OCEANFRONT Salvo- Ocean Street It's easy to plan the best vacation you can IMAGINE at this premier oceanfront home located on the southern end of Salvo. Let your imagination run wild in the expansive outdoor entertainment area featuring a private swimming pool with deck chairs and lounges, impressive stone poolside Tiki bar with gas grill and smoker, and 8 person hot tub. More outdoor entertainment can be found at the sand volleyball court, basketball goal and horseshoe pits. And when your little ones hear the call of nature what could be easier than the full cabana bath? Venture inside the home to discover the big game room with foosball table, large screen Smart TV and DVD player, wet bar with full size refrigerator and space to kick back and relax. This level is also home to 5 bedrooms; 2 with pyramid bunk and single beds, 1 with king bed and 2 king master bedrooms with private baths. Upstairs reveals another 2 king master bedrooms with private baths, one with luxurious jetted tub. All bedrooms have flat panel TVs. The great room leaves nothing to be desired with sweeping ocean vistas visible from the entire room. Cook up a wonderful meal in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a granite top island with breakfast bar that seats 4, 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks for easy prep and clean-up. Gather in the comfort of the spacious dining area with Amish-built dining table that seats 14 and share your memories of the day’s events; then sink into the comfortable sofas in front of the large screen Smart TV home theater system and DVD player. Even the most starry-eyed dreamer will be happy they reserved IMAGINE.

House was as advertised- very clean and extremely well stocked. Kitchen had literally everything you could need for a week away from home. Closets under house had beach chairs, corn hole and other beach items that are included. Hot tub was great. This was the first week the pool was open and we paid for heating- temps were still cold so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. Kids and teens absolutely loved the basketball and volleyball court! Great location and stay for our group of 6 families. We had a great time and would def stay again!

The place is even better than the pics show. The hike to the beach is so fun with all the little crabs along the way. The view is so great! The beach fires were such an amazing experience. We had such a great time! I highly recommend this home!

The house is located in a great location right on the beach! You can see the ocean from the top floor. The kitchen is stocked with literally anything you could need, including 3 coffee makers. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are extra pillows and blankets in each closet. There is plenty of parking, some covered, and a storage closer outside with some beach/pool gear. It's pretty minimal and dated but it's something. The deck could definitely use some repair. There are many loose boards and nails (definitely don't go out on it barefoot). The heated pool was wonderful, the first day it was heated. Not having a heated pool in NC a pool guide would've useful. We would've turned on the hose overnight to ensure the water level didn't drop. We only got that information from the pool guy who came the day before our last day. 2 maintenance tickets later we finally had a warm (enough) pool our last day. The hot tub was perfect. The management company is slow to respond, if they respond at all. Do not plan on an early checkin. You do get your code (if you have a digital lock) but literally at the moment you can checkin (4:05pm for us). With the poor communication prior we were not certain the code would come, thankfully it did. We had to contact them for 2 issues during our stay. Both times we had to leave voice mails because no one was answering the phones (or they were receiving that many maintenance calls). The first one took them 3 days to respond. The house is lovely and was absolutely wonderful for our week! Next time I would probably try to find a house with another management company, however if this one was my only option we'd probably give it another try.
