Apartment description: It is a modern and brightly furnished duplex apartment (3-room / 50sqm) with absolute full equipment. The apartment is on the first OG and the loft of a small house with only 4 units and each with private entrance. A spacious living / dining room (super comfy sofa, LED TV) with a nice balcony and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, coffee maker, espresso machine), a modern day Lichtdurchflutetes shower (with glass round shower / rain shower), Design V & B -Toilet, washer / dryer fully automatic) and a compact bedroom with a pull-out double bed (160cm) located on the same floor. About a space-saving staircase (see photo) takes you to another large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180cm) in the loft. Each room is equipped with mosquito nets. Location: The apartment is located in a quiet and beach Middle position, directly behind the dike. It is ideal for accessibility: North beach (about 400m), west beach (about 4km through the DarßerWald), the pier (approx 750m) and center with baker and Edeka (about 800m). In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are some good restaurants and cafes. Shops and bakeries in the village are within walking distance in 10 minutes. For sports-minded holiday makers, there is a bicycle rental and Nordic Walking Parcour in the neighborhood. A surf / Kiteschulebefindet located on the beach. The stop for carriage is 300 meters away. The National Park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" invites on the road to beautiful walks and bike rides to the unspoilt west beach a.
