The Lodge, located on the world’s largest chain of lakes in Eagle River, Wisconsin, sits on the last lot of a quiet dead-end road flanked by a forest of birch, spruce, and other species of trees. Upon your arrival, you and your guests will instantly feel a sense of relaxation with the scent of pine in the air through your private entrance with a drive-through portico and additional parking area directly on the property. This cabin was absolutely wonderful for our large group. There was plenty of different areas for everyone to spread out and no one felt crowded. The cabin was very clean.
The only negatives were the mattresses. Our mattress was very lumpy especially near the edges and the carpet inside the entrance of our room smelled odd. These are minor issues.
I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the lodge over Thanksgiving, the lodge is absolutely beautiful. Lots of space and very well designed for multiple families. Kitchen fully equipped, very nice game room and TV room, living room space has plenty of couches. Upstairs joined good size bedrooms that can be locked. The property is right on the lake with beautiful views, even though lake was frozen we still enjoyed the views. Definitely recommend this property ! Vacasa customer service is amazing and very helpful!

We loved how closely the online pictures represented reality. In fact, it felt even bigger when we arrived. Kids and adults all fit comfortably in the large bedrooms and family areas. We had bad weather, and the house was perfect for all of us to be stuck inside. Loved it.

Used the cabin as a place to stay for a bunch of friends. Conveniently close to all of the ORV trails and big kitchen for cooking. Game room and movie theater were awesome. Rooms and bathrooms clean and spacious. Fire pit was massive and the lake was beautiful. Awesome stay!

There was a group of 18 in my party and there was so much space! This place was so gorgeous and such a great destination to spend time and celebrate together! While we did not have kids in this group it was such a kid friendly place as well everyone said they would do a family vacation or reunion here as well!!

This property was amazing and Accommodated me and my family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars was because we were expecting a hot tub since we read it in the reviews and saw it on the virtual tour. Other than that this is a must stay!!! What are you waiting for??

Wedding Weekend
Place could not have been any more perfect! In fact, I don't really want to write this because I want to have another weekend up north and I want it to be available! Everyone had space, they were really fun things to do, the lake was beautiful, the extra refrigerator held all the food we brought, it really was amazing.

They especially liked swimming at the small beach, riding the swing, fishing, and the game and movie room. We watched old family movies and laughed throughout the CD. The fire pit was a big draw. We loved it.
On our second of five days, there was a major storm that knocked out the power and bathrooms. We had two adults on C-Paks with no electricity and we’re not able to sleep. Due to no power and no bathrooms, we were forced to leave on Tuesday cutting our stay short 2-3 days. Everyone was disappointed.

Whispering pines in Eagle River
Everything about whispering pines was awesome. We had a slight problem upon check-in....power in one room off and two bedroom doors locked, but help was out within 15 minutes! Such awesome service! This is a great place...3 generations so enjoyed our stay!! Town of Eagle River a fun place....and the lakes are beautiful!

Amazing Venue
This home is so beautiful and spacious. We had a small wedding here. All of the guests had their own space and were able to come together in the larger spaces. The game room/bar area and theater rooms were a great bonus for our guests. The fire pit area was fun also.

Some hiccups but overall great time and place!
There were a few issues that we noticed in the beginning but management handled everything in a timely manner and was responsive every time I called which was truly amazing. All in all, the home was beautiful and looks exactly how it appears in the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked so all we needed to bring was food and some aluminum pans for the food because we used the gas grill. I would suggest bringing paper plates, paper cups and plastic silverware for the kids as we did so that they aren't using the glass dishes. I also brought extra garbage bags just in case because I knew we would be there for a couple of days but I am sure if asked management would provide more of whatever is needed. The kids loved the movie room as did the adults. This will be a reoccurring vacation spot for me and my family for sure!

Good vibes
The house and the property were amazing. It was a bit chilly around this time of the year but it was very nice and the fire pit kept us warm. Lots of things to do for children, teens, and adults. There’s a nearby marina that charges $5 to launch boats and then the property has a dock where the boat can stay overnight. There was a hot tub in the pictures however there is not one there. Would have been really nice to have it there but it was still an amazing time! I hope to come back here again!

Amazing Northwoods Vacation
Whispering Pines is the most luxurious backdrop to an idealistic serene Northwoods slice of heaven! We rented WP for our wedding (22 people) and stayed the whole weekend. It was phenomenal. Beautiful views, great rooms, amazing kitchen. Fireplace, hot tub, row boat for outdoor activities. Great location. Can't say enough, we loved it.

The house was amazing. It was the perfect place for our immediate family and friends to get together for a long weekend & to get married! Only complaints are that the hot tub turned itself off & would not heat up until the last day & it would have been nice to have a first aid kit somewhere in the house. One of us stubbed their toe going out to the hot tub & could have used a bandaid. Instructions how to use the fireplaces & hot tub would have been helpful too. Other than that, everything was great! Already talking about when we can come back.

What a great floor plan this lodge has! Lots of space, niches, and amenities to share. We had 25 people and it never felt crowded. If the group gets to be too much, you can hide out in the game room or the theatre.
Of course, everyone gravitates to the kitchen, but it was big enough to accommodate multiple cooks making their own thing. There are at least 2 of everything you really need; stove, sink, dishwasher, fridge, crockpot, coffee maker, etc.
We were there in at least a foot of snow, but I'd love to come back in the summer to make use of the lakeside access.
We did have an issue with the hot tub (probably due to the extreme cold weather), but the response from maintanance was quick.
