About this apartment rental
Great location! Right across from Storyland and in winter close to 5 ski areas. Spacious oversized 1 bedroom (863 sq. ft.) country club location. Golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse on premises. Walk over to Storyland and come back and take a dip in the pool and have a bite to eat in the clubhouse (sandwiches, snacks, cocktails. The condo is spacious for a 1 bedroom. Additionally, the sofa pulls out for two more people or a roll out cot. Max 4 people. Perfect for a couple or couples looking to get away or for a small family. On-site on golf course along the river -small resort fee for outdoor pool, clubhouse, tennis, golf which are steps away! Golf is $10 adult & $5 for juniors unlimited play.. Location is is great as you are close to everything but out of the traffic of North Conway! Great restaurants and pubs close by if you don't want cook.
Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own beach towels for pool/lake/river.

The whole area of where we stayed was amazing it’s right next to the mountain and plenty of delicious places to eat right down the road not to mention storyland across the street.Overall amazing place to stay very comforting Inn as well and very easy process when booking!

This is a wonderful condo with a gorgeous fireplace. The owner is responsive and directions are clear. Despite one bedroom, it's spacious and very comfortable for a family. The neighbors are nice and the snow clean-up is super. We love it here.

The fireplace was our highlight as it was the focal point of the common area and firewood was provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. There are dishes for cooking and coffee pot for coffee lovers (us). Granite countertops were a nice touch in the kitchen as well. Instructions for turning on hot eater were very clear thiugh will be good to note that where the nite says turn to the "on" position, it is actually written on the lever as "open." You can't beat the location. Very quiet even though a condo community. Overall, my husband and I had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay 😊

Stayed here for a long weekend during the "off season" to shop in North Conway and go to Santas Village. While older it was clean and well maintained. Communication was great. We would definitely stay again!

We loved Brenda's place - it was a home away from home for our extended weekend getaway. Perfectly located across the street from Story Land and close enough to everything North Conway and Jackson have to offer.

Our stay was incredible! The condo was perfect for our family. Incredible location as it is so close to storyland, but also gas stations, takeout and restaurants, and groceries. Owner was very friendly, responded quickly if we had questions, and checked in via email to see if we were doing okay. We will be booking again in the future to make more incredible memories.

I like how this feels lived in. There's a citronella candle on the back patio, band aids in the cupboard, basically all the things you would expect at a guest house but not at a hotel. Brenda was easy and helpful to communicate with.

We took our girls here for their winter break to do some skiing. The unit was well prepared with everything we would need. We had fun skiing all day and coming back to warm up by the fireplace. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great as we were within 30 minutes of at least 5 mountains. This let us explore new terrain every day.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a winter weekend getaway and it was perfect. Although it was a record breaking cold weekend, we were able to utilize the firepit and play lots of games. The place is so charming and has all the necessities and more. It was extremely clean and I absolutely loved the decor. The bed also was super comfortable. Brenda was so easy to communicate with too! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. Great access to all the outdoor activities you may want

I like this property because it has plenty of room- separate bedroom and open concept with kitchen, dining area, and living room area. The fireplace is awesome!!! Brenda is a great host!!! Very responsive & accommodating. It is on the first floor, so depending on who is above you, noise can be an issue. We have only been there in the winter, but I hear there are a lot of ammenities in the summer due to the golf course & club house (with a pool). Great location since it is close to Jackson.

Brenda was easy to reach, property was exactly as advertised and very clean and cozy. Great location to do fall leaf-peeping. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. Well-stocked kitchen with cooking essentials. Loved having a washer/dryer. Fast wifi. Would recommend!

What a beautiful condo in a quiet private area. Brenda, our host was very quick
in replies and kept us informed of the property. The condo is very spacious and the kitchen well appointed. I only wish we had more time to stay and thoroughly enjoy the area. My wife and I olan to return and we would not hesistate to book this same property again. Checkin was easy, house was spotless and very well appointed.

Neat, clean and fully stocked with nice linens, kitchen appliances and utensils. A par 3 9hole golf course is just outside your door. Lots of fun and also close to severeal nice restaurants.

Storyland and North Conway trip
We stayed here last year for a few days when we went to Storyland for a day and North Conway for a day. We loved the condo and the location. This year we stayed for almost a whole week and did multiple days at a Storyland and a few days at North Conway. The pool is great and this year the playground was done. We had so much fun again this year and are planning on returning again next year. The location can’t be beat when you have little kids and you are going to Storyland and North Conway. The condo has everything you need and is clean. Thank you for another fun trip!

Our little getaway
Condo was amazing. Everything we needed was already there. Location is close to everything without the chaos of traffic. Pool was a plus for my 8 yr old son. Would definitely recommend and would book another stay again. Thanks for great communication Brenda....2 thumbs up!

Superb stay
We stayed here on our first visit ever to Storyland with our 3 year old. It was a fantastic condo. Brenda was very responsive to any inquiries and the condo was more spacious than the pictures suggest. There were pantry basics available that we've never had elsewhere, which was not expected, but truly appreciated. We'd definitely stay again! The only thing we didn't like was the softness of the mattress-top, but that's a personal preference! Thanks Brenda for a wonderful stay.

Perfect, in every way!
We took our grandchildren (ages 3 and 6) on a mini vacation for some fun at Storyland. I didn’t want to stay at a hotel so I took a chance on Vrbo and I am so glad I did. This property was just perfect for our family. The unit is had everything we could need or want. It felt like a home away from home. There were very detailed instructions on where to find everything and how to use everything, which was super helpful. The host was very responsive with the one question that I did have. The location was perfect as well. You could literally walk across the street to Storyland and the corner store (Kringle), shops and restaurants were right up the street. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!! I can’t wait to book for next year. Linda, thank you so much for making this vacation a trip we won’t forget!!!

Our mothers day get away
The condo was awesome. It was so clean and had everything you possibly could need. The bed was so comfortable that we slept in both days and we never do that. I can't wait to come back here.

Lovely condo and perfect location
We loved our stay at the Linderhof Condo. Plenty of space on the living room to have dinner and it got all what you need for cooking. It was good to enjoy the fire place in the evening. Located at only a few minutes from Attitash ski resort.

Enjoyed our stay. Bed very comfy. Just wish there was a little more lighting. Well stocked with all necessities. Had issue with TV but owner was immediately responsive and sent the next door neighbor to help so all was well.
