About this apartment rental
Large 70m² apartment not overlooked, close to the slopes and shops.
Large south-west facing balcony, very clear view, quiet environment with lots of street parking.
1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 living room with 1 pull-out bed (2 * 90cm).
1 fitted kitchen (dishwasher)
1 bathroom with a separate toilet.
Private room in the basement for skis.
1 person to welcome you and reachable during your stay.
Near the apartment you have 2 very good restaurants and a bakery.
The first ski lifts are 150 meters away. You can ski almost at the bottom of the apartment.
The chairlift to the other side of the mountain is in front of the apartment.
Possibility of reduction in ski rentals.
The apartment is located at the start of a beautiful hike in the mountains, to descend to the farm, located in a village below the station. They will welcome you with simplicity and kindness and will make you taste very good dishes of the region (in astronomical quantity;)).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement grand, bien équipé et bien placé. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et les remise et restitutions des clés se sont passés dans d'excellentes conditions.

appartement bien situé et grand mais rénovation urgente a effectuer
2 points positifs : situation et superficie
appartement au 1er étage très vieillot et "dans son jus" (années 60/70)
De nombreux points noirs : cuisine, salle de bain, wc, couloir et dégagement à rénover du sol au plafond. les meubles du salon/Salle à manger méritent également d'être changés. chambre parentale correcte.
pour la 2è chambre et la cuisine, il devient urgent de changer les fenêtres (déperdition de chaleur garantie !)
literie correcte pour les 2 chambres.
Restaurants et bar situés au rez de chaussée donc un peu bruyant

Très bon séjour en famille
Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Cela fait la 2ème année que nous le louons et sommes tout autant ravis. Ce logement est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Le gros point positif est le rassemblement ESF à 5 min à pied et le front de neige permettant d'être rapidement aux départ des différentes pistes. Enfin l'accueil est chaleureux

Grand Appartement bien placé dans la station. Bon niveau d'équipement. Il est resté dans son jus, cela lui donne un côté vintage. Les fenêtres et les baies doivent être remplacées rapidement et être équipées de volets roulants.

bonne location pour une famille avec enfants
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et bien situé dans la station. Nous avons 3 enfants et c'est appréciable d'être à 5 min à pied de l'ESF, 2 min pour la prise des forfaits et juste en dessous une bonne boulangerie. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Il est propre et confortable. C'est une location à recommander.

Appartement trés grand avec tout ce qu il faut dedans. ( manque une machine à laver pour être parfait au niveau de l equiment). Il est cependant très vieillot et mal insonorisé.

Retour dans les années 20 !
Appartement dans son jus !!! Et les "travaux faits" ni faits ni à faire : carrelage fissuré, mal posé, peinture rouge dans cuisine faite sur support non droit, dans WC 3 sortes de papier peint, décollé .... Salle de bains repeinte en vert et là encore la peinture a bavé jusque sur les plainthes ....
Et le comble : la pomme de douche est à coincer dans un morceau de fil de fer .
Vaisselle en quantité suffisante mais dépareillée et ébréchée
Mobilier vieux, surtout ne pas s'adosser sur un fauteuil ou sur certaines chaises qui sont elles aussi dépareillées
Alors certes la situation et la surface du logement et des communs sont les seules choses interressantes.

Overall the property is disgusting
The property was dirty and smelly with dust and cobwebs in all rooms.
The bathroom had a cracked sink. There was mould on the tiles and the shower was not connected to the wall. There was dust and cobwebs on the floor and ceiling.
The kitchen was made of old units not even connected to the wall. We were worried for our children that a cupboard might fall in them. The appliances are all old and there is very little usable work surface. There was dirt on the floor and the ceiling is cracked and flaking off. There was cigarette butts on the window sill
The living furniture is old and some of the chairs were falling apart. There was even food crumbs still on the dining table.
The Windows are old and single glazed and some of them don't close properly.
There is was no mention of additional charges when we first book on the owners direct website but they then charged us for sheets and towels on top of the priced you pay to Owners direct.
Then they charged us for cleaning the flat after we left the flat even though we left it cleaner than when we arrived.
I would not recommend this property.
