Air conditioner WiFi available: free of charge This apartment, 70m2, for 4/6 people, is located on the second floor, with access by stairs. Parking space, C-2 - Spacious corner apartment on the second floor, well equipped with careful decoration, attention to all details. - Very nice living/dining room with sofa bed, sofa, table, 6 chairs and satellite TV - Balcony (12 m2) with outdoor furniture and spectacular view of the Bay of Roses.. - Fully fitted American kitchen, equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen and coffee maker. - A bedroom with a double bed, - Another bedroom with two 90cm beds. - Complete bathroom - Separate WC. The exterior - A path that leads directly to Almadrava beach, descending the hill. - Access by stairs; not suitable for people with leg problems. The Residence Rubens is located at Almadraba beach located in the Bay of Rosas. 5 minutes on foot along the coastal path and you arrive at the beach of Canyelles, and 4 km further on you arrive at Roses, a typical old fishing village, converted into a cosmopolitan holiday town, while retaining its charm of in the past.
