Welcome to our Apartments, 115 Studio & 116 3 Bedroom. The Apartments are within the luxurious Sea Temple Resort. The Resort is a luxury complex with direct frontage to Palm Cove beach and the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area.

We have owned the four bedroom (dual key) apartment located on the eastern beach front, southern side of the resort, since 2014, for 5 years prior to this we were regular guests of the previous owner when he decided to sell we jumped at the opportunity.
Once a confirmed booking has been made through Stayz, I will personally look after everything else and will communicate with more booking information in regard to your stay and meet & greet on arrival at the resort.
We maintain extremely high standards of cleanliness and the apartment has been fully equipped with your comfort and potential needs in mind.
We have friendly and reliable local managers who do all our onsite management, cleaning and maintenance. They will be there to do a personal meet and greet on your arrival and are on call for your stay should the need arise.
We offer what we strongly believe is the best value accommodation within the resort.
Our apartment is accessed through feature wrought iron gates that leads to our spacious 4 Bedrooms comprising our 3 Bedroom Apartment with huge private patio and plunge pool, & BBQ and next door our dual key self contained King Studio Spa Suite. As both apartments are totally separate we are able to offer the two apartments for rental individually or together but if Studio is booked alone and 3 Bedroom is rented to someone else then there is no access to rear plunge pool and bbq area.
Our Apartments include all luxury Sheridan linen, towels and beach towels. Starter bathroom ammenities are also provided.
Baby items are also available at no extra cost including port a cots, high chairs, strollers (suitable for newborns to 20kgs) and some other toilet items.
We also have some beach chairs and umbrellas, an esky for extra drinks and an outdoor pedestal fan for extra comfort outside entertainment area.

THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is extremely spacious with open plan living area, high ceilings and lavish furnishings.
At the rear of the apartment, through massive sliding glass doors and shutters, is a huge shaded private paved patio with largefenced plunge pool, outside lounge/dining areas and BBQ. The patio backs onto a strip of beautiful Melaleuca forest and a stream that lies between the resort & beach. The sound of the waves on the beach and the native wildlife make the patio a perfect place to have meals or just relax.
Internally, there are three large bedrooms (one King Master suite, one Queen Bed and one with 2 King twin singles that can also be converted to a King double), two luxury bathrooms one with a Spa bath and an expansive open plan kitchen/living area that opens out through to the private patio.
The apartment is very well equipped. The lounge area has ample comfortable seating with two large sofas, whilst the kitchen and dining area has a table and place settings for eight persons. The kitchen has added extras including a Nespresso machine with all the pods supplied, a Sandwich press, a small blender as well as all the essential cooking accessories. The pantry is stocked with all the essentials for your stay. On your arrival, welcome items will help to see you through your first night.
There is also a fully equipped laundry for your use and with cleaning aids to deal with all small spills.
The master bedroom suite consists of a king bed, ample storage and cupboard space and a flat screen television. The room overlooks the rear patio and plunge pool and a private door opens directly onto the patio. The bathroom consists of spa bath, separate shower and toilet cubicles and twin wash basins.
The queen and twin king single bedrooms are located at the other side of the unit and are serviced by the second bathroom. The twin single room is located at the front of the unit and the queen room with flat screen TV is at the rear with sliding doors onto the patio area.
THE STUDIO SPA SUITE.
This is a spacious studio room with its own small private balcony that overlooks the resort pools.
It can be booked together with the 3 Bedroom Apartment creating the 4 Bedrooms or it can be booked by itself by contacting me directly to see if it is available as the calendar will block out the whole apartment if a booking is made but it then does not include use of the plunge pool and outdoor area of the 3 Bedroom or any of the 3 Bedroom features eg. Full Kitchen or laundry.
There is a King double bed, large flat screen television with DVD, bar fridge, microwave oven and ample cupboards and storage space. The bathroom is luxurious with a large spa bath and separate shower.
There are no kitchen or laundry facilities in the studio spa suite
CLEANING & SERVICING
All stays of 8 nights or more will have a mid stay linen/towel change, and the plunge pool will also be cleaned and serviced at least once a week during your stay.
ACCESS TO RESORT FACILITIES
Guests have full access to all resort facilities, including the three pools and well equipped gymnasium.
The Accor Hotel Group operate the "Sea Temple" hotel at our resort and are responsible for the management of the communal areas of the resort including the swimming pools and gym. Accor also operate the restaurants, bars and health spa within the resort. Accor welcome everyone to use the restaurants, bars and spa located within the resort. Guests are welcome to also set up an account at reception for room service and or bar/pool during their stay.
We are pleased to offer unbiased advice regarding the multitude of local tours and attractions on offer.
NO SMOKING POLICY APPLIES
There is a STRICT 'NO SMOKING POLICY' within both apartments and surrounding areas and within the entire SEA TEMPLE RESORT.

The apartment plus the attached studio was ideal for our group of six adults. We appreciated the spacious indoor and outdoor spaces with great facilities. There was a generous supply of start up groceries. The managers were easily reached if necessary and we appreciated their weekly freshening up of the apartment. The location is excellent. It is an easy walk to the Esplanade and close to the walking/bike paths. We enjoyed our three week stay immensely.

We were so pleased to find this property at Sea Temple. We loved the flexibility with the 4 bedrooms including a separate bedroom as it allowed our son with his family to have a separate space. Jennifer was great with communication and welcome pack! Will definitively return if possible.

We have stayed at the Sea Temple in various apartments over the years. I can honestly say this one was the best we have stayed. Besides having a private pool, which was great especially in summer when the main pool sits at 35-40 degrees. The owner makes sure that there is milk and bread, as well as other condiments including champagne and chocolates on arrival. We really didn’t need to do much shopping. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment over others we have stayed, including the swim outs and the penthouse apartments.

A beautiful property with all the mod cons you would expect.
Fantastic outdoor pool area which we spent many of our days & nights relaxing and hanging out with our adult family.
Was marvelous for all the basic requirements salt/pepper/ sauce etc as well as a hamper of ham,eggs, bread, milk, & wine to get us started is a lovely thought which we greatly appreciated.
As a family resort there can be the usual kids carry on from the main pool area, but outside of these school holiday periods it would be even more relaxing .
We are looking forward to our next stay

My family and I cannot recommend this tropical paradise enough. Lovely owners with great communication and advice and provided us with a very generous welcome pack for our arrival.
The unit/villa is equipped with absolutely everything that you need. Beds are extremely comfortable and linen five star. Cleanliness was outstanding. Very spacious and well suited to all age groups. Having your own private plunge pool and spacious outdoor area is a huge bonus. Resort that property is located in is fantastic and only a short walk either via the beach or road to main restaurant strip in Palm Cove. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and wish we could give it a six star rating!!! Can’t wait to return. Thank you Jen and Ray for providing this wonderful property, it isn’t easy to find one for a family of six. It exceeded all of our expectations. Anne-Maree

We absolutely loved our time at Jen and Ray’s property. They had everything we could possibly need and a lovely welcome package. Allan their on site manager was super helpful and easy to coordinate an arrival time with. We could not have asked for anything more. An awesome price for what is included. We loved our stay here. Have stayed in other apartments at sea temple before but this one has everything even eskys and beach umbrellas. One of our guests had a 5 month old baby and she just travelled with a single suitcase as the apartment had a pram and cot already there. She was super excited not to have to bring everything with her.
We rented the 3 bedroom with the adjoining studio and would definitely steely stay here again with a big group

We rented this apartment for10 days with another family of 4. It was absolutely perfect. From the bottle of wine and beer in the fridge and fresh fruit on arrival to the sunscreen provided, everything was catered for and it felt like a true home away from home. I noticed too that there was approached, pram and high chair available if you have younger kids. The resort pool was heated and there was direct access to the beach. Absolutely 5*
