Traumblick! Schöner geht es überhaupt nicht....wunderbarer Pool (sogar mit Poolbar inkl Kühlschrank) und so verwinkelt aufgeteilt, dass sich auch 2 Familien nicht auf der Pelle sitzen würden. Die Kritik einiger Vorgänger, irgendwelche Sitzmöbel seien angeschlagen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Erstens hatten wir zB. 4 ganz neue Liegen mit noch unberührten Matelas, Zweitens ist bei dem Klima jedes Jahr wieder etwas zu erneuern (das ist halt so) und Drittens: wer schaut bei diesem Blick schon auf das Sitzmöbel? Wem bei all' dieser Schönheit an Blick und Natur nicht das Herz aufgeht, der hat da auch nichts verloren! Wir haben es aus tiefster Seele genoosen!

Tolle Lage, aber die ist nicht alles.

Auf Grund der schönen Bilder haben wir uns auf eine tolle Urlaubswoche gefreut. Leider waren alle Gartenmöbel in einem sehr, sehr schlechten Zustand. Alle hatten einen Schaden. Auch die Küchenmöbel sind in einem bedauernswerten Zustand. Manche Schubladen fallen beim Öffnen auseinander. Die Kleiderschränke waren voll mit Bettwäsche und konnten von uns nur teilweise genutzt werden. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schlecht gereinigt. Der Poolbereich war unaufgeräumt und mit sehr viel trocken Laub bedeckt, was wir dann selbst gesäubert hatten. Der Poolboden war nicht besonders sauber. Meine abschließende Meinung zu diesem Haus: Eine wunderbare Lage, leider aber nicht gut gepflegt. In dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir gute, intakte Gartenmöbel und ein sauberes, funktionstüchtiges Haus. Ich empfehle dringend, eine oder 2 Wochenmieten in die Erneuerung von Gartenmöbeln und Küchenmöbeln zu investieren und das Reinigungspersonal zu wechseln, dann ist das wieder ein Haus, das auch wir gerne wieder buchen würden.

The house has potensiale if the owner puts in money and effort. It was filthy and lacked cups and plates. Old bathrooms, shocking furniture. Beautiful surrondings, though and an ok pool.

Sehr schönes Haus, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr schöne Außenanlage, ein bisschen verwahrlost, aber sehr gemütlich... wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen... leider, leider keine Klimaanlage, bei uns war es schon sehr heiß...

Haus, Grundstück, Garten, Blick und Außenanlagen sind wirklich fantastisch. Ruhe, Natur pur und eine Aussicht aufs Meer, die einfach einmalig ist. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier bräuchte das Haus ein kleines Update. Ansonsten: toller, erholsamer Urlaub!

Superb location and views

The house is simply furnished but the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The exterior is gorgeous; a beautiful pool and pool bar area and it is just brilliant in the evening - apéritifs can be enjoyed on one of the four different terraces, each one with a perfect view of the sea and Île du Levant. Perfect for an utterly peaceful, chilled and relaxed holiday.

A part les petits moustiques virulents, et l'intérieur de la villa à certains égards un peu vétuste, c'est surtout l'endroit qui est magique, la situation de la villa dans son cadre arborisé aux essences multiples, composé avec goût. Vue splendide plongeant sur le bord de mer, depuis les nombreuses terrasses. Endroit idéal pour se retirer, lire et écrire, savourer la piscine, courir le long des crêtes ou partir en randonnées multiples. Jean-Pierre vous fournira tous les précieux conseils d'un amoureux du coin!

We did spend as a family three wonderful weeks at this house. La Croix Valmer is a perfect starting point for excursions in all the nice areas around. Beautiful beaches, much nicer than in many other areas of the Cote dÀzur we got to know. Infrastructure in la Croix Valmer is very good. The house itself offers plenty of space, very nice terrasses, nice garden with flowers, pool with sea view and an overall private and friendly atmosphere. The view is spectacular! The owner Jean-Pierre is outstandingly caring and supportive, whenever you need him and he gives very valuable recommendations. We happily will come back!!! Nous avons vu des vacances très agréable dans cette maison. Deux jours au début des vacances avec pluie persistante et seulemet 13° C (!) n'étaient pas très mauvais, parce que la maison avait un chauffage qui fonctionnait très bien, au sud pas une évidence! La vue á la mer de la maison (avant tout de la salle séjour) et des differents terrasses est fantastique, la position de la maison est très calme (sauf les grenouilles). Le service ètait trés bon, le nettoyage du piscine fonctionnait très bien. Que nous avons savouré aussi c'était la cuisine avec accès directement à la terrasse pour manger avec vue phantastique. Schön!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in La Croix Valmer. Das Haus ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet, der Aussenbereich ist toll und der Pool wirklich ein Vergnügen, v.a. für die drei Kinder. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Ein idealer Ort für schöne Sommerferien. Herzlichen Dank!

La maison est sale et odeur d'humidité, particulièrement sur le premier étage. Le jardin est envahi et un asile pour des insectes. De façon générale la propriété n'est pas maintenue ou n'est pas occupée correctement. The house is dirty and smell of dampness, especially on the first floor. Garden is overgrown and a haven for insects. Overall the property is not maintained or looked after properly.
