A comfortable apartment with a beautiful view

A clean, new and comfortable property at the end of Athani village, among olive trees and with a beautiful sea view. You need a car to get there and to all restaurants( 5 minutes drive) and beaches around - the nearest is Gialos Beach (10-15 minutes drive), keep in mind that it's a pebbled one, pebbles in the sea too. No markets nearby,only a small one on the road with limited choice. You can shop in the nearest town which is about 15-20 minutes drive. You are close to Egremni and Porto Katziki beaches. The owners Eleni and her husband were very kind and helpful providing the directions to the house and any other information about the region. We had a calm, beautiful and comfortable stay. Thank you!

I would suggest that there should be the basic cooking provisions - like olive oil, coffee, sugar, tea etc.

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable apartment located in the very quite part of Levkada island, Athani summer house seems to be the perfect choice. Apartment is great with the beautifull view on the Ionian see. For an extra word deserves approach of Elena, who is an owner of the apartment. She was super kind, helpful and was taking care about us in the best possible way. Thank you! Highly recommended place to stay on Levkada.

Basically it feels like in 4 start new hotel. Super!

The apartment is really beautiful and looks like on the pictures. We spend there several nights with family. There are several restaurants in 700 meters from the apartment. Inside there are fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, good air conditioner, bathroom with shower and strong wifi. Basically it feels like in 4 start new hotel. Can only recommend!

Best option for a chilly stay

The owner is very attentive and helpful. She asked if we needed anything else, but the apartment was equipped with all amenities, especially in the kitchen (including salt and pepper). It looked brand new and was extremely clean. The mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable! The air conditioning worked well even at the silent “night mode”. Wifi connection was dedicated for the apartment and was strong. The sunsets and views are picturesque. In spite of 3 other apartments in the premises, it is still a perfect choice when you look for some privacy.

We wish we stayed longer :)

Summer wonderland

The apartment is equipped with everything we needed, and beyond! It was cleaned up with the change of towels and bedclothes every third day. Every morning delivered goods by the baker, whatever you need. Superb sea view from terrace ! Please note, that there are many stairs there. Next beach is about 2 km , recommend it by car. You can buy olive oil and many kind of honey near the house- the famous products of Lefkada. If you choose this house, you get extremely friendly , kind owners. Thank you , Eleni & Miltos!

Everything was just perfect !!! Wonderfull host, really clean appartment, all you need in the kitchen, hot water and great view of the horizon
