality of the bathrooms and bedding were also excellent as was the standard of cleanliness. The garden is lovely and beautifully planted and the pool is small but very new, tiled with lovely mosaic tiles and extremely clean. Our teenagers had a great time playing in it. We would definitely recommend it to others although we would probably just mention the fact that the train runs close by and trains are visible when passing. But this is only now and then and we didnt find this a problem. The property is just outside Beziers and because it was very hot when we visited (early August) you might well not feel walking in is an option. Because it is outside of the town, if you want to shop for food, youll need to use a car and either drive into Beziers or to the nearby supermarket and boulangerie at Colombiers which is only a 5 minute drive. The property managers (the owners son and a friend) were absolutely lovely and very helpful. All in all we would highly recommend this and have only given it 4 instead of 5 stars because of its location.
