About this house rental

This family home has two separate living zones each with wall mounted HD TV's, 5 beautiful bedrooms and a huge deck overlooking the Sorrento skyline to entertain the best on. Just minutes walk to Main Street Sorrento and both Bay and Surf Beaches. The large kitchen is fitted with Smeg and Bosch appliances with a huge fridge freezer providing both an icemaker and chilled filtered water. The master bedroom comprises a Queen bed & en suite, bedroom 2 has two sets of bunks, one with a Queen bed below and single above and one with single bunks, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4 have Queen beds alongside the master bathroom. Downstairs bedroom 5 is a very large self contained bedroom with kitchenette, entered via downstairs external door and containing a queen bed and a sofa bed if required. In addition to the main bathroom and en suite upstairs there is a laundry, toilet and shower downstairs adjacent to the fifth bedroom. Continuous hot water system ensures everyone gets a hot shower, no matter how many of the four showers are used!

Sip complimentary champagne on the huge entertainment deck whilst you soak up the all day sunshine and enjoy a memorable sunset. Take a stroll to the nearby beaches whilst your partners play golf at one of the half a dozen golf courses a short drive away. This house is made to relax in but if a rainy day comes along don't worry there's a great library of books to choose from or watch a movie on Wall mounted TV's in one of the two separate living areas.

Bedroom 3 Queen bed with main bathroom opposite
Bedroom 4 Queen bed with main bathroom adjacent
Bedroom 5 Queen bed with sofa bed and third bathroom/laundry next door

Doonas and pillows are provided but guest need to bring there own sheets, pillow covers and towels. These can be provided for an extra charge of $35 per Queen and $25 per single bed.

Four showers including hot outdoor shower plus bath and three toilets.

Designed for Entertaining

If "eating in" is your preference the house is an entertainers delight with a fully equipped open plan kitchen adjacent to the main living area or the outdoor stainless steel BBQ and decking adjacent to the second living area. In addition to the large deck there is undercover decking around three sides of the house making sure there is always outdoor shelter from the odd spring shower or the strong summer sun. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. On the other hand if a restful holiday is more your style then kick off your shoes, a complimentary champagne awaits a celebratory start. Then stroll down to the cafes, pubs and restaurants, only five minutes walk away!

We were 9 friends participating in Coastsrek. The property was very suitable for a big group and very centrally located. We enjoyed a few drinks on the deck in the beautiful Autumn sun!!

This property is in a fabulous location, close to main street and beaches. Plenty of space for large groups. However is in need of new mattresses as a minimum, as well as a good clean under furniture and wash of doona covers. Furniture is old and in need of replacement, could do with alot of TLC, both indoors and outdoors. Dodgy kitchen and bathroom cupbaord doors. We had to wash all dishes that we used. Dodgy floor boards and thin walls made it hard to sleep. We would have expected tea, coffee and sugar to be supplied, there was no sugar, some teabags and coffee that was very old and solid. Toilet paper only 3 thin rolls for 12 people didnt last. We did enjoy our weekend though, however would not return to this premises.

The house easily accommodated our group and was in a great location with an easy walk to town, shops and restaurants etc. The champagne deck was as described and our group enjoyed sitting out there on a daily basis. The linen package worked a treat as we were travelling from interstate. Steve is a great host and is easily contactable.

Property was as seen in the ad and easy walking distance to the beach and great shopping strip. We were a family of 12 plus our dog Freckles Steven is a good host who responds very quickly . Would recommen.

We used the property for a golf weekend and found it close to everything we needed - courses, town, eateries etc. The house was equiped with everything and offered plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a day on the course. There's a few maintenance things that need doing based on the houses age but nothing that'd impact your stay in a negative way. We enjoyed our stay.

We ahead a great weekend staying in Sorrento for a beautiful wedding. The house was very accommodating with plenty of space and we loved having a big brunch on the deck together. Comfy beds and hood size kitchen. Very close to beach, shops we walked everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. It accommodated all our needs as we had 4 families staying together. The 3 bathrooms were also helpful as we all had to get ready for a wedding but also allowed us to have space. The place had such a lovely cozy feel but also with plenty of room to move. Would highly recommend staying here.

Overall appearance of the house needs a bit of maintenance or a spruce up. There were a few cobwebs and dust in the house. However, other than that, the property has everything you require with plenty of crockery, glasses, etc etc. We enjoyed our two nights there.

Older style home with character, we very much enjoyed and appreciated our stay there. Lots of room for such a large family group, a variety of kitchen utensils are provided and 3 bathroom areas proved a big bonus for us. Outdoor area catered and also worked well for us all. Would definitely recommend and stay in this accomodation again. General cleanliness was great except some dog hair on sheets in one bed and blood on a pillow case. Recommendations possibly the availability of Netflix/Games for children. Overall wonderful memories of our time in this home.

We had a wonderful stay away. House was very homely and accommodated the family well in preparation for wedding. Location was ideal and close to everything.
