We were looking for a place somewhere in quiet, ideally an apartment to be more independent. In Wien parking is also important, and also the availability of public transport. The apartment looked like new (though we know from the owner that it is not so, "just" kept in this shape). All the necessary equipment available, incl. small but practical and fully equipped kitchenette (with the fridge being rather small, but ok for two people and the basics). It is even possible to use a washing machine. The option to sit outside in a small and peaceful garden was an extra. The house and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant. The Kurpark is very close and it is a recommendable place for a small walk, or even a picnic. The public transport is close; the buses may not be that frequent, but you get the timetables (as well as a lot of other practical info) from the owner. If the weather allows, we would recommend to take a walk across the Kurpark to the U-bahn terminal Oberlaa, it's not that far and it's a fast and reliable way to get to the centre (or elsewhere). You can leave your car right at the house (for a reasonable price), or at the P+R parking Oberlaa. The instructions you again get from the owner - it is next to the Oberlaa U-bahn terminal for friendly 4€ / 24 hours.

If you prefer a real double-bed, it is available only in one of the apartments. The only small suggestions we would have is better lighting (reading in the evenings can be a bit difficult) (possibly a stand-up lamp??).

Access to a washer and dryer was a big plus. Nice handicap accessible studio apartment. Parking was tight but worked for us since we planned to use public transportation in Vienna anyway.

Kitchen facilities were very basic. Located on a very small street, practically an alley.

The room is very big, all facilities you imagine was available. Fridge, oven, a very comfortable bed, large bedroom and bathroom. Very tidy and cozy place! The host was very nice.

The property was very far away from the city center. Is needed at least 45 minutes, a bus and a metro to get in the city center. The bus stop was very close of the property what made everything easier.
