We stayed the week from 13 to 20/07 (particularly busy week) and the quiet comes back pretty late in the evening, which is nice.
My wife and I had a great time and the owner is very attentive.

In der Season gibt es Abends in den umliegenden Cafés häufig Live-Konzerte, was für uns zum Charme beigetragen hat, was aber für ruhesuchende Gäste eher störend sein könnte. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der sehr schnell auf jede Frage geantwortet hat und zu der Dame, die die Wohnung übergeben hat und uns guten Tipps versorgt hat! Wir kommen noch bad wieder!

The apartment is located in a nice alley in the pedestrian zone, bakeries, cafes, shops and a Tobacco are right outside the door.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the apartment tastefully decorated, which is really nice: wooden floors, tasteful posters and historical paintings, fireplace, sofa corner.
The kitchen is equipped with everything that also requires a family of five on vacation.
The bathroom and toilets are in perfect condition.
The beach is a five-minute walk away, as well as the nearest supermarket.
The apartment and the communication with the owner convinced us in all respects.

We spent 10 days in Monsieur Dubois' appartement. Everything was to our liking. The location is even better than advertised (5min to the beach tops). The appartment itself is small but absolutely large enough for 3 people. The facilities are good. The communication with Monsieur Dubois and Mme Vignaud (local contact) was very friendly and cooperative. We look forward to revisiting Trouville and to any futur stay in the appartment.

Un appartement avec une ambiance de maison dans une rue animée mais non bruyante proche de tout et un hôte aux petits soins pour ses locataires, très bon séjour.

L'appartement est tres cosy et tres agreable, nous nous y sommes sentis tres bien. La cuisine est bien équipée ce qui est non negligeable. Parfait pour 2 personnes, avec un enfant en mezzanine éventuellement. Tous les commerces sont juste en bas dans la rue, tout se fait a pied. En un mot, un séjour très agréable, à refaire !

Klein und stylisch, mitten in der Altstadt
Wir haben einen Teils unseres Sommerurlaubs 2020 in der Wohnung von Herrn Dubois verbracht. Die Wohnung war für uns drei optimal. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und für unsere Tochter eine eigene Hochebene. Alles war sehr gepflegt und völlig zufriedenstellend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, könnte etwas größer sein (..aber nur wenn man wirklich mehr als Nudel kochen will). Die Kücheneinrichtung (Werkzeuge, Töpfe,...) sind ausreichend in Anzahl und Qualität. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsgelegenheite. Den Strand haben wir in (gemessen!) 4,5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht obwohl man direkt in der Altstadt wohnt. Das ist schon echt cool ! Es gibt vis a vis ein SB-Waschcenter. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar, unsere Anreise mit der Bahn war also sehr einfach.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé en plein cœur de Trouville, à quelques minutes de la gare, de la plage et de tous les commerces de proximité.
L’appartement est très bien équipé on s’y sent comme chez soi.
Nous y retournerons.

Appartement atypique niché sous les toits, spacieux et confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Situé au cœur battant de Trouville, à deux pas de la plage et des planches. Commerces immédiatement accessibles.
Nos enfants (11 et 16 ans) ont adoré dormir dans la mezzanine qui offre deux couchages à l'esprit "cabane".
Le propriétaire est réactif et très attentionné.
Une location idéale pour profiter de Trouville et découvrir ses environs.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Auf der kleinen Galerie, wo sich das 2. Schlafzimmer befindet, kann man nirgends aufrecht stehen, also wirklich eher für Kinder geeignet. Trotz der belebten Strasse, war es in der Wohnung ruhig. Alles Notwendige befindet sich ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt.

Das Appartement liegt in einer angenehm lebendigen Gasse in der Fußgängerzone, Bäckereien, Cafés, Läden und ein Tabac sind direkt vor der Tür. Über eine schöne alte Holztreppe gelangt man nach oben in das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartement, das wirklich zum Wohlfühlen ist: Holzdielen, geschmackvolle Plakate und historische Bilder, Kamin, Sofaecke. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was auch eine fünfköpfige Familie im Urlaub benötigt. Bad und WC sind in einem tadellosem Zustand. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur fünf Minuten, ebenso zum nächsten Supermarkt. Das Appartement und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben uns in allen Punkten überzeugt.

Super appartement, commerce au pied de l'immeuble et la mer au coin de la rue. L'appartement est top pour un couple avec des enfants. La décoration est soignée et de bon goût. Le plus difficile à été de garer la voiture mais après ça plus besoin de l'utiliser !

L’appartement, idealement situé dans un quartier animé proche plage et commerces est très agréable à vivre et décoré avec recherche et goût.
Nous avons séjourné la semaine du 13 au 20/07 (semaine particulièrement animée) et le calme revient assez vite en fin de soirée, ce qui est agréable.
