It was way to short.

It was Beautiful! It was also very quiet.

I don’t agree with the cleaning policy. I have already spoken to the staff regarding this fee, but, I believe it fell on deaf ears.

Overpriced.

It was clean and it was a good location. The bedroom was comfortable.

The couch foldout bed was not comfortable, and the fan above it was loud. The listing said the condo could bed three people comfortably, and this was not comfortable for three people. We had to move around all the furniture in order to make things work. There were also only two towels available. I also received an excessive amount of text messages and emails about reviews and booking. I think this booking was overpriced for what it offered.

If you like clean living, skip this condo, poor communication

Great views of the mountains. Quite overall with very little traffic. Comfortable temps inside the condo. Electric fireplace was a great touch! Close to major restaurant's and shopping centers. Open floor plan was great!

Waited over three hours to receive door lock code. House was not clean, debris all over the floors, urine on the toilet, dust thicker then I have ever seen before as well as cob webs and dirt on walls Broken cabinets. The washer had old standing water in it that had a horrible smell and was broken. Tried to reach out to the owner, never responded back. I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning the place and could have spent another whole day as well. Had to purchase cleaning products personally due to none in the condo. Sheets looked slept in and not washed, towels were old dingy and worn out and there were no wash clothes. Very disappointed in our stay, and tried to give the owner the benefit of things and reach out to find a solution, and was never responded to, kind of like when we tried to check in. Ended up having to call booking to get ahold of someone so we could get inside. Basically paid for an entire day and only got an hour of actually being in the place and couldn't even relax because it was so dirty.

Passable

Loved the layout, location, decor, and the bed was super comfy!

Our friends were allergic to what ever the bedding was washed in and did not sleep well at all and continued to suffered after bathing and most of the morning.

Very happy with the condominium and location. Clean and comfortable.

Very nice, comfortably appointed condominium. Clean. Great size.

all little things. need to get new kitchen items- chipped plates. not enough tall glasses. non-stick pans need to be replaced. (for this use I wouldn't get non-stick again). A guide on how to use TV.

Ace was centrally located, the stay was good, needed just a very small AC.

Good parking, had a motorcycle trailer, so room to park. Nice view from balcony. Good WiFi. Had washer/dryer.

No AC, had to be gone doing something during the day, would not have been comfortable during the heat of the day. Cooled off enough at nite for good sleep. Beds were average at best, full size. A $187 cleaning fee for two people for 5 days seemed excessive, or just build it in the price.

Disappointing

Location was great -- overlooking a golf course.

Was not prepared for 100 degree heat without air conditioning -- made sleeping all but impossible. Unit cleanliness was marginal -- kitchen stove heavily encrusted with grease. Very minimal utensils. Coffee maker with no coffee. Living room sofa with tears, etc. Bathroom was adequate. Pillows in bedroom VERY poor -- simply worn out with no support, etc.

Not worth the top dollars that you pay for this house. The owner should invest a bit in the house

Chipped utensils, clogged showers and basins. No screens on back doors.. Dated mattresses and sheets. The property charged us an arm and a leg for the stay but didn't really meet the price. Low quality

Run try another place

Location was great

Very dirty, dog hair everywhere no ac it's was 95 degrees with no ac they provide a additional fan in the bedroom. There were 3 or more dogs left unattended and they barked constantly above me. Living chair in the living room was broken. The code for the garbage container didn't work so we had to leave the garbage inside. Also I arrived at night there was no lighted sign to show you the condo and you guys didn't know the name of the complex.... the links. There were 3 different complexes there with no street signage.

Superb

Loved the size of the condo! Very big and clean.

I was told there was a jacuzzi/ tub. Only a tub! No jets! I wish there was some kind of discount to the hot springs since that’s why we were here!

TV stopped working (they said due to an upgrade, but I did not know I was supposed to channel search again).

Very good

I liked the bedroom, bed was comfortable. And, the condo was equipped with everything that was needed for cooking, washing, cleaning and everything else you can think of might be needed like sleds :)

I didn’t like that there were spider webs on the fan on top of the bed. And I found hairs on the pillow, that I know for a fact wasn’t ours because none of us have white hair. The elevator was also dirty, but I am not sure if that is part of the condo or it should be reviewed separately.

Very poor

Honestly the worst u could literally only hear the neighbors upstairs scraping the floor for what seemed like half a night and then at the crack of dawn you could hear the neighbors opening and shutting the door literally all morning beginning at 6 am & it’s not like you can ignore that when the window is right by the outside neighbors door..

Slice of heaven

The only downside was there was no hot tub facilities but that's understandable because of Covid.the location was great, residence was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
