We had a wonderful week! The host is a great communicator and very responsive. House is stocked with everything we needed. 7-10 minute walk to coffins beach which is the most stunning beach! Kids caught crabs at low tide and had so much fun! This was our second year in a row renting.

We had a delightful stay for our sister weekend reunion. The house is wonderful - terrific views, lots of amenities and well stocked for a short weekend trip. We particularly enjoyed that we could walk to two nearby beaches and enjoy the off season solitude and the magnificent scenery. A terrific place to stay!

Beautiful view, house, and experience
We had 4 couples attending a wedding in Gloucester staying at the house, and with the plan that the day after we would do a beach day. The view and hosting space along with bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for what we needed. The back deck was amazing to hangout on as well. The beach was an amazing experience and we will definitely be looking to come back. Owners were great with everything.

The only thing I would say is the beds. Just ok. Smaller side. Maybe full? No private bath. No main suite. Double Dishwashers. Convenient. Lots of supplies. Would know for next time. Great furniture indoor and out. Soft bed linens and towels.

Amazing views-great location
We had a fantastic stay at this rental. There are 2 amazing beaches within easy walking distance of this house. The photos are accurate. The kitchen is super well equipped- and organized. The owner was great about communicating, and I encourage you - if you are considering this listing- to rent it. You won’t be disappointed.

Just Beautiful
The house is beautiful inside and out. The views from the huge picture window are incredible. We felt very comfortable stay here.
The owner, Steve, was in contact with me via text. He sent me all the info I needed for the house the night before our arrival. His instructions were easy to follow. Steve check in with me via text to see how everything was going after arrival. Wanting to make sure we were comfortable.
We would stay here again.

The Perfect Weekend with a View
After one heck of a year, a few of my fellow teachers and I took the weekend to congratulate ourselves and this home was absolutely perfect! Monica and Steve were incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with and their house is GORGEOUS! The sprawling views, multiple bedrooms, deck, outdoor shower, everything we needed...was at our fingertips. An easy walk down the hill to the beach and a short drive to downtown. Would 1000% book this home again!

We had a great time staying at Steve's place. The house has absolutely gorgeous views. It is equivalent of staying at Five Star Resort. Great for group of friends or Family Reunions. Steve is great in his communication. House had everything we needed. We would love to visit again.

Why not stay on the Massachusetts’ coast in November?
It was a wonderful spot for the retired sibs and spouses to gather, relax, feast and beach walk. The panorama was the best!

Amazing place! Great location!
We had a wonderful stay at this property and enjoyed all the elevated details. Very tastefully decorated and a great place to have a group of 10 women for a long weekend! Loved the open floor plan and the views. We enjoyed everything about this home and we will look to go back again next year! We have been going away for decades and this was one of our favorite homes.

Awesome!
The house is amazing - the views incredible. My family stayed for a long weekend and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Loved the extra dishwasher! We stayed when it was cool so we used the fireplace. I can imagine how amazing it would be in the summer. The beach was a little farther away than I would like to walk with all of our beach gear but still close. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house!

The house has windows with beautiful views. It is spacious and so very clean.

Magnificent View
Ladies annual weekend! 10 adult females stayed in this incredible home. We were all in awe! We agreed this is the best place we have ever stayed in. Not only is it beautiful, but the view is magnificent. This home has EVERYTHING you need and more. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens! The decor is stunning. Plenty of nice quality towels, linen, dishes, platters - you name it. It's there. Several of the ladies are going to rent again with their families. The owners, Monica & Steve were awesome to deal with. DON'T hesitate to rent this one!!!

The home has stunning views and many great and thoughtful features. We were there for our daughters wedding, which was held in Topsfield MA, about a 30 minute drive from the house. The lower level was perfect for the bide and her bridesmaids to get ready, very spacious and the lighting was incredible for pictures and the make-up artists! We enjoyed seeing the sun rise over the water each morning. When we arrived the house was in pristine condition- so we left it that way too! I highly recommend this property. great for family gatherings or any occasion.

Beautuful house!
This was our 3rd year at this beautiful beach house. We are a family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) and we all fit comfortably in the house. There are 2 living room areas and 5 bedrooms (all nicely decorated). We really love the 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach. The house has everything you could possibly need , including soap and shampoo in the outdoor showers. There are always fresh flowers in the house and it's always very clean. Oh and so important for our August stay, the house is air conditioned! You won't be disappointed if you rent this house.

Very Elegant
Elegant place with amazing views and the extra amenities like the sound system made our stay wonderful. So, nice we stayed in and cooked more than we went out for dinner. Great beach just minutes away and that the kids couldn't get enough of it.

Amazing house, amazing hosts
What a house! It's not often a rental looks better in person than in the photos, but this house really wowed us. We were a group of five adult women getting together for a retreat and the house could not have been more perfect -- 5 lovely bedrooms, all equally beautiful. An amazing living room to spread out in and fully equipped kitchen right there so we could cook and chat together. And the views!! Although May was a bit chilly this year, we very much enjoyed walking to the beaches (only a couple blocks away on foot). The private beach was especially beautiful. The hosts were super welcoming and only a text away if we had any issues (which we didn't because the house was perfect). This house would be ideal for a family looking for a summer getaway -- you could even easily fit two families since there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with the main living room/kitchen and 3 more downstairs with their own living room area.

Die erste Nacht hätten wir einen Stromausfall, wegen einem Sturm.
Es wurde schnell eine Lösung von dem Hausbetreuer gefunden, haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Würden immer wieder dort hin Reisen.

This house has it all -perfect set up for a family vAcay. The owners were so nice and the house is really well stocked, from cooking things to shampoo in the outdoor showers and boogie board. Definitely 2 thumbs up.

Just stayed for a week and everything was great. I have never rented a summer house with everything stocked so well. This house had everything you would need, just bring your food and drink. The owners stock all your needs from trash bags to paper towels. The little things you would have to go out for were on the shelf, Tupper Ware and aluminum foil, all kinds of condiments. Everything in the kitchen area was top shelf even 2 dishwashers and many plates and pot and pans. The 2 outsides showers were great after a day at the beach. Owners also had beach chairs, coolers, and carts to take all your needs to the beach. House inside immaculately clean and all beds pillows and sheets perfect. Big advantage with this home central air big plus and beautiful large deck with grill and excellent view. My grandchildren and all really enjoyed the beach that is very user friendly, especially for children… We hope to be able to make this a yearly vacation. Thanks again to Steve and Monica for taking such good care of your house and also the people who are lucky enough to rent from you

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures! There was also much more space throughout the house than it seems in the photos. The house was super clean upon arrival and all appliances/house accessories were easy to use and find. Our group enjoyed the beautiful view in the mornings and loved the multiple living room areas to be able to hang out in. The owner was also available and communicative regarding the house when we needed to speak. I would recommend this house to everyone!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the views and location are incredible! The owner was a joy to work with and was very helpful with our questions and requests. We rented this home for a two day management team meeting. It fit our group perfectly and was an inspiring place to work with the gorgeous views and modern open floor plan. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for a luxury stay. I can't wait to come back with my family for a non-work vacation.
