NO TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM! You will only have a small television upstairs in one of the bedrooms.
Communal swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work.
Pets allowed: if you come with a pet, a supplement of €39 will be requested
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax by credit card and accommodation deposit by bank imprint only via a secure SWIKLY link.
Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
- Sheets, towels, tea towels and banis mats: €20 per person
- End of stay cleaning included in the price
- Cleaning during the stay at €135
- Mini box: €49/week or €10/day while stocks last.
- Early checkin and late checkout depending on possibility, availability and on reservation: €20.
- Luggage storage depending on availability and on reservation: €6/baggage

Villa patio in a residential area with a collective swimming pool ideally located between the beach and the shops. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel [hidden] the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards who watch over you.
