The barbecue grills and the table tennis will make your days and your evenings of wonderful moments of happiness and great memories. The pool and bamboo are illuminated at night.

On the ground floor large reception room with open kitchen opening with a large bay window overlooking the pool and terraces exotic wood. The ceilings are high and the openings on the garden numerous and original. This villa benefits from very beautiful volumes.
Soft white tiles and blond parquet flooring in all rooms.
The awning outside allows to settle in the shade right in front of the swimming pool, and the living room of outside is located under the pergola next to the swimming pool.
The American kitchen also enjoys magnificent views of the pool and the bamboo garden.
There is an independent lingerie on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs 4 double bedrooms (including 3 large beds 160x2m) and 2 bathrooms (shower and bath in each).
3 bedrooms have beautiful windows overlooking the pool (or on the sea side), the 4th overlooks the sea.
2 independent toilets, one in rez of putting on and the other on the floor.
On the floor all the floors are in parquet except in the bathrooms or the tiling is white.
The flat garden of 1000m2 is fenced and you can park in the dead end in front of the property, or inside the garden, in front of the garage.
There are 6 different size bicycles at your disposal.
