Gran terraza y muy cómodas camas

El piso es fantástico, pequeñito pero súper cómodo y acogedor, y para 4 personas fenomenal. Las camas, tanto la principal como el sofá cama, son súper cómodas, así como las almohadas, el descanso está garantizado. La zona es tranquila, cerca del centro y con transporte público cerca. Además, ofrece aparcamiento en el mismo recinto, aparcamiento exterior pero cerrado, solo para los vecinos, en una plaza de cómoda maniobra. La cocina pequeñita y funcional, además nos dejaron agua fresca en la nevera, hielos en el congelador y cápsulas tanto de café como de café con leche, y otros útiles como sal, aceite de girasol, especias, edulcorante, es muy de agradecer estos detalles. La comunicación excelente, desde el minuto cero de la reserva, la atención de la persona que nos entregó las llaves impecable, simpático, nos explicó de todo con todo lujo de detalles y nos dio algunos consejos para nuestras vacaciones. Lo mejor de todo: la terraza, fantástica, llena de plantas naturales perfectamente cuidadas, y la limpieza en general excelente. Sin duda para volver y para recomendar a todo el mundo. Importante señalar que en las fotos parecía que la terraza daba a la calle, y no es así, es una primera planta, lo que todavía da más intimidad a la terraza, no hay nadie pasando justo al lado, queda por encima de la calle y además los transeúntes van por la cera, y la terraza está encima de la zona de aparcamiento, por lo que aunque pase gente por la calle, queda muy lejos y se descansa mejor y se tiene mucha más intimidad.

todo fantástico, lástima que teníamos que salir a las 11.00h del apartamento... pero es lógico, si tienen otras reservas necesitan un tiempo para acondicionarlo de nuevo

두번째 방문입니다. 작년에 묵었을 때 너무 좋아서 다시 묵었습니다. 1층에 있는 정육점에서 맛있는 고기 사서 먹고 DIA와 과일가게도 가깝습니다. 넓은 테라스가 있고 실내 식탁에서도 시야가 확보되서 테라스에서 밥 먹는 느낌입니다. 저희가 동양인이라는 걸 고려한 건지 나무젓가락을 준비해 주는 세심함이 있습니다. 세탁기 뿐 아니라 세탁세제와 섬유유연제까지 준비가 되어 있는 점도 호스트의 배려를 돋보이게 합니다. 커피머신에 쓸 캡슐커피 인심도 후합니다.

수건에서 쉰내가 나는 점이 좀 아쉽습니다. 세탁할 때 수건에 섬유유연제를 넣지 말고 고온에서 푹 삶아야 할 듯 합니다.

Fantastic stay.

Hosts were very helpful with detailed explanationas of everything. Apmt. is very well equipped and has a great balcony. Exceptional location for getting to centre. Choice of local transport at hand. All amenities nearby. Off road parking included was definitely a boon.

The size of the dining chairs for the table was a little impractical - their width meant only 1 at a time would fit at any side. We turned the table to seat 3 people; more would have proved a bigger problem. I expect most don´t do much eating in. But it is nice to at least have breakfact around the same table. Would agree with another guest´s comment on the pillows... The water in the shower can get very hot and the tap is easily displaced to even hotter! A warning might be a good idea ? There seemed to be a problem with tiny ants (?) in the bathroom for the most part, but we did see the occasional one in the kitchen area.

Authentisches gemütliches Apartment im Wohngebiet mit Parkplatz

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung im Wohngebiet mit Parkplatz vor der Haustür, die Besitzer super freundlich, es ist alles da für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Man kann problemlos in die Stadt laufen, Frühstückscafé gegenüber. Super Dusche nach einem langen Tag auf den Füßen in Sevilla :-). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, muchas gracias!

Gibt nix, eventuell dass die Wohnung komplett vergittert ist, war für uns etwas ungewohnt.

Belle expérience à recommander.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de l’hôte, les équipements, l’efficacité du wifi et streaming, l’emplacement pour aller au centre avec le tramway, le stationnement. Chauffage et air climatisé très efficace. En droit facile d’utilisation.

Un lit format queen aurait été apprécié, car un double c’est un peu petit.

Wonderful hosts near the city

The owners are absolutely delightful and not only provide an abundance of information, but are quick to respond if you need further assistance. The son greeted us and it was a pleasure speaking with him. The entry to the building was newly remodeled in a lovely light stone, and the apartment has a large, furnished balcony which we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy due to a heatwave. On that note, I must say the air conditioning worked very well. We were provided with all the conveniences needed. The bed size was a double, but perfect for us. The location was not at all a long walk to the various attractions, and we did it in the heat, and there is a good variety of restaurants nearby. We found everything clean and tidy in the apartment, and it is the perfect size for a couple or small family.

Our only suggestion would be to possibly update the bedding and pillows, as they seem a bit worn, and to maybe update the couches because the couch covers make for a dated look and feel in an otherwise light and bright apartment.

Exactly what we needed

Our host was very happy to give us info about seville and what to see and do. He was funny and eager to assist us. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The location is close to various sites and the neighourhood is safe and clean. Great hosts, beautiful apartment, 10/10

A great stay in Seville

Great place. Easy check-in and friendly hosts. They went through the trouble to go and buy new bed sheets for my daughter when the previous guests had taken them away. The apartment is conveniently laid out with one bedroom and one comfortable sofa in the living room. A nice patio that we didn't get to use since it was too cold out there. Air conditioning. Close to the center.

Towels need freshening up, the lift is too small for a large stroller, the street can be noisy if you're a light sleeper.

The bed was a little bit small for 2 people (there would be easily enough space for a 1,60m bed) but apart from that the apartment is really nice and perfect for a trip to visit Sevilla.

Very good

The host and his son are very friendly. A lot of useful information from their side. The location of the apartment is good. A parking place is provided, which is super important for us! The apartment has a big balcony with quite some plants. We like it a lot! The kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment is smaller than what I expected. Or at least a bit smaller for a family with 3 kids. I think a heavier/darker curtain for the living room is necessary if someone will sleep over there. The current one is not enough to block the sunshine in the early morning.

We had a lovely stay in Seville and we felt part of the local community staying in this area and apartment.

Spacious apartment with a good size balcony and everything you needed in the kitchen area. it is in a local area but still only 15 minute walk from the Plaza de Espana. The host was very helpful.

We would have preferred a bigger bed which we are use to.

Amazing stay and amazing host!

The apartment was clean and spacious (really spacious compared to the price!). There was cold water waiting in the fridge, delicious coffee (so good!) and our host was impeccable. I would have loved to stay even longer just because the place was so amazing! Truly nothing bad can be said about this apartment stay :)

Enrique is super friendly and answers really quick on WhatsApp. He even send us a pdf guide with all kind of tips to make our visit even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is spotless and very well equipped. Even a washing machine was at our disposal. The parkingspot at the apartment is a gigantic plus in a city as Sevilla. The apartment is 15 minutes walking from Plaza España. So it is not in the center center, but a lot of restaurants and bars close-by ! If you're visiting Sevilla by car and don't want to be in the crowded center.. Perfect! We went to a football game of betis. The stadium is a pleasurable 30 minutes by foot.

We liked everything about this place and the host! Probably one of the best hosts you can have... After booking you receive incredibly detailed information about the apartment, about Sevilla, public transport, restaurants etc. The apartment is very clean and well equiped. The balcony is a lot bigger than expected. Check-in was super easy and friendly. We stayed there with our baby and cat and for both of them it was perfect as well. There is a crib & blinds in the bedroom window to make it really dark which was excellent for our baby.

There is nothing we didn't like... Maybe just that we didn't stay longer.

A perfect stay

The apartment was the cleanest I have ever had. It was bigger then I expected, with everything in it that you will need. The welcoming from the owners was also the best I ever had. There was a book with explanations about the neighborhood and the center. And after we got a text with all good restaurants. I was here with my sis and our 83 old mom in a wheelchair, so we didn’t get to do much in the city.. so we spend a lot of time in the apartment and of course on the gorgeous terrace. We all loved it.

The shower wasn’t finished yet, so it had a shower curtain. There will be a glass surrounding in a week or so, so that would make it even more perfect. We had to clear the water in the whole bathroom after every shower.
