C’est une belle halte de séjourner dans cette maison très proche de la mer Il y a plein de restaurants très cools autour de la maison et Fred à été accueillant

Wir haben lange überlegt...das Haus sieht wirklich traumhaft schön aus, die Lage perfekt aber, nur eine Bewertung...das hat uns etwas verunsichert. Nach langem recherchieren haben wir uns dann entschlossen das Haus für 6 Nächte zu mieten. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Gut, so groß und weitläufig wie es auf den Fotos erscheint ist es nicht, aber alle Fakten stimmen. Super Lage und ein paar Schritte zur Beach, absolut ruhig aber nicht abseits stehend sondern mitten unter einheimischen. Gleich oberhalb an der Hauptstraße An Bang Beach gibt es jede Menge Mini-Markets und Restaurants. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Terrasse, zwei Bäder, Wohnraum und die Küche. Im Obergeschoss ist das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse, die Treppe dorthin ist allerdings etwas schwer zu begehen. Eine große Terrasse mit Sitzlandschaft und großem Tisch und ein gepflegter Garten runden das Ganz ab. Absolut gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch ein Highlight. Internet und AC funktionieren einwandfrei. Eine Housekeeping-Familie die gleich um die Ecke wohnt betreut das Haus. Die wirklich sehr nette Frau umsorgte uns liebevoll und brachte uns jeden Tag frisches Brot, Eier und Obst. Frederic, unser Gastgeber war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und arrangierte uns einen pick up service. Alles in Allem eine wirklich gute Wahl. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die gute Gastfreundschaft. We have thought long ... the house lookes really fantastically beautiful, the location perfect but just one review ... this unsettled us something. After much research we then decided to rent the house for 6 nights. And we were not disappointed! Well, as big and spacious as it appears in the photos, it is not but agree all the facts. Great location and a few steps to the beach, very quiet but not outstanding, enbeddet to the locals. Just above on the main street An Bang Beach, there are plenty of mini markets and restaurants. On the ground floor there are one bedroom with terrace, two bathrooms, living room and the kitchen. Upstairs there is the second bedroom with a terrace, the stairs are a bit difficult to walk. A large terrace with seating area and large table and a well-kept garden round off the whole. Absolutely well equipped with everything you need. a coffee maker would be a highlight. Internet and AC function properly. A housekeeping family who lives just around the corner looked after the house. The really nice woman cared us lovingly and

J'ai fête mon anniversaire dans la maison cabane en 2012,une charmante personne nous concocte un succulent repas. La plage est à 100 m et de supers petits restos un peu plus loin, nous sommes au milieu d'un village Nous sommes ici au Vietnam ,parmi les pécheurs ,les vietnamiens, la maison est superbe ,zen , propre et nous y étions vraiment trop bien avec nos amis.Le propriétaire charment ,il nous à loue, scooters, voiture ( a des prix très sympa ) il nous a conseillé .L'endroit est idéal pour les personnes qui désirent vraiment un bel endroit pour s'imprégner du vrais Vietnam, et rayonner sur hoi an et tous ses environs. Nous y retournerons pour ensuite découvrir le nord, puisque nous n' avons fais que le sud. Une vrais bonne adresse pour une mise en route d'un si beau pays. JOSIANE et YVES L'HELGUEN ATHIS-MONS FRANCE
